Negative experience: I would never use this florist again! I ordered four arrangements total from Ontario, one to be delivered to my brother and sister-in-law in Diamond Valley AB on December 19 for delivery on December 22/25. Everyone else across Canada got their arrangements on December 22/25 and called to thank us. When my florist checked, this company listed the delivery as delivered. If I hadn’t called my florist to confirm, I would not have known. To add insult to injury, this company charged additionally for the order to go out. My florist p/u the additional cost! The arrangement was delivered, finally, today, December 30, and they had the nerve to say they were given the wrong telephone number. The original paperwork was checked and they did have the correct telephone numbers as they were given two numbers! This company lied twice, so don’t take a chance with them! I would never use them again and my florist has also added them to the do not use list. Lying and charging an additional charge for their own mistakes is dishonest, disrespectful and delusional! Very poor service!

Fantastic experience: Went in to grab last minute birthday flowers. I was worried since I didn't order ahead and needed cat safe flowers. The staff were incredibly helpful and adjusted a bouquet on the spot to fill my needs. They even adjusted the price since some flowers were removed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had ordered flowers for my Daughter, I only asked for 1 type of flower and left the rest to the designer. My Daughter was over the moon, the arrangement was stunning and everything was fresh. She works 2 jobs and was on her way to the second job when the driver called and was absolutely thrilled when he redirected the order to her other job. 5 star service all around. I will most definitely use this florist for any and all orders in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone who askes for my advice. Negative experience: Received a beautiful bouquet of white peonies and lilies and within 24 hours the peonies were wilted and browning. Called and emailed to get some customer service was painful. A few back and forth emails took days and no direct answers were given. In the end - we’d finally agreed that I’d go in to pick up replacement peonies and when this plan was finally being confirmed - the reply was ‘actually we no longer have peonies, you can have roses or sunflowers’. No thanks. Won’t be going back. Unhelpful staff and inferior product.

Fantastic experience: I called last minute, at 1:00pm Calgary time, from out of the country. My partner had to unexpectedly put his 15 year old dog down that afternoon. Crystal answered the phone - she was so sincerely kind and helpful. She was able to have a bouquet delivered to my partner within a couple of hours. He was so appreciative, and so am I. Positive experience: I’ve been a loyal customer of Red Rose Florist for many years, and it used to be my go-to place for beautiful, fresh flowers. Unfortunately, the last couple of times have been disappointing. The quality of the flowers isn’t what it used to be—they don’t seem as fresh or vibrant as before. Negative experience: I’ve never in the past 3 years had a problem with an employee here. The flowers are always perfect and the price is amazing. I came here on the 4th of December and purchased 3 dozen roses for my sisters birthday and asked if I could get them wrapped like I always do. I came back to the same location on Sunday the 15th about 10 minutes before close (I forgot they close at 5 on sundays and had to zoom over after work) as it was my other sisters birthday and she wanted a bouquet as a present. When I walked in at 4:51 the lights were off this employee that I’ve never seen before was geared up for winter and on her phone. She turned the lights on and it was pretty obvious that she was eager to go home (as she should I mean I did walk in 10 minutes before close) but what really bothered me wasn’t the lack of customer service but the way she made me feel. She told me she couldn’t wrap my 3 dozen roses unless I pay for them (fair given it’s the holidays and the flowers are a great price) but she wanted to charge me 15$ just to have them wrapped.. I know insane! I asked if she could do it out of the kindness of her heart and she told me I could just go to the downtown location and that she does NOT DO wrapping. Baffled by this and extremely confused. I had no choice but to go with the flowers that were left and I pointed out that the flowers looked a little wilted and old and I don’t understand why she would charge me 15$ to have them all wrapped together when I’ve been coming there for years and have never heard of this new policy. She got visibly upset and told me that they’re closed to which I pointed out they were not. I still had a could of minutes. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting, before I was about to head out. I asked her for her name and she asked me “why do you need my name” I said I wanted to file a complaint and let whoever know about our interaction to which she then refused to give me her name. The flowers were wrapped with TAPE.. she locked everything in with tape. Not the regular 2cm piece they would put to hold the paper together but about a foot and wrapped it around the stem of the roses. The bouquet wasn’t worth what I paid for there was no love or thought put behind wrapping the flowers and not only was I was going to let this go but this bother me so much all of today (Monday) and my sister even pointed out how they looked old. I don’t think that this employee has the proper knowledge of what costumer service really is. I’m not sure if walking in 10 minutes before close was enough for her to be that angry with me but she really did NOT seem happy or even care for my business. I do think I’m gonna take her advice and make check out the other location. But to the rest of your team thank you so much. I have never had a problem with the store everything is always perfect and up to par. Definitely recommend buying in store instead of calling or ordering online. Kind regards, Deb

Positive experience: I was recommended this specific shop from a friend who lives in Calgary. As I am from PEI and was sending flowers to a senior who lives there, I had no reference for a good flower shop. The bouquet was stunning and EXACTLY as shown on the website (which was wonderful as often the actual bouquets I have ordered from other florists were a far cry from what I believed I was purchasing.) My 85 year old friend who had recently had surgery was not only thrilled with the flowers, their colour and overall presentation, but unbeknownst to me, they also included an additional “gift” of a bag of salted caramel toffees which she also enjoyed! Why only 4 stars? I was completing my order online when I noticed an additional “Service” charge of $10! What?? Annoyed I clicked the ? (Info) link only to be told it was a “one time fee” and I would NOT be charged this again for future orders. To say I was “MIFFED” would be an understatement but because I had already filled in the entire order information with what I wanted, the delivery address and all of MY financial requirements including MY billing address, I just didn’t want to start all over with yet another online purchase. Not only did I feel this 20% additional fee to be outlandish, I felt blindsided and “robbed.” Saved from this fee “next time?” Don’t think there will BE a “next time!”

Too many hidden costs in delivery, actual cost of the flowers and a ‘service’ fee not reflected in the invoicing. Definitely some dishonesty there.

Fantastic experience: I have become hooked on the dozen Fresh roses for 16.99and Tooney Tuesday bouquets for $22.22. Best deal in town and Staff are attentive.
Hey June, Thank you so very much for your continued support. We have been told by many of our customers we have the best quality roses in town. Most weeks, we get lucky and get the highest quality roses normally reserved for weddings which would sell for over $100 a dozen but we keep them at the same unbelievable price you have come to know. Keep trimming the stems a little every 2nd or 3rd day and change the water at the same time, the roses should last a long time.

Negative experience: Do NOT order flowers for hospital delivery. Let me say this florist has been my go to for many years, until now. I ordered a bouquet with roses and mums to be delivered to a patient at Foothills hospital . I ordered on a Monday, flowers were to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday evening I received an email that they were delivered. I waited till Thursday to contact the recipient . The recipient told me they did not receive the bouquet until Wednesday evening. The bouquet she got was not what I ordered, there was only 1 rose stem in the entire bouquet. When I contacted the florist and sent photos of the bouquet I ordered versus what she received their reply was that they just drop the flowers off at the reception. Why did I pay the florist for delivery? The florist told me they don’t go to patients rooms. Red Rose says that the hospital failed to deliver to her room. Red Rose said the bouquet looked like it had been tampered with and that they also have no control over that. My point is I ordered one thing and expected their usual good service and got something quite different. Unfortunately they have lost another long time customer as a result of this experience. Below is what I ordered and what the recipient received. Needless to say this is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Overall dealing with Incredible Florist was good, but I had 2 hours of worry , as I received an email saying they'd been delivered, but not received by my Daughter at that time. They arrived 2 hours later. Apparently it's an automated email from a USA company. If I'd known about it before I wouldn't have worried. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous.

Fantastic experience: I recently bothered to stop here after driving by 1000 times, I am so happy I did!!! The roses I bought from here was stunning, bloomed full and looked amazing for so very long. I won't buy roses from anywhere else, from the price to the quality they hit the mark! I also had the chance to look at their arrangements which were done well (no loose peices, well presented not thrown together) and they also sell a cute selection of house plants, all looked healthy and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: So I drive past this place twice a week when I drive home from work at the office. They have good deals on roses. Something like $16ish for a dozen roses and 25 if I remember correctly for 2 dozen. This visit was my first and it was very hot so walking I to the cooler to pick my roses was refreshing. 2 dozen yellow were purchased and I surprised my wife. The young lady serving me wrapped the roses nicely snd took my payment I was all done in less than 10 minutes. They have a convenient location on the right side of center street past the first main intersection. (Hwy 1?) You cant miss the signage go for a visit if you need flowers for someone you love.

Negative experience: Normally I have a great experience with ordering flowers here over many years but this last time has not been great. Had placed the order for a Friday delivery to my mom for Mother’s Day. Ended up not being delivered. Got a call Saturday morning from Incredible Florist? Not Red Rose, saying they could not be delivered as no one was home. I had to pay an extra $12 for them to be delivered again. So I did and they said they would call her to schedule a time today (Saturday). Got an email later that day saying they were delivered and for me to fill out this review. Called my mom on Sunday to wish her a happy Mother’s Day and ask how she liked the flowers and to my surprise she said he doesn’t have them! She told me she got a call on Saturday asking if she would be home. She asked the caller what the time frame would be and the caller said she couldn’t say. So my mom told her when she would be home for the rest of the day and the person said she couldn’t guarantee that they could be delivered on Saturday now and that it would have to be Monday if they couldn’t send it out Saturday. But my mom would have to be home all day on Monday?! When I asked my mom if she was home on Friday, she said she didn’t leave the house, So unsure why they couldn’t be delivered I can understand stuff happens but it just seems like there was a big communication breakdown here. They were very quick to call me asking for an additional delivery charge but find it odd that they can’t give a time frame (even a 4 hour window or something) to make sure someone is home to accept the delivery and that my mom has to stay home all day waiting is poor customer service in my mind

Tried to call but was redirected multiple times. Horrible experience for the birthday recipient. And embarrassing for us who ordered and paid for the flowers, chocolates, balloon and card.

The bouquet that was sent was big and beautiful and delivered within the time they had stated on the website. The wife did love them, she called and thanked me as I was working away. I did not receive any noods though which I was a little bummed about; it is not a typical thing she does though, been asking for years and it only happened once, I honestly think it was by accident that time, out of the blue. Fantastic experience: I've been using Red Rose Florist for over 25 years. They've always come through with fresh beautiful floral arrangements to celebrate many of life's happy moments and recognize some of the sad ones too. Deliveries have always arrived on time. I have never been disappointed with arrangements I've ordered or purchased in-store, or received complaints from people I have sent flowers to. Negative experience: I've been going to this florist for about a year and this past week was really disappointed in the service and bouquet. I received a fall bouquet for my five year anniversary on Friday afternoon and by Monday the flowers were already dying and by Wednesday the bouquet was looking pretty sad and was ready for compost. I emailed on Wednesday, just because if this was my business, I would want to know my products weren't lasting. I also left a voicemail. I heard back Saturday and was told their website's advertised "100% Satisfaction" guaranteed actually only extended 48 hours. Moving forward, our family will be going to Besties or Bridgeland Market for our local flowers.

Negative experience: I had the most disappointing experience that has left me more than upset. I have shopped here for years but this last time was not only a HUGE disappointment but has left me feeling demoralized. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother for her birthday. There was a deal on the website for a bouquet valued at $99.95 for $49.95. The picture looked beautiful and had an assortment of flowers including lilies which are one of my moms favorite. What I got was pretty but no where near what I paid for. The bouquet was small and there was no lilies, barley any greenery. I could have gotten this for $25.00 at my local grocery store. When my mother sent me pictures I was left feeling embarrassed. I called the store to let them know. I sent them pictures and everything they asked for and then was completely disregarded and ignored. I was never rude, I just asked that they either gave me new flowers or refund me my money. They did not answer or return any of my calls or respond to any of my emails. What kind of company does that?? That is not only childish but EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would recommend anyone to shop elsewhere but if you do shop here and especially if you order online, I would highly suggest checking in with whomever you are sending the flowers to and verify what you are paying for. This company is taking advantage of clients and ripping them off and then not taking responsibility for it when caught.This is not how you treat people, especially customers. Very, very disappointing.
Negative experience: Height of Elegance $109 for 12 unopened lily blossom.. that is about 9$/flower... "and that was the "deluxe" package. Disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers about a week in advance. The flowers came as described on the website (including vase), on the correct date, and apparently the delivery guy was very friendly and made sure the flowers were delivered properly. Very happy with the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Small place but has a decent selection of flowers and plants. Usually has a monthly special going on. Quality can be hit or miss, I've had to look through a few bouquets until I found one I liked. Prices are usually good especially with there sales/specials.

Fantastic experience: If they had 6 stars I would give it 6. Such a nice place. stopped here to get flowers for my daughter and the girl running the store was amazing. She went way over the top to help us and helped us pick the perfect flowers (my buddy was buying for his wife as well) I found the prices very reasonable and the flowers were excellent. Negative experience: I had a very poor experience with Red Rose Florist today. I placed an order at 4:07pm (23 minutes before same day delivery cut off time) to have the flowers delivered to my girlfriend at work. I got a call from them at 5:45 saying that they won’t be able to deliver the flowers today as my order came in after 4:30pm. How can that be possible if I made the order at 4:07pm. Okay, nevermind that. I called back to have the flowers delivered on Sunday instead. The lady I spoke to on the phone could not find my order in the system. She finally found the order and assured me that they’ll deliver on Sunday. Except the order was not mine, and I didn’t learn about this until she read out the address and it wasn’t mine. I immediately asked for a refund and the lady didn’t know how how to cancel the order and issue a refund. I asked for a manager who then got me my refund. I told her about my experience and there was a lack of sympathy from her which made me want to write this review. Don’t buy flowers from here, they probably suck too.
Positive experience: Very easy to follow instructions for choosing, directions for delivery and payment from the UK. Positive experience: There was a misunderstanding with the delivery man due to covid he wasn't able to take the arrangements upstairs into the apartment building. However I received a phone to resolve the issue. Very much appreciated. Because I truly believe in quality products and quality service. Flower arrangement was very nice.

Negative experience: Does not match photo on website or quality I had expected. I cant even find the bouquet on there website anymore to compare, just the small one in my email confirmation. Almost as if they saw the bouquet they made for me and realized how bad it looked so they stopped offering it. I could have bought a nicer bouquet at the grocery store for 1/3 of the price. Definitely would not order from them again.

Fantastic experience: I really love it here this was my 1st time I did it for my mom and my Boyfriends mom and they both loved what they got. I really love how they call before comeing to drop it all off. They even call if there is somthing wrong as in I put a date for after Mothers Day because that the closes that I can get to the date but they called me before and we worked it out where they can do it for me and I will get it a day before. They did a great job on it as well. I really love Red Rose Florst.
Fantastic experience: I live in Montreal and I wanted to send my mom, in Calgary, some flowers for her birthday. I order some tulips and a balloon from Red Rose Florist and scheduled the delivery for her birthday. They arrived no problem and were beautiful! Perfect surprise. Great quality.
Negative experience: Staff were very friendly. Flowers were beautifully arranged but arrived more than 3 hours late - specifically asked for a morning delivery and they showed up at 3.20pm with no explanation as to why. For me, this is unacceptable especially considering I gave them a full day's notice.
Fantastic experience: I was having flowers delivered to mark the 86th birthday of a dear friend in a long-term care facility. Unbeknownst to me, she ended up breaking her hip before her birthday and ended up in hospital, where they ensured that my flowers were then delivered to her hospital room!

Fantastic experience: Grab and Go location, so you can't really put together arrangements, but they have beautiful and reasonably priced options. I needed an orange and white bouquet for a wedding and the staff quickly put sometime together for us by adding some white roses to fancy up a pre-made bouquet.
