The florist routinely sends photos of the finished arrangement via text or email before delivery, providing peace of mind and ensuring that the recipient receives exactly what was ordered. This attention to detail extends to custom orders, where the team is known for accommodating specific requests, adjusting designs to fit budgets, and even rewriting notes or adding extra flowers to perfect the look.

The delivery service is highly rated for its punctuality, professionalism, and thoughtful care. The team often contacts customers in advance to coordinate delivery windows, ensuring flowers are received while someone is home to avoid damage from extreme weather. Staff members are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and responsive, going above and beyond to resolve any issues, accommodate last-minute changes, and ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery.
