Fantastic experience: Pedals and Blooms recently provided flowers for my father in laws funeral. We went to `the store without much of an idea on the flowers we would need for a cremation urn. The owner of the shop walked us through what would be appropriate to have surrounding the urn. She was very professional and thoughtful on what we needed and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. Fantastic experience: I came into the store looking for some flowers for my mom, I couldn’t choose because there was so many amazing choices. However the lovely ladies at the store helped me out right away although they were busy due to the holiday season. The workers are doing an amazing job !!!

Negative experience: So very disappointed with this store. Friends bought me what should have been a beautiful arrangement but the delivery person left it on my front step where it of course froze. A new arrangement was sent but it was nothing like the first one. There were fewer flowers, no pines boughs around the base like the first one, the lilies were a third of the size, there was no funky green lily orchid type flower and there were no pine cone picks. When I went to the store to let them know about this disaster, I got the impression the lady figured I was lying. She wouldn't belive me when I said the 2 arrangements were different and didn't care that my friends definitely did not get the arrangement they paid for. This store seems to have no interest in making things right when mistakes are made. Terrible customer service. *UPDATE - to those reading this - yet another untruth being told by Petals and Blooms - the owner said the flowers were left with my neighbour - THEY WERE NOT!!!!! I checked. I don't know why the owner does not want to be accountable for her mistakes. Reading through other reviews this is not the first time she has tried to shift the blame.

Negative experience: My senior mother has ordered from petals n blooms for years. She recently sent a very expensive arrangement to my wife for sympathy for the passing of her father. The arrangement arrived missing some of the flowers listed in the description, and poorly arranged in comparison to the picture on the website. She contacted the store to express her concerns and received a rude response. Obviously the owners only care about profit and not providing a quality product for someone who is experiencing tremendous grief. I have asked my mother to order from another florist in the future. See attached photo. Would you be happy spending over $300 for this arrangement?

I never did shop here but my 14 year old son took off on his bike the day before mothers day and bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers without me even knowing. He told me on mothers day a lady helped him pick them out. He was so proud. And I loved them so much I even painted a picture of them. They looked fresh for 2 weeks and then this morning I pulled out a few to dry so I can keep them.

Negative experience: I have been ordering from here for years I don't know if management has changed but the bouquet I ordered for my mom's bday was sooooo disappointing for the money I spent, I called to tell them and apparently I got what I paid for, ‍♀️but the arrangement was so much smaller then before, just like everything else prices are going up but products are getting smaller. Yes thank u for my $10 refund , I spent $149 all together $80 of that was the flowers. You emailed me and asked me to leave a review and I did.
