I understand having an up charge for a holiday, but given the quality of the flowers it’s pretty absurd to be paying $80 and I have gotten better flowers for a way better price. I think it’s disrespectful to give an AI response instead of acknowledging the quality of the flowers.

As you were walk-in customer, I unfortunately do not have your contact information, which is why I provided our flower shop phone number in my original response. Instead of writing reviews from different accounts you guys could call us directly on the same day and everything could be explained and solved in person. We are always happy to speak directly and resolve concerns quickly, and I truly welcome that opportunity.
I would like to clarify that all of my responses are written thoughtfully with the intention of providing clear information and respectful communication and never to dismiss or minimize anyone’s concerns.
I understand that you mentioned finding better prices elsewhere, however, I appreciate that at the end you still chose our flower shop, and we are grateful for your support.
Valentine’s Day pricing reflects increased wholesale costs from farms and suppliers during this peak season. An $80 rose bouquet is considered a fair and competitive price for Valentine’s Day.
These are Ecuadorian roses and known for their unique colors and excellent longevity.
Regarding quality, I reviewed the photos shared in Andrea’s review, and the roses look great. One broken green leaf on the steam or a small natural defect on one petal/leaf does not make flowers poor quality. All roses have natural guard petals, texture, some defects on guard petals or green leaves these are part of nature and these natural features do not indicate that the flowers are poor quality.
I am not here to argue — my goal is for you to feel satisfied and heard. Please feel welcome to call us or visit the shop, and I would be happy to replace any rose you were not happy with.

I called them to inquire them about the logistics and questions about the form, and they were extremely helpful and patient. Visiting Calgary and chose Finesse Flowers as location was easy to get to, website was user friendly, and they opened early on Sunday. Placed order with note we needed 11am pick up before visiting family. The staff saw my note and TEXTED to assure me they would be ready in plenty of time. FABULOUS service. I gave them “Christmas-ish” as only direction. They sent a few pictures of the arrangement and they were beautiful. Pick up was seamless and the arrangement is even MORE striking in person. Pictures do not do them justice. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Wish they had boutique back home.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: Ordered from Finesse Flowers for the first time the other day and I am honestly so impressed that I don’t think I will ever order from any other flower shops in the city going forward. I’ve gifted flowers to people all my life and I’ve had the best customer experience from my recent purchase (‘Get Well Soon’ flowers for a friend). Their arrangements look unique compared to many other florists’ and one of the best part was how they also went the extra mile and texted me the pictures & video of the flowers before delivery. They looked exactly as described and even more beautiful than the pictures on their website. The flowers also looked fresh and they did not skimp out on the flowers/ fine details - their end product quality is high. We don’t often get to see what the receiver is going to get when ordering flowers online but that is totally not the case when you order from Finesse Flowers. You can tell the florists here care about what they do and it shows in the flowers they put together, level of service & care, etc. Their website was also user friendly, easy to navigate and flowers were delivered promptly without any issue. Yana took care of my order she was amazing and super friendly, professional, and clearly talented. After submitting my order, it looks like my note changed a heart symbol into a question mark so I called the shop to see if they were able to change it. They ended up reprinting the note for me and hand-drawing a cute little red heart in the note. They also sent a photo and video of the completed bouquet before it's sent off, which is so appreciated. Normally you don't know what the flowers look like until the recipients get them. The flowers were so beautiful and looked very fresh. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, going above and beyond to source everything I dreamed of. Throughout the whole process, she was incredibly responsive, sending photos and updates so I always felt involved and reassured. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day, I was completely blown away. They were absolutely breathtaking, fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than I imagined. 10 months ago Fantastic experience: My son in law ordered flowers to be delivered to the house for me to take to hospital for birth of their son. I was told delivery for 6 pm but I needed than as soon as possible. I got a call and the owner herself left her home and delivered them to me. I was out at the time and she even waited til I got back to the house. That is absolutely amazing customer service please support this flower shop and I will definitely use them when needing flowers. 10 months ago Fantastic experience: I was looking for same day delivery on a last minute order. I ordered the Diva Arrangement, it looked absolutely stunning. High quality flowers, arranged with love. the delivery company they normally use was done for the day, so the owner of the store personally made the delivery. I am highly impressed and will be using them again in the future!
