Fantastic experience: The entire staff are amazing! I asked for a custom design for my Mother's day flowers and they worked magic !! A "big bold fantasy" astounded myself and my mom and she absolutely loves them!! I will be going to Poppies from now on for all my occasions!!

Positive experience: The flowers look great, although do not last very long even with proper care. Offering "cookies to bake" instead of cookies ready to eat. Who wants to received "cookies to bake" as a mothers day present? Bad choice from Poppy florist...

Negative experience: I arranged to have a bouquet delivered to my sister whom is a floral designer herself. So the bouquet would be judged by an expert. My sister was so pleased. The arrangement was stunning. Thank you so much Poppies. I highly recommend this business for all your floral needs. Oh and they had cookies too for delivery to make it even more sweet. UPDATED ....ORDERED LAST YEAR. THEY FORGOT MY DELIVERY. BUT MADE UP FOR IT.SO GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. THIS TIME LEFT AN EMAIL IN THE AM. AS ON LINE ORDERS DIDNT WORK. WANTED A $100.00 BUNCH. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID ITS TOO LATE. EXCUSES WERE MADE. THEY LOST ME. BYE.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience with Poppies, I wanted to get my girlfriend some flowers before she got back to Victoria, they were super quick with the delivery and also were great on the phone with all my questions. And the bouquet itself was so beautiful!! Thanks for all your help, great team, absolute 10/10!
