Fantastic experience: Maggie, the Floral Design Wizard from Fine Florals created a bouquet for me this week that surpassed all my expectations - it's truly one of the most gorgeous flower arrangements I've ever had. I've also purchased a number of large and small plants from Fine Florals and have found the them to be most informative and very helpul, always going above and beyond the usual customer service.

Fantastic experience: From the very first moment, you can tell this is a place where people truly understand and love what they do. The arrangements don’t feel generic — everything is done with taste, care, and attention to detail. The flowers are fresh, the presentation is thoughtful, and overall there’s a level that clearly stands above a typical florist. I would especially like to thank Gosia. She is warm, attentive, and highly professional. She doesn’t just take an order — she really tries to understand what you need and puts genuine care into the result. Communication is easy and comfortable, and the final result was exactly what I hoped for, or even better. Thank you to the whole team for the quality and attitude. Definitely a place I would return to.

Fantastic experience: When it comes to creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements, this shop is second to none. Florists Maggie and Jane have an eye for colour and design; they're quick to offer suggestions whether it be for flowers or containers. I have purchased their arrangements on many occasions, for myself as well as for friends. Last week I took in a silver overlay glass bud vase that had belonged to my mother and asked Maggie if she could use it for a flower arrangement. I wanted to pass it on to my niece who was being treated for cancer. Maggie nodded and said, "Something soft, gentle…" It seemed as though she could already visualize the flowers she'd use! I was overwhelmed when I picked it up, as was my niece: an exquisite arrangement that included pinkish-white astilbe, fragrant pink roses and purplish-blue poppies. Many thanks, Maggie. So many times I’ve placed orders for delivery from other resources, only to find that the end product didn’t look at all like what I ordered or the quality was poor. Negative experience: I have been to several floral shops in town. This one is the only one that left me with a less than desirable experience. I felt that they were hesitant to serve and reluctant to do so too. I will not be back.

Over 15 years this has been my go to spot for bouquets for Mother's Day, for loved ones' birthdays, for anniversaries, a quick pick-me-up posies, house plants, not to mention my wedding flowers. Negative experience: I recently ordered flowers from Fine Floral Designs for mother's day. Fine Floral Designs delivered flowers that were so old that the petals on the roses all fell off when the bouquet was unwrapped. I spoke to Jane and her team and, although they replaced the bouquet, their excuse was just that they had a lot of orders that day so delivered what they had which they assured me was "premium" quality. How they consider dead flowers to be premium quality, I do not know but I don't think most people would agree. I should also mention that they delivered the flowers the day after I had asked them to be delivered. When they failed to deliver them, I called the following day and they said it wasn't possible to deliver them previously as they were too busy. They never bothered to call to let me know. All this to say, if you need flowers delivered on any specific day, I would not recommend this company. They deliver on their own timing - irrespective of when you request the flowers to be delivered. Overall, I would recommend not using this company as they'll take your money and cannot be counted on to deliver the quality you pay for - or on time.

Fantastic experience: I received a gorgeous arrangement today from a friend in Minnesota, via Fine Floral Designs! My friend sent a hand written card to the florist and they coordinated so the card could be delivered to me tucked in a beautiful floral basket! The personalization of the whole thing was such a wonderful touch. And the delivery driver was awesome with communicating all day to ensure ease of delivery! I am blown away by the whole experience and recommend Fine Floral Design to everyone and anyone!
