Fantastic experience: Lovely flowers and Lovely staff. Not a traditional retail flower place... though they sometimes have a self serve cart out front. I have a flower subscription from them.

Simone is wonderful to work with, very responsive and took all my Pinterest visions and made them a reality. She went above and beyond for both our welcome party and our wedding to help us out as we were traveling from out of the country. The flowers were truly stunning and even better than I imagined. She worked with me to create custom centerpieces for our tables and came up with a game plan on repurposing the ceremony flowers for the reception so we got double duty. Fantastic experience: Flowers on Top saved me! It was Mother’s Day weekend. I walked in and their friendly staff asked how they can help me (despite it being their busiest weekend). Within 15 minutes, they were able to put together the most beautiful bouquet. I received a lot of compliments as I was carrying the bouquet to my car. I have also placed orders online in the past. They always do an amazing work and their flowers are always so fresh!

Positive experience: Great flowers here, but they say they do same-day delivery - however, all 3 times I've tried, they're always "at capacity". I like to send people flowers spontaneously sometimes.

The planters have been so amazing, and my experience with the shop so awesome, that I had to leave a review. I chose the Orchid Bowl, Orchid Log Planter and Colourful Planter and each one was absolutely beautiful. I love that they put together plants in soil for long lasting enjoyment. Fantastic experience: Super impressed! I ordered a bridal bouquet online, having never seen the shop before. They give you several options with photos to help you clarify what you're looking for. I didn't have anything too particular in mind but I listed some colours, a style, and named some flowers that I like (most of which were out of season!). With those instructions, they created something absolutely gorgeous and perfectly aligned with what I was envisioning. I was so impressed with the bouquet and would absolutely come back here for any occasion. Ordering was easy, and the price was great especially for the quality of the flowers.

Fantastic experience: Flowers on Top is the #1 Florist in Victoria, in my opinion. I had the great pleasure of connecting with one of their staff, Simone, after she noticed that I may have accidently selected the same bouquet twice on my online order. She went out of her way to contact me to ask if my order was correct and then proceeded to work with me on drafting a Thank You card. She also explained her timeline for delivering the flowers, which included being mindful of the recipients' possible lunch hour and work schedule. After all of this, I then received a phone call from the recipient who LOVED the colour, quality, and general arrangement of the bouquet delivered by Simone. All in all, this experience was absolutely remarkable and I will only use Flowers on Top for future Florist services.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly and the store is really nice. However, I got charged nearly $70 (seventy) dollars for a dozen of roses. Literally, just a dozen of roses wrapped in paper. You can buy flowers of the same quality for a more reasonable price pretty much anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely charming spot. The girls were welcoming and not at all pushy. We browsed a little and had all of our questions answered in full and we never felt rushed. There was a large and very fresh selection of flowers. We could see the girls putting together the orders for other people and they were gorgeous. We left without purchasing for our wedding only because we wanted time to think things out over a few days but we ended up going back right after lunch to have the girls pull together a bouquet. At lunch we’d gotten a call about a family death. The selections made for that bouquet were exactly what I wanted and beautifully honoured my grandmother. Thank you. We’ll see you again soon to pull some things together for our wedding next month. I’d easily recommend this charming and personal shop. The selection and staff are wonderful.
