Fantastic experience: After emailing Rob if he could replicate a silk bouquet I had seen online that I wanted for my wedding, he was confident he could complete the task. He offered me to come down to his shop in person to finalize every little detail and when I was finally able to make it, he had just left half hour earlier on another project. Knowing I'd be waiting for at least an hour upon his return, he turned around and drove all the way back to tend to my needs! Outstanding service from this family run business! Not only did he make a beautiful and top notch quality bouquet (and matching boutonnière) he was professional yet friendly and engaging in our interactions together. Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience with Jennings Florist! A woman named Waffa was incredibly kind and helpful. We visited three different flower shops that day—one didn’t have hydrangeas at all, and another told us they wouldn’t be able to deliver pink hydrangeas in time for our event because of the long weekend. But when we came to Jennings Florist, Waffa immediately said she would do everything possible to make it happen—and she truly did! Thanks to her effort, we received the most beautiful pink and blue hydrangeas right on time. She created two absolutely stunning bouquets, and we were so happy with how everything turned out. Fantastic experience: After a disastrous experience with shockingly poor customer service from a Canada wide florist, I called Jennings to see if they were able to provide same day service. Dealing with Waffa was like a breath of fresh air - kind, patient, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I ordered gorgeous flowers which were delivered within 3 hours and the recipient was overjoyed. I will never bother with chain florists again after receiving such excellent service from this wonderful family run florist - all at a great price too! Negative experience: I waited hours after ordering a delivery through DoorDash, and then once the delivery driver arrived at Jennings, they randomly cancelled the order with no explanation. My senior mother was sitting at home waiting patiently for the order. Incredibly poor customer service.

Rob not only made two floral arrangements on the fly for my rehearsal dinner but he made me cry when I entered my reception because I was so taken back on how beautiful the flowers were. The flower prices were very reasonable. My friends and family keep raving about how beautiful all the ceremony flowers and centerpieces were. Rob made a beautiful flower crown for my 4 year old niece that fit her perfectly and she wore it all night. Fantastic experience: Strolled the neighborhood and wanted to add colors in life, that’s when the floral shop caught my attention. From here I picked up a promising bouquet of lily. Upon return only did I realized the scent from the three already bloomed lilies quickly filled up my home. With this floral quality the shop keepers must be artisan florists. I cannot wait for the rest of the buds to bloom, for me to show off the flower purchase to family and friends. The shop keeper who rang up the order cares about customer’s purchase. When doing another wrap he asks if the bouquet is for someone or an event. Guess the question is to decide on the style of wrapping paper. A flower food packet is provided. I will be returning for more delights.

I didn’t exactly know what colour to focus on (thought maybe blue and ivory) but had bells of Ireland and sunflowers in mind. well the flowers were delivered and I can tell you not only was my beautiful daughter-in-luck happy it brought warmth to my heart and a smile to my face to know that it brightened her day I wish I could add an image.. it was definitely the most gorgeous bouquet of yellow, purple, green and Ivory roses and white tulips. I am 2500 miles away in the US so I have to depend on the Florists to make the right selections. In the last 5 years they have never disappointed. Their delivery drivers go above and beyond to make sure my 96 year old Mother is aware of the delivery and make sure the gifts get to her.

Positive experience: (Updated) In my original review, I was satisfied with the quick and pleasant service, but very upset about the freshness of my bouquet. However, the next day after posting my review, Jennings Florists contacted me and very kindly offered me a replacement. Today I received the flowers and they are absolutely lovely and look very fresh. I am impressed with how my situation was handled by this company, and I am happy to raise the rating leaving just one star out for the initial experience.

Fantastic experience: I got my wedding floral crown made at Jennings and it was absolutely beautiful. After chatting for a couple minutes they knew exactly what would be perfect for me and the look I wanted to create. The crown was ready on the morning of my wedding at it lasted all through a night filled with dancing and hugging, and was still fresh for days after. It is now beautifully dried as a momento. Jennings was so easy to work with and was just what I needed to pull my whole wedding look together and make me feel like a queen.
