Negative experience: Honestly one of the worst shops ever, the deference between what’s on the picture once you order and what’s actually coming to you is crazy. Ordered a bouquet for a 100£, and they delivered me a dead and small flowers. The worst experience ever
Negative experience: I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day from Flower Station on February 12, with delivery scheduled for February 13. On the morning of the 13th, I received an email confirming that the flowers would be delivered that day. I waited the entire day, but the delivery never arrived. The next morning, February 14, I received another email saying the flowers would now be delivered that day instead. The courier finally called around 6 PM, when no one was at home anymore and when the flowers were already pointless. I had planned to give them to my wife in the morning on Valentine’s Day, so I refused the delivery. As a result, the delivery was late, I couldn’t give my wife flowers in the morning as planned, and our Valentine’s celebration was partially ruined. The situation became even worse when the company refused to issue a refund at first. Only after several days of emails and multiple phone calls did they finally refund part of the money. However, they did not refund the delivery fee, even though the delivery was clearly not fulfilled as promised. Very rarely do you encounter such an unprofessional company. I would not recommend Flower Station!!!
Negative experience: Ordered a £275 Valentine’s bouquet with clear delivery instructions: “Please leave outside unit 14.” The driver left the flowers outside the building by the post boxes instead of the unit door. When I arrived shortly afterwards, the flowers were missing. The company’s policy states a delivery note should be left when parcels are placed in a safe location, but no delivery note was left and the driver never entered the building. He most definitely did not deliver them to a safe location. Despite providing evidence of the delivery instructions and delivery photo, Flower Station refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive order. Lost my money and never received my flowers.

According to our delivery policy, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our drivers will leave the order in the safest place possible at their discretion. Once an order has been delivered to the delivery address, responsibility for the item passes to the sender/recipient.
In this particular case, our records show that the driver was in contact with the recipient at the time of delivery and informed them where the bouquet would be left. Because the driver was speaking directly with the recipient, a physical delivery note was not left. Additionally, photos of the delivery location were taken by the driver and automatically sent via email as confirmation of delivery.
As the order was successfully delivered to the address provided, we are unfortunately unable to justify issuing a refund. However, we do understand your concerns and, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to redeliver the order even though the delivery was completed according to our procedures.

Negative experience: Unfortunately a very disappointing experience and won't be ordering again. My husband bought me flowers for Valentine's Day and the following day, many of these were completely wilted and I had to throw 8 of the stems. Within 6 days, the rest of the bouquet was dead and we had to throw it. Bare in mind, I had a bouquet from Freddie's Flowers that I received the week before I received the Flower Station bouquet and they were okay for a full week after (and still standing!). Looking at the reviews, this unfortunately doesn't seem uncommon leading me to doubt the freshness of the flowers (despite claims these are fresh from the farm each day). When we emailed to complain (3 days after receipt due to busy schedules), we received a silly response that there was nothing wrong with the bouquet and were offered 10% off as a courtesy...after we said this isn't good enough and we know there is an issue with it, we were given a few pounds back...this is very disappointing. 6 days later, the flowers are in the bin, £55 down the drain and a very disappointed husband. No matter what Flower Station say, I receive flowers regularly and can clearly tell the difference between fresh and old flowers. Wouldn't purchase again, or recommend. See timestamped photos attached from 16 and 17th Feb (2 and 3 days after Valentines).

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the bouquet received on Valentine’s Day. After reviewing the photos that were provided to our customer care team, we could see that only one of the stock stems appeared to have dehydrated, while the remainder of the bouquet was still in good condition at the time the photos were taken, days after receipt.
As fresh flowers are natural products, individual stems can occasionally deteriorate faster than others depending on environmental factors such as room temperature, sunlight exposure, and water levels. In situations where a small number of stems are affected, our standard resolution is to offer a proportionate refund or replacement for the specific stems, which is why a partial refund was offered.
We would also like to clarify that all of our bouquets are prepared fresh to order by our florists, and we take great care to ensure that arrangements leave our shop in good condition.
We are sorry that the resolution offered did not meet your expectations, but we do appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention and your feedback has been shared with our team.

Negative experience: THE WORST SERVICE EVER, AVOID. Yesterday, I ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered the today I get an email near about 4.45pm today saying unable to deliver. I call them and they tell me the postcode was incorrect. I told them I had received no phone call or anything to correct it. They said they wont deliver unless I pay extra. I told them I had paid a lot for the flowers and if they had put the address in Google Maps, the correct address would show. I asked to speak to the manager, they said they were no managers available. Basically, zero customer service. In the end, they refused to redeliver them on the day they were meant to, my friends birthday and will charge me £5 to send them tomorrow instead! Will never use again.

All delivery items must include a full and correct address, postcode, and recipient name. The sender is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are entered correctly. In this case, the driver was only able to identify that the postcode provided did not correspond with the correct delivery address once he arrived in the area, which unfortunately prevented the delivery from being completed.
As this occurred during the Valentine’s Day period, one of our busiest periods of the year, we were unable to arrange another delivery attempt on the same day due to the high volume of orders already scheduled with our drivers. For this reason, the order was rescheduled for delivery the following day at 12:20 PM once the correct details were confirmed.
Normally, when a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, a £5 redelivery fee is applied, as the bouquet needs to be remade and dispatched again. However, in your case we made an exception and waived this redelivery fee, and we also provided you with a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We understand how important birthday deliveries are and regret the inconvenience caused by the incorrect address details, but we did our best to resolve the situation as fairly as possible under the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: I received a bouquet as a gift a couple weeks back and loved the flowers so much, they were long-lasting and so vibrant!
Negative experience: Luxury bouquet delivered incomplete – refusal to honour consumer rights I received a “luxury bouquet of 51 roses”. On delivery, two of the stems had no flower heads attached, despite being cleanly cut to the correct height. I contacted the company immediately, within their stated time limits, and provided clear photographs. Rather than arranging a replacement or full refund, the company suggested the damage may have occurred during delivery, and when I refused a small voucher off a future purchase, they later argued that fresh flowers are exempt from full consumer protection because they are perishable. They relied on the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to refuse a full refund, despite the issue being a defect present at delivery and the order not matching its description. They also attempted to impose a pro-rata refund, which I did not accept. This approach contradicts both the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the company’s own published policy, which states that mistakes notified promptly with photos will be replaced at their cost. The issue here is not a minor quality dispute, but how the company responds when a clear problem is raised. Flower Station is not a member of the British Florist Association, meaning there is no external industry body able to assist with complaints. Based on my experience of the company’s handling of this issue, I would advise caution when ordering high-value bouquets for special occasions.

Negative experience: Ordered a £150 wreath for my aunts funeral service to arrive oon a monday afternoon with over a weeks notice... flowers didn't arrive.. I had to chase on Tuesday for Confirmation and was informed they don't deliver outside of London on Sundays and Mondays and no mention of that when booking. They said they usually email when a order is placed on hold and offered ridiculous 10% off next order with a refund. Not much use to me who wanted to send my respects to a beloved family members funeral. Please don't use this company if you want a trustworthy company who cares about your delivery. I never usually ever give bad reviews but this company is really poor. So many options to chose for flower delivery please don't make same mistake I did. Flowerstation co uk ruined a special event for me.

Please note that for addresses outside our same-day delivery range we operate a Tuesday to Saturday next-day delivery service for orders taken by 3pm on the previous day. As the recipient's address was located in a different city and the delivery date chosen was a Monday we were unable to fulfil the order. It was placed "On Hold" and you were sent automated notifications informing you of the status of your order as well an additional one from our customer service team. However, it appears you either did not receive them or they were flagged and automatically sorted in your spam/junk email folders.
Upon receiving your email on Tuesday, we again immediately informed you of the circumstances. We then issued a full refund for your order and provided you with an additional coupon as a gesture of goodwill.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. It is never our intention as we always aim to provide good service to our customers.

Negative experience: Invoice No: FS-67212 This order was incorrectly marked as undeliverable due to “business being closed.” The recipient is a private individual, not a business. This explanation is factually wrong. Despite this clear misclassification and delivery failure being entirely outside my control, I was asked to pay an additional £5 redelivery fee to rectify their own error. I responded immediately to clarify the situation and requested a fee waiver. No response was received, even after follow-up emails. This reflects: Incorrect delivery classification Attempting to charge customers for internal errors Complete lack of customer support follow-up Unacceptable service standards and poor accountability. I would not recommend using this platform.

We do not accept liability for delays in the event if there is no-one to receive the order at the delivery address. If the recipient is not there the item will be safe dropped and delivery notice card will be left. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, a re‑delivery fee of £5 shall apply.
Given the above, please note that the delivery address which was provided to us was for a business restaurant with opening hours between 12 and 23 PM (according to Google). We planned the delivery according to this information only for our driver to find out at the restaurant's location at 6:30 PM that it was closed. Please also note that we were in close communication with you regarding the order and sent you photos of what the bouquet looked like so you were informed of when the order would be dispatched and delivered.
However, several hours afterward after our closing hours you sent us an email to which we replied to the following morning and scheduled the order for redelivery for the next available date upon receiving confirmation that the business closed at 6 PM. We even agreed to waiver the redelivery fee as a gesture of goodwill.
We believe we have been more than fair and prompt with your order and did our best to fulfil it.

Negative experience: This company is advertised as an international flower delivery service, allows you to select a country of delivery, confirms the international address, TAKS YOUR MONEY… and then 24 hours later advises they do not do international delivery, shocking customer service, avoid

Please note that we do not offer international deliveries at the moment. On our delivery page we state our availability for our delivery services. Namely the Same-day one for London addresses and the Next-day delivery service for the rest of the UK.
Additionally, upon entering an address that is outside mainland UK you were immediately notified at the check-out with a "Recipient Address Alert" stating the following:
"Please provide a valid UK delivery address. We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders to non-UK addresses can’t be processed and will be subject to a refund fee."
However, this alert was not heeded and the order was still placed which culminated in us contacting you and cancelling the order with your confirmation.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous Christmas tree, cannot recommend enough and it was a fraction of the price and as good (if not better) than the £80+ ones I've bought in previous years. I only ordered from Flower Station as I wanted a cheaper option (bought my tree late on 22nd December, so an £80 one seemed silly) that would come quickly. I had low expectations given I couldn't select the tree in person but it was a lovely tree and taller than advertised (I ordered a 5 ft one and this was over 5'6) and very bushy and even branch distribution. Free same day delivery with tracking was the cherry on top. Will buy from Flower Station from now on.

As your order was placed on the 9th for delivery on the 9th of December to an address outside our delivery range, we contacted you to inform of the above and provide you with the next available delivery date. However, as we did not receive a reply we continued to try and get a hold of you and sent several more emails. After receiving your reply on Monday the 15th we scheduled your order for delivery on the 16th of December 2025 with your confirmation. The order was then prepared, shipped and delivered accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I’m from Switzerland and wanted to surprise my best friend, who was celebrating her birthday in London, with a bouquet and a card since I couldn’t be there in person. I was a bit worried at first because she was staying in an Airbnb, and I wasn’t sure if the delivery would work out. However, Flower Station made everything so easy! I contacted them by email, and they replied right away, assuring me that my delivery instructions would be followed carefully. I was even able to track the order, see who delivered it, when it arrived, and view photos of the delivery location — which I really appreciated. My friend received the flowers and was absolutely thrilled. The bouquet was stunning, and everything went perfectly. Negative experience: ⭐️ 1-Star Review Really disappointed with this service. I ordered a £50 bouquet for my fiancée, which arrived quickly, but within 4–5 days the flowers were already dead. For that price point, I would expect far better quality and longevity — especially when supermarket flowers from Tesco purchased a week earlier are still in great condition. I contacted customer service with photos and videos, but was told that flowers only last on average 4–5 days and that complaints are only reviewed within 2 days of delivery. By the time the deterioration became noticeable enough to raise a concern, apparently it was already “too late.” Their solution was to offer a £10 store credit — which feels both dismissive and useless, as I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again. It’s frustrating that they hide behind policy instead of caring about customer experience or product quality. £50 for flowers that barely make it to day five is unacceptable, and the response I received confirmed that this company isn’t interested in standing behind their products. Lesson learnt — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend.

As already advised in our earlier communication, we informed you that due to the perishable nature of the products we provide to our customers, we only review complaints forwarded to us within 2 days of the date of receipt with photos depicting the issues raised so we may investigate the matter.
However, as you contacted us six days after receiving the flowers there was nothing much we could do at that point.
We anticipate flowers to survive on average between 4 and 5 days after delivery. The lifespan of which may be increased or decreased depending on many conditions, including but limited to the care as well as the room temperature they are put.
Nevertheless, even though we were contacted after the above-mentioned period, we still offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill which you refused.
We believe we have been more than fair and forthright in our explanation and terms and conditions.

Negative experience: Personally speaking, I would avoid. I received a bouquet which looked great. However, it lasted all of about two days before the roses wilted and the hydrangeas shortly after. The quality of the flowers is poor compared to ones I can buy from our local market.

Given the above, On the rare off-chance, we have made a mistake or the product you have received does not meet our standards and we are notified within a maximum of 2 days from receipt along with photos depicting the issue and showing the bouquet as a whole, our team will then verify the issues raised and we will organise a replacement instantly and cover the costs ourselves.
As for flower condition, although we say as a rule of thumb that between 4 to 5 days is a good time frame for freshness, this can vary. There are many factors when it comes to the lifespan of a flower such as its variety, room temperature, where it is kept and how often the stems are re-cut and the water is changed.

Positive experience: It’s a life savior when you need flowers and balloons on a very short notice. But you do end paying much more and the selection, especially on the balloon side, is very basic and limited.
Fantastic experience: I came in today looking for a bouquet of flowers for a friends birthday and Iris helped me design and put together an stunning piece. Such good quality and reasonably priced bouquets. I now know where to get my flowers from every time!

Negative experience: Placed online order for six red roses in a vase. The flowers are beautiful but one rose head was in the box when it arrived and another stem had snapped. I complained to Flower Station and asked for a replacement but they only felt the need to offer me 10% off a future order. Bit disappointing and won’t be ordering again…

Negative experience: I ordered “Pink” Roses from them for someone who has breast cancer in honour of breast cancer month and they sent her these horrible looking roses. This was very disappointing and embarrassing for me. I emailed them and instead of accepting their mistake they gave me “10% discount” code for “next time”. However, we would like to clarify that the bouquet sent was our Ecuadorian Pink rose arrangement, made with fresh, high-quality roses. The outer “guard petals” you noticed are natural protective petals that some florists choose to remove for presentation purposes like in the image on our website. We intentionally leave these petals intact, as they help protect the inner bloom during transit and significantly improve the longevity and freshness of the roses for the recipient. The roses will open up and the outer petals will fall back on themselves if you keep re-cutting the stems.
That said, we do appreciate that the appearance may not have matched what you were expecting based on the website image, and we regret that this was not communicated more clearly at the time of your order.
While we are sorry to hear that you may not choose to order from us again, we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish the recipient our very best.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Flower Station with my best friend on the morning of 30th August 2025 at 5am, and we were looked after by Emile. Despite it being so early, his warmth, energy, and professionalism made the whole experience so enjoyable. The bouquet he created for us was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect blend of soft pinks and crisp whites, arranged with such elegance and care. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It genuinely felt like a work of art, and you could see the creativity and passion Emile puts into his arrangements. What impressed me most was how he listened to exactly what we wanted, while also making suggestions that elevated the bouquet far beyond our expectations. His talent and attention to detail were outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve bought flowers many times before, but this bouquet is without doubt one of the most beautiful I’ve ever received. Emile turned an early morning stop into such a memorable moment, and for that I’m truly grateful. Negative experience: That's the 2nd time I ordered from Flower Station hoping that 1st time was just a one time mistake on their side. This will definitely be my last order with them. I chose a very nice bouquet on their website, "It's a kind of magic" made up of blue hydrangea, nude roses and violet statice. The bouquet that arrived to my friend was white and pink (white hydrangea and a looot of dark pink/fuchsia roses, all the pink roses they found in the flower shop). It had nothing to do with the one that I ordered and not suitable for my friend (maybe for a teenager). I don't understand. Is it that difficult to make an identical copy of the bouquet you display on your website? They were all seasonal flowers: hydrangea and roses. I didn't choose tulips or freesia... will never use Flower Station again!!!

Negative experience: I put off leaving a negative review months ago as I wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately I have been left disappointed again. My husband purchased a bouquet on Monday 21st April, in the NW1 store, paying £105.00. While the arrangement was undeniably beautiful upon arrival, I was very surprised and disappointed to see that after only three days, the flowers began browning, wilting, and dropping leaves and petals. Given the high price of the bouquet, I had expected a much longer lifespan. In fact, l've had more affordable flowers from supermarkets last significantly longer in the same conditions. It's quite disheartening, especially considering the thought and cost that went into this gift. The company had offered me a small discount on a future purchase rather than a refund as compensation. This week, we gave it another go and bought flowers again. This time we went for the option of having them delivered to us. Unfortunately we experienced the same outcome, even after following all the aftercare instructions. As you can see in the attached photos, before and afters. Didn't want to post a negative review, however our experience has just been disappointing.

In this instance, the issues described occurred after three days, which is why as a goodwill gesture we could have provided you with some form of rectification had we been contacted.

Negative experience: I reserved a few roses the day before and made it clear I needed roses with thorns and no trimming for a photoshoot in which the florist assured me that was no problem. Was told to come the next day and collect them, when I went the next day to pick up the roses and told another cashier who was working that roses with no trimmings were put aside to collect, she started speaking to the other florist in her own language and went to the back and to get the roses. She decided to quickly wrap the roses and without me checking. Once I checked the roses and realised they were all polished and trimmed down, they also tried to charge me £1 more for each rose. After stating that this wasn’t what I required she just said “do you want it or no?” Which I found quiet rude as they purposely tried to quickly pack roses they knew were polished and not what was asked for

As payment was not taken on the day of reservation, the specific roses discussed were unfortunately used for another order in the meantime. That said, we are particularly concerned to hear about how the situation was handled when you returned to collect the roses. Negative experience: Very disappointed with the quality of flowers purchased and customer care from the Flower Station on Park Road, London NW1. My son-in-law bought a bouquet for £140 in cash on Sunday, 27th July and I received it within 30 minutes. Sadly, the flowers began wilting almost immediately and were dying, shedding petals and greenery within 48 hours — despite following all care instructions. I’ve had supermarket flowers last more than two weeks, so this was especially frustrating given the cost and sentimental value of the gift. When we reached out to customer service, they said they could not do anything without a receipt. Unfortunately, my son-in-law had paid in cash and didn’t keep the receipt — but we had a photo taken on the day showing the bouquet in their branded box as proof. Still, no help offered. I understand the request for a receipt, but as these flowers were a gift, that is not possible. Expecting gift recipients to produce receipts before acknowledging faulty goods — especially perishable items that cannot be returned in their original state — is unrealistic and unhelpful. The condition of the flowers a day after being received speaks for itself, which is why I share my honest experience here. Very poor service and not what you’d expect from a premium florist. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers as gifts for teachers at our school. This was last minute & requested same day delivery. I spent just under £100 for both bouquets and one bouquet was decent whilst the other was very poor. It had visibly dead and shrivelled flowers so I tried to pick them out to make the bouquet look a bit attractive. Very disappointing as there was nothing I could do to replace them at that late hour. Also, I left a review with photos on their website and they discarded the review about the bad bouquet and only published the review about the other bouquet. That’s why I’m posting my review here. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing flowers bouquets , good price and good service. It's as beautiful as in the photo. Also you can write as much as you want in the message card without any limitation of words. They also have other gifts such as chocolates, teddy bears....I definitely recommend it.
Negative experience: My partner surprised me with a bouquet from this flower shop via Deliveroo, and it was honestly the worst bouquet I’ve ever received. The flowers reeked, I don’t think it’s from the blooms themselves, but could be from the disgusting water they were sitting in. It smelled like the water hadn’t been changed in days, maybe even longer. it was so so bad, bacterial stench that filled my entire room. I washed each flowers multiple times but no help. I had to leave it outside my room. The smell reminds me of bad drain smell, yikes! We reached out via my email (as my partner was on a flight), and the customer service was just as disappointing. No accountability, and absolutely no care for customer experience. A complete letdown. If you care about quality or hygiene, I wouldn’t recommend. Even the grocery stores bouquet doesn’t smell like this.

We are very sorry to hear about this experience. We understand how upsetting it must have been, especially as the bouquet was meant to be a surprise.
We would like to clarify the situation following our communication. When we reviewed the photos provided, the flowers appeared to be in excellent condition visually. Unfortunately, smell is not something we’re able to assess through images alone. Had there been any noticeable odour at the time of preparation, the bouquet would not have been handed to the courier under any circumstances.
As this order was placed via Deliveroo, refunds and order investigations must be handled directly by them, as they are the payment processor and delivery partner. We also note that if a product is believed to be faulty upon delivery, the courier is expected to report this to Deliveroo rather than completing the delivery. In such cases, we would have been notified and would have happily prepared a replacement bouquet immediately.
While we cannot confirm the cause, it is most likely that the issue developed during transit, particularly given the blistering conditions, which are unfortunately outside of our control once the order leaves the shop.
That said, we’re truly sorry that this experience, including the follow-up communication, left you feeling uncared for. This is not the impression we aim to give, and your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue to improve how situations like this are explained and handled.

Negative experience: Sadly I have to leave a one star review. I have obtained flowers on several occasions over the last year or so and they have, what appears to be a good selection but they are far from fresh and have a VERY SHORT SHELF LIFE. The pre-made bouquets always seem to be well put together to conceal the real condition of the flowers. Bought a bouquet on a Wednesday and they need to be thrown 3 days later. (And they have been stored well). Will not be purchasing from here again.

Fantastic experience: I'm from Melbourne, Australia and wanted to send my partner, who is currently in the UK, a bouquet of "The Divine" flowers and wow, they were absolutely stunning! Fresh, vibrant, not a single petal or the box was damaged, and they arrived to him at exactly 11:23am. I honestly couldn't be happier with Flower Station. Fantastic experience: I ordered last-minute flowers at 12 am. for same day delivery. Flowers got delivered before 6 pm. Gorgeous flowers are better than I expected. I also added 3 heart balloons. The quality is amazing. I use this service every year. Thank you so much. If i can give more than 5 stars I would.
Fantastic experience: Stunning bouquet! I ordered the Sweet Anna Deluxe arrangement for a special occasion. After I placed the order, I realized that I forgot to add a personal note. So I emailed Flower Station with the details for the note. They added the note perfectly on a beautifully handwritten card. The delivery was very fast, as I placed the order online at 10:30pm US Eastern Standard time, and the flowers were delivered the next day before 10am London time. The flowers were even more beautiful than pictured on the website. I am very pleased with Flower Station, and the person that received the flowers was so thankful. She said it "made her day!" I would definitely order from Flower Station again.
Negative experience: They claim to be the “premier” flower and gift service. How wrong can they be? Not only did they fail to deliver a £130 order (by ringing the doorbell of the wrong address) but then they fail to answer the phone, fail to respond to voicemail or email. What a shambles. If you want your surprise flower gift to be a catastrophic failure, by all means let Flower Station empty your wallet without delivering on any level. Still waiting for a callback…..

We’d like to clarify what happened with your delivery. The courier arrived at the address provided and attempted delivery via the street entrance, which is the primary entrance listed for the building. They also called the recipient using the contact number supplied and rang the buzzer, but unfortunately received no response. As a result, the delivery was marked as failed in line with courier procedure.
Following this, we notified you by email to explain the situation. We understand you then tried to reach us by phone over the weekend. While our weekend team is smaller, we did return your call within the hour to arrange a redelivery the same day and at that point added detailed instructions regarding the rear entrance and how to access it, to ensure a successful second attempt.
We completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been, especially as the order was intended as a surprise and was a significant purchase. While the initial delivery attempt was made correctly based on the information provided, we’re sorry that the delay in reconnecting added to your frustration.

Negative experience: Rude and overpriced. They dilute their helium so the balloons barely lasted 1 day. Would not recommend. Bald guy behind the counter could not have been more unpleasant.

We would like to clarify that we do not dilute helium. All of our helium is supplied directly from sealed, commercial canisters, which cannot be refilled or altered in any way. Diluting helium is simply not something we are able to do, nor would we ever compromise on product quality.
Regarding the balloons, foil balloons can begin to deflate more quickly when exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Helium naturally expands in warm conditions, which can cause pressure changes and significantly reduce float time. This is a known characteristic of helium-filled foil balloons and unfortunately something beyond our control.
We are also very sorry to hear that you felt the service was rude. This is not the standard we strive for, and we take comments about staff conduct seriously.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. Ordered the Pink Candy bouquet for my daughter's 4th birthday. Absolute rubbish quality, looks nothing like the marketing picture. All roses have brown dry spots on them and would not open properly. These flowers are not worth a fraction of the £49 they cost (plus £10 delivery). Will never use Flower Station again and don't recommend to anyone!

We would like to clarify how this was handled on our side. We have a clear quality guarantee in place, namely if we are contacted within two days of receipt with photos, we open a complaint, investigate the issue, and where appropriate, arrange a replacement. In this case, your message reached us on the second day after delivery, and we responded within minutes requesting photos so we could properly assess the issue. The delivery photo taken by our driver showed the bouquet to be in excellent condition upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the requested photos were only provided 10 days later, which meant there was a significant delay beyond the guaranteed review period. At that stage, it was no longer possible for us to accurately investigate the original condition of the flowers or offer a replacement.
Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we still offered a 20% discount voucher, as we do genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
We are sorry we couldn’t resolve this to your expectations. We always encourage customers to contact us promptly with photos so we can take immediate action and make things right.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Flowers Station ,Baker street with Antonella Florist! The floral arrangements are truly elegant, and the atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. What I especially appreciated is that : the atmosfere s changes when came young florist is run by a young, dynamic florit full of fresh ideas and positive energy. Antonella work with passion, are incredibly creative, and pay great attention to detail – you can really feel the love she s put into their work. Unlike other places where older employees can sometimes seem less enthusiastic or rushed, here the younger staff bring a fresh vibe. She s friendly, cheerful,know many languages and always ready to help you choose something special. It’s great to see young women given the chance to shine – and the results speak for themselves. Negative experience: Had a chance to get flowers for a very important occasion. Ladies didn’t talk English well and were not really friendly. They tried to sell me more than I wanted and something what didn’t match with the whole bouquet. Some of the flowers died next morning (7am), I bought them at 3pm on the previous day. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Made a late night stop to buy flowers for the Mrs! Great service from Ruslan who made sure I got what I needed!
Negative experience: As a florist myself i have never known such an unprofessional company . I placed an order to be delivered on the Sat before Mother's day . The delivery was not attempted. No one ever answers the phone and you cannot ring a store directly . They do not deliver on a Sunday which is ridiculous . I am still waiting for the bouquet 4 days later so it has been sat sweating in a random van or warehouse for 5 days now - to even consider re delivering this is a disgrace , they should not call themselves a florist! It is their responsibility to ensure all orders given to their courier are delivered on the day they are supposed to be delivered & if not , they should be returned to the store for immediate delivery by a back up delivery service . I have had multiple emails telling me they are out for delivery then never turn up . I have called customer service almost 50 times in a 3 day period. When i placed the order online for the bouquet ( almost £200 ) , i followed up with a call to double check that all the details were correct. They have absolutely ruined Mother's day for me , highly unprofessional, terrible customer service . Save yourself a lot of time & energy and order elsewhere - if i could give zero star rating I would ! I have had to go through my bank to reclaim my money .

When I saw what they had received, I was absolutely gutted! I paid £54 for these! I have included two photos: what was advertised and what was received. Shocking, dull flowers.

Negative experience: Do NOT use this company. They do not care about you and your events. I placed the order 3 days in advance to make sure it'll be delivered on time as it was a GIFT. So I waited and waited but no update about shipping the order.. I called them many times, emailed them, no response... they finally realised they messed up and rushed things to deliver it. They delivered the flowers at 11:53 pm!!!! It was supposed to be a gift and obviously I could not gift it as it was delivered at midnight when the party was over. The flowers were also not fresh. I requested for a refund and they failed to respond. Horrible experience.
