I had seen some of their displays online and chose one. The basket display was beautifully arranged and the flowers were top quality (unlike alot of other florists). Negative experience: Not reliable - I was given information about availability of produce that was at best, misleading. Leopold Rd shops try to create a "local" experience - today's treatment was more in keeping with a "London" experience - i.e. loads of potential customers, it doesn't matter what we say, there will always be someone to buy our product. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Brian supplied table decorations as well as posies and a bouquet for presentation at a Royal Banquet held in the City of London for 240 people. He delivered to the venue on time and without fuss. Most importantly, his creations were perfect and to budget. He provided a thoroughly professional service that I would use again. Fantastic experience: Brian Kirkby flowers did our wedding flowers in 2024 and they were absolutely stunning! We had bridal bouquets, button holes and our church decorated. From the very first conversation Tammi and her team immediately understood what we were looking for (Pinterest boards are a good thing!) and were helpful and relaxed. But, on the day of the wedding, I was even more shocked at how good their flowers were! We had an archway on our church and it’s was beyond stunning as was everything else - they were above and beyond our expectations and give my husband is a qualified horticulturist he isn’t easy to please! Fantastic experience: I ordered a funeral tribute all white flowers spray which included Lilies and Roses. I wasn't able to attend the funeral but someone sent me a photo and I was so impressed. Although based in Wimbledon where you would expect to pay more, their prices were slightly cheaper than other florists. Fantastic experience: I am a big fan of giving floral arrangements for gifts and its been my go to gift for Birthdays and special occasions for 29 years now. Over the years I have bought my flowers from so many different florists. But now I have found the best by far. I have always had such amazing feedback from every person I have sent them too. And I have been using them for several years nows. On my mums, mothers day flowers the third party delivery guy went to the wrong location and was unable to drop them. Positive experience: We were initially quite nervous about choosing bridal flowers and button holes, and our initial consultation with Brian was a little bit intimidating and a bit rushed. Fantastic experience: It was my first order from Brian Kirkby Flowers and it will not be the last, as I am very impressed with the service they provide. Arrangements are truly breathtaking. I am from Bulgaria and I wanted to surprise my girlfriend living in London for her birthday today. Yesterday (Sunday) I tried to place an order from Bulgaria in Brian's online store but I couldn't finish it. However, this is not important, it is more important what happened next. Today, before the flower shop opened, I received an email from Brian. Apparently he noticed that I was trying to order unsuccessfully, he expressed a desire and willingness to help me. I placed my order for this unique bouquet over the phone in literally a few minutes...They are very efficient, as the flowers arrived in less than tree hours. Fantastic experience: I went to get my parents a pastel floral bouquet for their wedding anniversary at the weekend and was bouncing bewteen 2 pre-made bouquets available to buy without pre ordering. I finally chose the one I wanted but wasn't too keen on a couple of the flowers in it. The person serving me whose name was Joe, very kindly swapped out the flowers and replaced them with a couple other ones. The presentation was creative and added that extra je ne sais quoi. I find this to be great customer service as in this day and age people don't care and just want to sell you things and be off. Joe was very informative and took the time to make sure that I got the flowers that I wanted and also as I was travelling over an hour to my destination put them in water. This is only the 2nd time that I have used this florist and both times I have walked out very happy. The flowers are fresh and the service is excellent and I highly recommend this place 110%. Thank you and my parents loved them.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Brian Kirby Flowers by email as I needed some funeral flowers. They were so helpful & quoted a good price when I sent over some photos. I paid online & the flowers arrived at the Undertakers on the morning of the funeral. I was so happy & pleased with the order. The flowers were perfect & absolutely beautiful. I ordered a traditional MUM tribute with peach coloured roses on each letter, (no frills or ribbons) & a rustic bouquet with Calla lillies. Perfect .......
