Fantastic experience: The most amazing experience with SW Blooms after being recommended here. My best friend of 25 years has her Hen Do this weekend and unfortunately I live abroad and could not make it. I messaged SW Blooms after closing hours in a panic that I had not been able to arrange for her to receive anything on the Saturday morning from me. I messaged asking if there was any possibility of a morning delivery the next day (assuming the answer would be an obvious no). Without hesitation they could not have been more supportive and helpful and instantly arranged for this to happen. I am so grateful they could help me with this and will highly recommend them to anyone near or far looking for amazing flowers and service! Thank you so much again!

I recently bought some house plants and beautiful pots from here and all are doing well. Fantastic experience: Me and my husband got married at the end of August, it was a two day event and we used SW Blooms for all of our flowers, I had my bridal bouquet, two bridesmaid bouquet and my flower girl(my daughter) had a smaller version of my bouquet which was the cutest thing ever may I add! We also had 9 buttonholes made for the grooms party and 10 large bouquets with beautiful glass vases for the celebrations after the ceremony. We had so many compliments on our beautiful flowers I knew we had made the right choice to go with SW Blooms! Sam and team made our wedding weekend so special anything I asked for or requested they did without hesitation even if I was a bridezilla at times! We had an amazing experience with them from start to finish. They even collected all the flowers from Friday, took them, refreshed them and delivered them to our wedding party on the Saturday in Northwest London, the flowers came back looking even more beautiful than they did on the Friday if that’s even possible! They went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you again Sam & team you were absolutely brilliant, everything was perfect I would definitely recommend these guys a million times over!

Fantastic experience: I have ordered funeral wreath at SW Blooms Florsit. They were extremely helpful and accomodating to my personal needs. I was really happy with final product and price.

Negative experience: Very poor experience with SW Blooms, Southfield. Paid over £120 for a rose bouquet, that looked tired as soon as it was unwrapped. The roses started wilting and dropping petals within 24 hours, despite proper care and the quality flower feed we had to use. We've kept flowers for over 30 years and know what to expect, these were not worth a third of the price. Even worse, the customer service was dismissive and preferred to blame us rather than offer any solution. Photos attached so you can see for yourself. We won’t be ordering from this place again.

Fantastic experience: Ordering from Australia, I ordered what I thought was a Halloween themed flower Bouquet for my niece whom had helped my son whilst travelling from Australia to the uk , but had in fact ordered a Halloween class! Fantastic experience: I bought two bouquets from SW Blooms and they were stunning. It is on the pricier side but I would pay all over against because the bouquets were so well put together. I ordered for collection and actually wasn't going to make it in time but the florist was so flexible and let me collect it from a neighbouring store. They provided the bouquets with instructions for keeping them fresh for long. One bouquet I held on my wedding day as I walked down the aisle and the other I had used to make customised table centers. Absolutely stunning and I would recommend getting your flowers or bouquets from here.

Fantastic experience: We ordered our bridal bouquet and three buttonholes from SW Blooms Florist, and overall we had a good experience working with them. I asked for a cascade-style bouquet and buttonholes for the groom, best man, and father of the bride — and everything was delivered on time and in excellent condition, securely fastened in a box to prevent damage. I chose SW Blooms because of their convenient location, reasonable pricing, and the range of options available both on their website and in-store. Communication with Sam was very easy — he understood our colour scheme clearly, and when we had to cancel our in-store consultation due to a family emergency, they were more than happy to switch to a video call instead, which was greatly appreciated. The bouquet was just right — not too heavy, not too big — and it looked lovely both while I was holding it and when it was laid on the table for lunch and cake cutting. It fit the style of the day beautifully. I ended up gifting it to the best man’s girlfriend at the end of the night with advice to keep it fresh, but it would have been helpful if the florist had included instructions on how to care for the flowers to help them last longer. Some of the blooms did start to droop by the evening, which is understandable after a full day. The buttonholes looked great initially, but unfortunately didn’t last well into the night. My father even removed his to avoid it appearing wilted. I also noticed the classic clothing pins provided weren’t as modern or secure as plastic fasteners I’ve seen elsewhere — perhaps something to consider updating in future. A heads-up that the flowers would still be wet on delivery would’ve also helped us prepare, especially when rushing to get ready! Despite these small things, I would recommend SW Blooms for couples if it's in their budget and need well-arranged flowers with good customer service and flexibility. They were helpful and professional, and for what we needed, they did a solid job.

I had a special request for a turquoise roses - something incredibly unique and not easy to find—and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did they specially order it just for me, but the rose that arrived was absolutely perfect. The colour was stunning, the bloom was flawless, and the presentation was beyond beautiful. They are professional and patient and were happy to enable some small changes in details along the way. I found them to be extremely friendly and made me feel that my order was important!! Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Ordered my bridal bouquet containing white roses and a bridesmaid bouquet which was supposed to have pink roses. Instead ended up with two identical bouquets containing all white roses - which I was OK with in the end as the bouquets did look beautiful. However, when my husband went to collect the flowers the day before our wedding (as scheduled) the person behind the till was very unhelpful and initially told him to come back on the morning of the wedding instead, claiming that it would be better for them. My husband explained that this would not be possible and was again met by rudeness and annoyance. In the end, he was given the bouquets - however, there was no explanation whatsoever for the order being wrong. Would not recommend going to this florist for weddings or special occasions as they are not reliable and will only add to last minute stress! EDIT: Thank you for your reply, however, as you mention that you have no record of our order, I will gladly clarify the details. The order was made in my husband's name (Benjamin) on the 26th May 2025 and was for two bouquets - the White Avalanche Bridal Bouquet and the Small Rose Bridal Bouquet. Our order number was #7584417 and we selected the Click and collect option for collection on Fri 13th June after 12PM. The flowers were collected from SW Blooms on 34 Replingham Road, Southfields, London SW18 5LR. Further, the owner's name (Sam) is listed in our confirmation email.

You also took time to show me various roses and foliage which helped me visualise the overall look of the bouquets and pedestal arrangements. The ordering process was so easy, again you took time to ensure that I was clear and satisfied with the order. Overall during all our dealings with SWBlooms, everything was very straightforward, keeping the stress levels to a minimum, unusual for anything to do with a wedding. There was great peace of mind in knowing that Sam was going to oversee everything, deliver and move the flowers to the reception venue-most useful for a slightly hassled mother of the bride! The care, time and attention they showed me when I ordered a flower crown for a hen party was unsurpassed, as was there kindness, professionalism and advice on the flowers to have in this crown to ensure it lasted the longest time possible. leva took special care to listen to my requests that the flower crown colours match colours in the brides bouquet, together with other flowers of significance i.e. something blue. Fantastic experience: What a Fabulous Florist! They did the flowers for my Mum’s funeral and they were breathtakingly beautiful. They added such beauty to such a sad day and paid special tribute to our magnificent Mum. We had letter tributes and a coffin spray and lots of friends and family used them too. All of them stunning. They had a really wide choice and the staff, especially Roni and Yvonne, couldn’t have been more kind or helpful.
