Fantastic experience: I stopped by to pick up an arrangement for my daughter’s uni graduation celebration. There were several bouquets to choose from but none of them fit what I had hoped for for my daughter. The nice gentleman working there offered to make up a bouquet for me while I wait. He created a beautiful arrangement with flowers of my choosing in a vase and plastic wrap around it to help with me carrying it for my walk back to my place. I highly recommend this flower shop. Negative experience: Overpriced, rude staff, childish behaviour spraying water over people passing by. Allowed the homeless to loiter and litter the streets out the front. In response to their reply to this review: I was attending a conference at the millennium hotel, 30 seconds around the corner. This review is true and correct and you should consider changing your staff. I would not fabricate a review at a random flower shop in London for no reason.

Fantastic experience: We have used Flowers Inc. several times and have always had the best experience. Most recently, we required a huge bouquet of bright, colorful flowers on fairly short notice and Yann was only too happy to oblige. He took the time to find out exactly what we needed, then went a step over and above and sent us photos so we could see the finished product. (Photo below.) Their flowers were absolutely the freshest and so gorgeous, with such a great variety available. We will use Flowers Inc. every time we need flowers in London!

Fantastic experience: Living in Canada and trying to send flowers to you daughter and her fiance in London can be a tough task. Will you get what you order? Will the florist be helpful? And as I'm always trying to support local I found Flowers Inc., through a Google search, and noticed they were near the Gloucester Rd Tube Station (a spot I am familiar with from visits to London) and close to where my daughter lives. Fantastic experience: My birthday happened to fall during my three day stay in London, and my husband wanted to surprise me with a beautiful flower bouquet.. but as far as i know, the bouquet wasn’t just beautiful, it was gorgeous.. The most beautiful, freshest flowers i have ever seen. The way it was arranged and the different kinds that they added gave the bouquet a very unique touch. I don’t think i will ever get a more beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately i had to leave it behind while I went back home (wish they allowed bouquets on flights) **P.s when i left, the flowers were still as fresh as i first got them.

The florist messaged to ensure they understood exactly what was expected and made suggestions which were greatly appreciated. After the good results of last week, I placed an another order for the same arrangement this week. Unfortunately, the results this time were very disappointing. The arrangement did not contain what was expected and the delivery was unsatisfactory. When I brought this to the attention of the company, I was told I was wrong about the arrangement and they disclaimed any responsibility for the delivery. I will not be using these services again. Too bad!
