(Altho flowers, pot they came in, did differ from that of the intial order pictures and maybe not total value for money compared to what was delivered imo, however my mum was still satisfied nonetheless at her surprise timely delivery!)

Fantastic experience: I purchased two sets of sympathy flowers from Bonnie Fleurs at the end of January, and once again, I was completely blown away. The flowers were truly stunning — elegant, tasteful, and arranged with great effort and care. I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to create such beautiful arrangements. They were exactly what I had hoped for, and both families I gave them to were so touched and grateful. It meant so much to see how much comfort they brought. Both families also mentioned how long the flowers lasted — even after many weeks, they were still looking beautiful, which was great to hear. The service by staff at Bonnie Fleurs was just as outstanding. The team are always so kind, warm, and welcoming - and this time they went above and beyond. They provided elegant & tasteful black bouquet carrier boxes (carefully chosen to align with the tone of the sympathy flowers) so I could carry both arrangements easily, and they even offered to help me take them out to my car. It’s thoughtful extra touches like this that make such a difference, and one of the reasons I keep returning to Bonnie Fleurs (along with, of course, their beautiful arrangements!). The turnaround time was also incredibly quick - everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism, and I always know I can trust and rely on Bonnie Fleurs — they never disappoint. Even if I one day move away from Scotland, I would honestly fly back just to get my flowers from Bonnie Fleurs!! They really are that good. Positive experience: Very expensive £49.50 bouquet of roses and lilies was small with too much greenery wrapped up in tissue paper and cellophane, and too few roses and lilies. £50 spent on a bouquet from eg Morrisons or Waitrose would result in many more flowers. Disappointing.

I hadn't realised my friend was away for a couple of days until the delivery driver tried a number of times to deliver without success, keeping me updated each time. When I let him know she was away and apologised for my mistake he was great. The flowers were returned to the shop and a fresh bouquet delivered on her return. With no additional charge. Cannot thank them enough and recommend them enough either, our flowers were absolutely beautiful and everything that I could have hoped for and more!
