Fantastic experience: Ive walked in on more than four occasions that I can recall and these ladies went out there way to help give me a lovely couple bunches flowers an also write some lovely words on my behalf being older and not great at writing it’s always a blessing when they go over an beyond the norm I appreciate the ladies and there flowers and deals are amazing thanks for the service you have giving me also the flowers was beautiful and all my family always say oh we’re did you get them from I say every blooming thing in mount they say they went up but I don’t know if not they missed out I can tell you that because these ladies are amazing artistic and empathic 20/10 defo

Negative experience: Pass this place on the way to work, decided to go in to purchase some flowers, the flowers looked amazing however the women was extremely rude which made me not want to spend my money there

Fantastic experience: First I must start with mentioning how lovely the shop owner was, extremely welcoming and helpful. The standard of flowers available are of the best quality and great value across all price ranges. I had an emergency and weren’t able to pick up the flowers on the day planned and a new batch was made and delivered the next possible day. Even though they did not have to do this they did and this really meant they’ve gained a customer for life from myself as they clearly care about who there customers are and are not just a order number like alot of these other florists. Brilliant shop

Fantastic experience: Catriona was amazing and gave us lots of suggestions for our wedding. When you tell a florist what vision you have, you put your trust in them and I’m so glad we did, they looked unreal and exactly how we wanted it! Catriona also added some little extras to make our tables look lovely. All the bouquets were gorgeous and I still have the flowers in a vase, they last forever! Fantastic experience: Our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning and we got excellent value for beautiful work, amazing quality and very hard work from the two ladies to deliver what we were looking for. The ladies spent a lot of time with us making sure we got what we wanted. Our guests spoke about how beautiful the flowers were - my shower bouquet had a gorgeous brooch element amongst the fresh flowers which turned out amazing, we had our hoop and mirror decorated with fresh flowers and the urn for our drinks table and entrance stairs and it looked amazing. My mum and my husbands mum helped make sure we made bouquets from the flowers the next day

Every meeting we had with Louise blew us away - she is so talented and watching her work was magical. We gave her a very basic brief and she brought this to life, completely in line with our vision for the day. We trusted her completely and my gosh did they deliver! Seeing our flowers was one of the most exciting part of the day - they were truly stunning and tied everything together perfectly. Fantastic experience: Cannot fault Every Blooming Thing, top class service, high quality flowers and amazing prices. Nothing is too much and they go above and beyond always. Would highly recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cat and staff done my Dads funeral flowers and every year anniversary and Christmas, aswell as many of my other loved ones.

Fantastic experience: Catriona done the flowers to decorate my mothers house for my sister leaving from there on her wedding day. Her flowers did not dissapoint and after been given outrages quotes from other flower shops catriona was very helpful in meeting the budget. Done 3 stunning flower displays down the bannisters on the stairs and also for around the fireplace. Used so many times since and flowers have always been beautiful and good quality. Highly recommend.

Needed a bunch of Freesias last minute for Granny's 90th birthday in 2 days time, after being let down by the previous company we had ordered through. After phoning around every florist in Glasgow (well, 15 anyway!) Every Bloomin Thing were the only shop with Freesias in stock today, and they were able to save some for me while I sped across the city to collect! They were so friendly and helpful, the shop is a wonderful oasis of calm, and the Freesias are gorgeous quality and smell divine! I would highly recommend Every Blooming Thing, and I'm so grateful to them today. Thank you so much for saving Granny's birthday!!

Negative experience: Attend the store on 01/08/2024 to discuss funeral flowers, this was a first experience for me which I was not looking forward to. The woman working had terrible customer service, couldn’t even say hello or smile. I explained this was my first experience of getting funeral flowers and what I was looking for (teardrop funeral spray). She proceeded to tell me that families usually go for much bigger options costing £400+. I felt she was extremely insensitive, rude, and also guilt tripped me for not looking to spend £400 on flowers. Overall this was a really horrible experience and I won’t be in this store again. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: When a friend’s dad passed, our community of geeks came together to fund a casket spread, and I chose EBT as they’re local to me. The ladies were really helpful, as ordering funeral flowers was not something I’d done before, and they guided me through the whole process. What they created was absolutely beautiful. They also put together a similar bouquet for the family to complement the spread. All well made and completely worth the money. Will definitely use them again should I ever be in need of flowers.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a particular bouquet from their website and what they delivered to my mother for Mother's day was a totally different and substandard bouquet which made me feel scammed. Photos attached. The first photo is what I paid over €80 for and the second photo is what they actually delivered...

Negative experience: I phoned up to enquire about a bridal bouquet and buttonholes and whoever answered the phone could not have been more rude. She spoke to me as if I was being a nuisance and as if I was stupid. It’s a shame because I wanted to get my flowers locally but have decided to get them elsewhere now.

Negative experience: I ordered a basket of Christmas flowers for my elderly mum. Very disappointed with the arrangement. Only a few flowers, mainly green foliage, red berries and bits of red silver and green plastic decorations Highly overpriced and poor quality.

Fantastic experience: I live in Edinburgh and wanted to support a local small business, so I looked up the most local florist to my mum and ordered, hoping the good reviews were right. My mum has just received her lovely birthday flowers and she was totally delighted with the selection and quality. Gorgeous arrangement really made her day.

Fantastic experience: Placed order for flowers yesterday for my friend and received a call today to say how beautiful the tied bouquet was. We had no previous knowledge of the shop since we don't live in the area but on calling I was delighted with the service received and felt confident to place the order. Negative experience: Im sure this was a one off as they got lots of good reviews.... so far...We phoned to get flowers delivered and the girl who answered the phone was very rude, and told us that she was too busy answering phones to us customers to do our flowers, we asked her to phone back as we couldn't find adress to deliver too, as we thought we could click and collect, when she did phone back she stopped our call to tell us there was someone else phoning she needs to hang up. She obviously cant need the business and needs extensive customer service training. Very poor attitude won't be using them again.

Recently, I was looking for a different style of flower display as a special 80th birthday present. I discussed what I would like over the phone, but what I received far exceeded my expectations! Negative experience: Beautiful flowers, but unbelievably rude owner. I understand how difficult these times are; which is why I chose to purchase flowers from a local business to support. However, the attitude of the owner is shocking, unhelpful and plain rude. I can't remember the last time I was this appalled. I spoke to a family member after this who also experienced a similar conversation with the owner a couple of years ago when asking for help to buy wedding flowers, funnily enough described as "unhelpful, rude and cheeky". I will never give them my business again. Terrible way to talk to people. Terrible way to treat others.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Florist! I used them for my June 2016 wedding in Glasgow and they did an amazing job. They were very professional, helpful and worked with me while I was coordinating from the US. The prices were very reasonable when compared to the ridiculously high prices I was quoted for wedding arrangements from other florists. I never felt pressured to buy and they didn't try to upsell me anything. The bouquets, button holes and table arrangements looked beautiful!  They listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. Everything was delivered on time. I highly recommend this place!
