Oops A Daisy

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous flowers everytime. I have order flowers multiple times over the last few years from here and I have never had a bad bouquet. Working abroad is hard missing birthdays and Mother’s Day and it’s so easy for me to go through their website and delivery has always been so quick. My mum has loved every bouquet and they last atleast 4/5 weeks. Thank you ladies for making a long distance daughters life easier!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed about with the conversation I had with one of the florist on Wednesday regarding my daughter's wedding flowers. Very negative I was advised that as it was just after valentine's day did I appreciated the price of the flowers. Was I aware how difficult it is to get anything into the country with current situation in the world. I asked if it would be possible to integrate an artificial sunflower in the bouquet as this was her favourite flower. The conversation continued and eventually it was suggested I go to the range and get artificial flowers. I love fresh flowers and they will an important part of the weeding. I believe in supporting local businesses but I will not shop again in oops a daisy. Moss florist was such a different experience very professional and actually listened and understood.

Fantastic experience: Ordered for same day service. Very reasonably priced and delivery charge was only £6 which I thought was excellent. Unfortunately the recipient wasn’t in and the shop phoned me to apologise as it meant they wouldn’t be delivered on same day. They contacted the recipient the next morning and delivered a beautifully presented bouquet. Service was exceptional, happy to recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Well done to staff and driver.

Fantastic experience: Went in this morning and a ordered flowers fir ma wee mum. Agreed to pick them up at 5pm. Something came up and I couldn't get back at that time. The lady said no problem and I can have them ready in less than an a hour. They were extremely busy but couldn't have been nicer. Thank you very much. Ps you made a old lady's birthday

Negative experience: My experience was excellent until I had a problem about an item I’d previously bought. Then I saw Jo’s try egotistical colours and they are very black and white, not colourful at all as she would like you to believe. The emails I received from Jo were absolutely disgusting. Unprofessional and childish. She wanted to argue her case and I would only be her customer if I agreed with her. She’s a very egotistical business person and has an attitude that could be her downfall. I had a legitimate message for them, one which I’d emailed about previously but as a long term severe ME sufferer my memory is bad and so I’d forgotten. To Jo it was the end of the world. I was not allowed an opinion and because I didn’t agree with her she cancelled my order. It was clear she was still smarting from my initial complaint. LoL I wouldn’t ever do business with this company again. And I can almost guarantee, as the mature person I am, her attitude will most certainly be her downfall. I am a customer who IS entitled to my own opinion. Your business practices are poor to say the least and your customer service attitude is at the bottom of the pile. Only shop with OaD if you will not ever complain about something or have an opinion that doesn’t line with Jo’s. Good Luck you’re going to need it.

Fantastic experience: We always use Oops A Daisy if sending flowers to someone in their delivery area (just wish it covered a few hundred miles more). The arrangements, no matter what you choose are always exceptional. My favourite is the Hat Box. As we live in the borders, usually order on line but if we have a special request the staff are always extremely helpful over the phone. A beautiful basket was delivered to an Aunt today and she was delighted with them. Can’t praise them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my aunt who has recently underwent major surgery and my mum and I thought it would help to cheer her up once she got home. She sent me a text as soon as they arrived to let us know that they were absolutely beautiful and that she was delighted to receive them. Negative experience: Ordered a beautiful bouquet (or so I thought) for a friend. The top picture shows what I had ordered.. The bottom shows the flowers that were received. Doesn't match what was expected and presentation of arrangement very poor. Poorly put together and for the money paid... Awful. Very disappointed and certainly won't be using or recommending.

Positive experience: Delivered on time saw photo of the flowers not really as I requested although lovely but too much green i ordered yellow and purple there was about 3or4 yellow flowers that I saw quite a few purple but far too much green. I've used this company a number of times and always been satisfied but on this case a bit disappointed
