Fantastic experience: I received the most stunning hand tied bouquet yesterday .I actually phoned them to say how beautiful it was because although I thanked my friend who sent them I really felt the person who made the arrangement deserved a shout out . I never leave bad reviews for florists but I have in the past received some very weird arrangements that I know the senders have spent quite a bit of money on -tbh some look like they have added everything they had at it .This is a florist I will definitely use in the future , the simple colour scheme with loads of eucalyptus is fabulous. I did take photographs but to be honest the reality was way better than the images so I did send the pics to my friend but it didn’t do them justice .

Negative experience: We visited this shop twice today, with the intention of buying our wedding flowers from them. First time at just after 12, the lady had obviously just opened and was busy putting displays outside, she said hello but that was it. We were in for a good 10 minutes and making it very obvious that we were needing help, eventually she told us that we would be better coming back later as the owner was running late. We then came back at 3ish and the lady, who I presume was the owner did not even bother to lift her head when we walked in. We stayed looking for a further 5 minutes to allow her time to finish what she was doing but still no offer of help. All in all a very disappointing experience that should have been a joy. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Will not be coming back to this florist and would definitely not recommend, which really is a shame as some of the flowers looked just what we were looking for. Back to the drawing board to find a new florist.

Positive experience: I bought an impromptu bunch of flowers for a gift this morning at the cost of £85. They were clearly over priced for what I got, but I was time constrained and the florists location was convenient. All of this I was accepting of as I decided to agree to the purchase and not the reason for the star rating mark down. The insult, and reason for the mark down, was the request for an additional £2 for a basic cardboard display bag to place the flowers in, to which I asked if they were serious when buying the largest bunch they had in the store. After some attitude they agreed not to charge for the bag, but honestly this experience reeked of poor service. I would advise avoiding this place unless necessary.

Fantastic experience: Amazing assortments and choices for whatever you may need. Some unique styles too. Lovely shop and staff. Made my partner very happy.

Fantastic experience: Had to buy some flowers for a birthday, but I live in the Midlands, so I needed a bouquet to be delivered to a restaurant in the city centre on October 17th. The man on the phone could not have been more helpful and proved to have great taste. The flowers were an absolute success, they looked incredibly pretty. They delivered, no surprises, no hiccups, just a perfect service for a perfect product. Can't thank them enough.

Negative experience: Tasteless arrangement, flowers didn’t last 5 days and overpriced. Spent £50 on a bespoke flower arrangement, for the price interflora or Mud Glasgow or event Waitrose has nicer arrangements for the price. Customer service was rude and the way it was wrapped looked cheap and homemade. If you want to be a premium florist, arrange your flowers more tastefully and pick flower suppliers that last in quality. And smile when you are serving paying customers. You are selling happy moments with flowers, not passive aggressive negative upside down smiles to people. I highly recommend Rose N Thyme in Bearsden over this place of yours have a £50+ budget. My girlfriend still liked the effort when the flowers received but I went ahead and bought flowers elsewhere and the volume, quality and delivery was so much better. So much potential to improve, trying to be constructive.

Negative experience: I went in this afternoon to select a few flowers for a small hand tied bunch. The woman serving asked what my budget was, to which I replied about £25-30 - I actually had no budget in mind as I was planning to pick the ones I liked together and pay whatever price it ended up. She scoffed and replied, “well it will be VERY small then” in a manner which I found condescending. I stood for a minute or 2 looking at the loose stock (which was uncharacteristically poor) before deciding I wasn’t going to spend my money here. I managed to get a nice bunch in another local shop for around that price. This was a particularly disappointing experience as I have bought hand tied bunches from here about a dozen times in the past and have recommended the shop many times.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars Floral Haven are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. The team are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional every time. Their attention to detail is second to none, and the flowers are always stunning – fresh, beautifully arranged, and thoughtfully presented. They never disappoint!

Negative experience: My mum bought me what I thought was a beautiful bouquet from this shop. Rhodes in pink and purple with green. But by the next day they were very willted. Less than a week on and they are in the bin. Tried reaching out in several ways with no response. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a massive massive Thank You to Shaheen and staff at Floral Haven Glasgow. I rang very late yesterday and asked for a funeral wreath,for the next day for 12pm. Not expecting it would be possible!! They certainly delivered.literally too . Shaheen sent me a photo early this morning of the MOST beautiful Wreath,that not only had been done,but delivered too!! I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided the flowers for our small loch-side wedding last year and we were so delighted with them that we asked if they would provide the flowers for our big celebration last week. Both times they listened carefully to what we wanted but also helped guide us with their expertise and experience, and the arrangements they designed, especially for our Easter-themed celebration were so creative and beautiful that they made my mum cry! Fantastic experience: My beloved cousin lives in Glasgow, and I decided to send her flowers. Even being in America, there weren’t any hiccups in the order, they received it and got started right away. With the time difference, I wasn’t sure when they’d get delivered. I woke up this morning to the happiest message from my cousin that the flowers arrived. The bouquet was huge, fresh, beautiful. She sent me a photo and I’m very impressed! Delivery was smooth, the flowers are breathtaking and everyone is happy. Five stars!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the bouquet my wife has received for Valentine’s Day. It looks like they’ve given her the leftovers in the shop and I am extremely annoyed about this. I asked for Lilly’s and not one stem in her bouquet, I asked for a valentines one and they have put garish purple and green things with lots of greenery and charged me £60, a total rip off. I have used Floral Haven many times over the years but I won’t be giving them anymore business, as this has happened a couple of times now. I could have went to the supermarket and got her a much nicer bunch for half the price. Total letdown and my wife is very disappointed with them too when I told her what the cost.

Only use this florist if you want to be stressed, openly mocked , argued with, treated with disrespect & disappointed. Avoid at all costs!!! Do yourself a favour & chose a florist with integrity, professionalism & kindness.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic flowers! Shaheen and her colleagues are amazing and very helpful! I had an idea on the flowers for the wedding, described it in a very short email to Floral Haven. Shaheen not only replied very quickly but she understood exactly what I wanted to see. I ended up ordering flowers for the wedding here (bouquets for the bride and for the maid of honour, buttonholes for men, corsages for mothers of the bride and the groom and also a corsage for my dog that was a ring wearer). All items were made with perfectly fresh flowers and looked stunning. After the wedding the bride's bouquet stayed for 2 more weeks. Absolutely awesome services that included delivery of items in two different locations in exact timing. Now that I have been to the Floral Haven shop (which is super stylish and looks like from another world), I plan to come back at some point to get some live plant in a pot which can also be found there (and floral compositions as well). Thanks a lot to Shaheen and her team! Cannot recommend their services and flowers enough!

Fantastic experience: An absolutely lovely florist. Got a range of bouquets made up from £15 to £50 and they were all glorious. Fantastic staff with a great eye and fantastic skills.

Fantastic experience: We used Floral Haven for our wedding flowers in April 2019 and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our initial consultation with Shaheen was so positive and resulted in such beautiful flowers on the day. She even remembered a little detail that I had mentioned in our initial talk about adding succulents to the flowers and my bridesmaids had succulents in theirs! We had three different arrangements on the tables including tall martini glasses, birdcages and small fishbowls as well as two larger arrangements and a signing table piece. They were all beautiful and, while arranged differently, complemented each other beautifully. I would definitely recommend Shaheen and Floral Haven for all your florist needs. A wonderful team!

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give this florist 1 star I ordered a bouquet for a special occassion most of the flowers didnt last 3 days I paid £43.00. total rip off the dead flowers are from this florist and the beautiful Roses also in the photo were £10 for a bunch

Fantastic experience: I ordered “The Big Smile” (medium) for my daughter’s birthday. She was very pleased and happy with the flowers that she received. I placed the order via the website on a Sunday and Floral Haven delivered the bouquet the following Tuesday after 4:30 pm as I had requested. It meant a lot to me that my daughter enjoyed her gift and the ordering experience went very smoothly.

Fantastic experience: They made a lovely wreath for my auntie. I placed the order at 4pm approx, and it was ready to collect at 10am the following morning. They made it look amazing, the price was reasonable. The only issue i had was, they did not provide a ribbon with auntie, or her name. I had used other florists that provided that free of charge. I bought ribbon and the letters and made it myself which they pinned to the wreath. I recommend this florist, they are very tactful and polite. Thank you for the flower arrangement.

Fantastic experience: Shaheen at floral haven created flowers for my wedding. I had particular look I wanted created with selected flowers that were meaningful to us. The results created were spectacular The floral birch alter was a real focal point that everyone commented on and was perfect backdrop to our ceremony. Our posies , button holes were so full and fresh. And the centre pieces were elegant and classy. Amazing florist to work with went above and beyond on the day to deliver to all the party. Negative experience: Quite expensive for what your getting, and the staff weren't overly friendly. I tried to ask about pet friendly plants and the women I spoke to seems irritated that I asked.

Fantastic experience: The flowers from here are of an outstanding quality and very very reasonable and I believe farhan is an artist the way he does the flowers!! Very very pleased with every bouquet I have ever got from here .

Negative experience: TOTAL RIP OFF. £40 for 3 yellow (half wilted) roses & 2 gerbera flowers. They pack their arrangements full of cheap greenery and skimp on the actual flowers. Would never recommend, can get a nicer bouquet from a petrol station.

Fantastic experience: Superb florist. The really take care of their U.S. customers. I Recently used FLORAL HAVEN first for my eldest sister and then for my older brother who was hospitalized at So. GENERAL in Glasgow. Shaheen went worked tirelessly to get a nice basket to him and had to make several trips due to ward changes. I then had an emergency request in the middle of the night in California and Shaheen again came in at 5AM to get a beautiful funeral wreath to my brothers memorial which was at 9:30 am. I cannot thank Shaheen enough for her support during this very difficult time.
