Fantastic experience: My favourite florist. Fresh, affordable flowers, fantastically knowledgeable and kind staff. I always pop in for bouquets on special occasions or just to add a nice something to the house. Beautiful potted plants and accessories, with excellent advice given on plant care including watering regimen and light requirements. Great if you are buying something specific for someone else too as you can simply let them know how much of a green thumb your gift recipient has and be advised accordingly. Everyone who works there is fabulous, though I admit I'm biased as Moss (the dog) is my fav.

Fantastic experience: Blooms put together the most perfect wedding flowers for me. I asked for a laidback wildflower look and was amazed when the flowers arrived on my wedding day, they were even better than I could have imagined! A beautiful mix of greenery, daisies, and some more unique and interesting flowers like love-in-a-mist. I have since pressed them to hang onto them forever! Separately, I ordered a bouquet for a friend through Blooms but found out on delivery day that she was away on holiday. Grace at Blooms was more than happy to delay the delivery for me and got back to me almost instantly, saving a small panic! And as a bonus, the shop is lovely to be in, full of gorgeous plants and pots as well as the flowers.

I ordered at 12:30 and received a text to say she loved them at 2pm, only an hour and a half later. Totally amazing. Thank you so much you made our day.

Fantastic experience: Grace and the team are exceptional. They delivered 4 bouquets of flowers within a very specific time frame 10.30-11am as my fiancée was wedding dress shopping at a specific venue. Grace and her team reassured me that everything would work out to the strict timeline i required and the ladies who received flowers were all extremely pleased, as were the wedding dress shop staff who were equally impressed with the quality of the flowers. I would not hesitate to use Blooms again and recommend anyone takes the time to call and discuss your requirements with them as they will be more than accommodating. Brad

Fantastic experience: Bought a display arrangement for a show. Beautifully made and they lasted long after the show finished, which was an added bonus.

Negative experience: Valentine’s Day and no flower to offer. Maybe next year they will do it better.

Fantastic experience: One hour before my Aunt’s funeral and the wreath hadn’t turned up. This wonderful lady produced a beautiful festive display which looked perfect on top of the coffin. She saved the day & I will be forever grateful ❤️

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet of 25 roses, which cost £105. The flowers were in poor condition and the buds were small. The bouquet was put together hastily and the flowers were not harmoniously assembled at all and not at the same level. The bouquet was ordered for 9:30 in the morning, the seller did not bother to make the bouquet in advance and I had to wait outside while it was being put together. The bouquet is objectively not worth the money. I will never order anything from you again

Fantastic experience: Grace and the team at Blooms were incredible in arranging the flowers for our wedding day. We popped into the shop and Grace was so skilled in walking around and pulling a selection of flowers together. We found our theme, Scottish Wild Flowers, and felt rest assured that they would put together something amazing for the day, which of course they did. The flowers arrived promptly on the morning of the wedding and were exactly what we had been imagining. Negative experience: nice place, but i bought a plant here and it was both intensely dehydrated and had a bacterial infection. i was unaware of the infection at time of purchase and now ive had to chop infected bits off in the hopes it will pull through. not only that but the dehydration seems strange because surely a plant shop should water their plants?

Fantastic experience: Usually visit with a limited budget and leave with beautiful fresh cut flowers. Staff do a great job at making suggestions on what to pair and how to arrange it. Very accommodating with different wrapping options too. they also have potted plants in different sizes and dried flowers.

Negative experience: Floral ineptitude. Away for the weekend and when I returned a bouquet of flowers had been sitting on my door step for two whole days plus. The flowers had wilted and looked tired. Fortunately, they had not been taken from our door step as they were a gift. Most importantly, luckily the wrong people didn’t visit my door step as the old flowers would’ve indicated an absence of residents.

Negative experience: The blondy working here was so rude. I ordered a bouquet of purple and white with a hint of green flowers to collect, and the lady assured me a lot of purple flowers are coming. When I went to collect it, it was green, blue and pink with a hint of white and purple! The blondy said: "I'm sorry YOU didn't like it" "I'm sorry it wasn't what YOU imagined" "It's as purple as it gets" with 2 purple flowers in a 35£ bouquet " Purple flowers don't grow in nature" this is what got me the most. Hilarious. "Haven't you seen our work before? Don't you have an idea of what our bouquets look like?" She tried to "fix" it and honestly made it worse but I felt bad for her colleagues as they looked so uncomfortable so I let it go. The blonde lady needs to work at the back and let one of the other ladies or the man handle the clients. Because honestly I would've let it go if treated me normally and not in a condescending manner. I wasn't going to write the review, but as I was walking about, I saw so many purple flowers growing in "nature" and it turned into a joke "purple flowers don't grow in nature"

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't rate this florist highly enough. I needed flowers for Mother's Day as a bunch I had ordered from a different company let me down. Fortunately, Blooms was open on Mother's Sunday and they also were able to make up a bouquet that day. I gave the staff member my budget and what I was looking for and they were more than happy to accommodate this, asking me to come back in 20 minutes which was no time at all given how many orders they already had! When I came back, my order was ready and it was absolutely perfect. I know my mum will love them, and I would definitely buy from Blooms again. Negative experience: Terrible flowers today collected for a funeral, nothing what I asked for wrong colours wreath looked like a Christmas one and flowers horrible won’t use again don’t know if new owners but used in the past and was terrific but today was horrendous

They have the most beautiful fresh flowers, dried stems etc and a wide variety of beautiful plants, ranging from the exotic to more well known types. They also have a vast array of pots, planters etc. There's definitely something to suit everyone's taste. Definitely one of my favourite shops in Glasgow!

I placed the order by phone and found it difficult to relay the written message as I got very emotional. The young Irish girl who took the call demonstrated such warmth and compassion. Negative experience: Had a very strange, unpleasant interaction ensuring I won't be shopping at Blooms again. The customer service can be chilly and slow moving, but it was downright rude today. I had an old birthday voucher that had been lying around for a year. It seemed like it had money on it, as I still had it in my possession & the staff had written the remaining amount on it (£10) beside a date. No harm in asking, right? It took 15 minutes for them to check it, by which point I'd already made my purchase by card. Both the female members of staff were quite rude about it and a woman called Rachel, who I believe is the owner, in a very accusatory and hostile way said the voucher was expired and had been fully used, making a show of ripping it up into several pieces. Fair enough re the voucher, but I was floored to be spoken to like a criminal over a tenner - and I had already paid! It was a simple question, not some nefarious plot. I have bought plants here and my husband has gotten me Blooms bouquets (note: all with our own money separate from the voucher lol), but happy to shop elsewhere moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Blooms is my favourite, go to flower and plant shop, no where is as creative. Even though I’ve moved away from Glasgow, I go there as often as I can. I have loved every arrangement over the years. Cannot recommend them enough ☺️

Negative experience: Turned up at 9.45 and tried door and looked online to see it opened at 10. No problem, went and grabbed a coffee and waited until 10.10. Tried door again and still closed, two women behind till didn’t even look over or signal anything they just continued chatting. Drove over from southside so disappointed, will stick to a bigger garden centre next time.

Negative experience: I have allocated one star, in respect of the diminutive bunch, of dried-up flowers, which were supposedly fresh, but the opposite transpired. Bad enough that, the price for this hastily, thrown-together bouquet, was grossly inflated: imprinted in my memory is, the unhelpful, condescending attitude of the florist. With hindsight I regret that, I actually wasted money by buying from Blooms at Partick Cross; had I purchased flowers from the local supermarket, I would have been guaranteed top notch quality, and service with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I contacted the shop today to see if they could make up a small posy for my friend who was getting married this afternoon - within an hour they had created a beautiful wild flower bouquet, absolutely perfect, can’t recommend the service I got highly enough and my friend was over the moon!

Negative experience: Lovely shop and lovely flowers. The staff, however, was rather dismissive when I asked for help, and disappeared into the back of the shop after two minutes. I ended up leaving and buying my plants elsewhere.

Negative experience: This is my 3rd time visiting- service was poor every time. In fact- we just tried to visit and it is closed. 45 min after apparent opening times... The last two times the two ladies behind the counter were quite dismissive- they did not seem bothered about even saying hi. I expect more from such a beautiful shop- the plants and pots are lovely!

I am happy with this kind of service ,and they do not rob you with over the top delivery charges.The only thing I could put as a negative was,I could not see a flower selection chart or photographs of them.
