Fantastic experience: Hello! I ordered flowers for my sister birthday, choosing the birthday package. They offer you different colors options among bright, pastel, neutral or surprise from the store. I chose the bright colors and they were amazing. Thanks to Edith Wilmot Bristol Florist my family (included my mom and father of course) could be so close to my sister in this special day. Furthermore they wrote a birthday card to her with notes you can write while you order the flowers. It was done with passion. Negative experience: I ordered the same bouquet, but in three different colours, for collection. The order form very clearly said one was brights, one was pastels and one was neutrals. Turned up, all three bouquets are neutrals. They are beautiful, but not what I ordered. Didn't have time to wait for them to be fixed as I was collecting en route to the lunch for the recipients of the flowers.

Over easy email correspondence, I was helped. A gorgeous bouquet of various fresh white flowers were sent in a vase and presented beautifully this morning. My cousin sent a picture and I couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Edith Wilmot. We asked them to provide the flowers for my father's funeral which were beautiful. Then, on the following morning, when we wanted to send flowers to thank the Chaplain who presided over the service, they responded to my request, and not only created a beautiful arrangement, but delivered it with chocolates and a hand-written card within 1 hour from the initial phone. A superb service from a very kind, caring and professional team.

Negative experience: Have used this florist for many years but last two years the flowers have been below par. These ones didn’t last a week and were expensive in comparison to supermarkets so unfortunately won’t be using them again.

I brought them home & emailed them to say how unhappy I was as in the past previous bouquets were a lot better. With it being the day before Christmas Eve & seeing how busy the shop was I didn’t think I would get a swift response back, I was wrong within an hour I had a lovely reply back from Abi. She was more than happy for me to take them back the same day & replace them for another bouquet to my satisfaction, Abi & the team were very welcoming in helping me choose other flowers and it was no bother to them to sort out a new arrangement for me. Alex Jones listened to all my issues and came to my rescue after several failed attempts on my end to get the order accepted. My sister was so surprised and absolutely loved the flower arrangement. Negative experience: 2 Experiences with Edith Wilmot Bristol Florist. My first experience was wonderful (please see review below in 2nd para). My second experience with Edith Wilmot Florist in Bristol is, sadly, the complete opposite of my first review. Recently, when I called to arrange another bouquet for my Aunt (after losing her son) I was told they do not deliver to this particular area in Bristol anymore. In fact, I was advised to use Interflora! I sent an email to the gentleman I had originally spoke to and can confirm - after 8 days, I have received no acknowledgement or reply. It seems that while they were happy to accept orders during a "dry spell" (April 2021) - they "are too busy now" to deliver to the same address (these words are verbatim of what was said to me)! I found an alternative florist who was most happy to take an order, deliver locally and created a stunning bouquet for my Aunt. Without hesitation, I will use them in the future. Am sad to write this review as I always try and use small local businesses when and wherever possible. Take heed, if your looking for customer service - think twice! Such a shame!! I've given 2 stars to reflect the first experience but, sorry, the second experience was very disappointing, underwhelming and quite frankly insulting! First Experience: Excellent Quality, Presentation & Service. I live at the other end of the country from Bristol but, from the initial phone call to Edith Wilmot Florist to the fabulous hand-tied bouquet delivered to my Aunt, the service was impeccable. My Aunt has called me each day since receiving the bouquet because she is so thrilled. Being (cough, cough) in "older years" there is absolutely nothing impinging on her vision or mental faculties and in her words "it is the most beautiful bouquet" she has ever received! Fantastic experience: Living nearly 30 miles away I was searching online for a florist local to a friend I wanted to surprise with flowers. This florist looked really good and had great reviews and was free delivery too! It was easy to order, efficient delivery and I although I had chosen the florists choice I had asked for a selection of yellows because that is my friends favourite! My friend absolutely loved them and I’m so impressed with the quality. If I ever need to order flowers in this area again I will definitely use this florist!
