Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful bouquet of birthday flowers. Lots of different shapes and all in muted cream, peach and green hues. So pretty, and I was delighted with them.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my daughter. My daughter sent me a photograph of the flowers - I was very disappointed with size (medium) and amount of flowers for the money. I consequently had more flowers delivered from another florist which had more in the bouquet for the money. I telephoned the shop to state my disappointment. I should not have bothered.

Negative experience: I’m posting on my behalf of my elderly Mum who ordered some flowers as a surprise for my birthday. When it was apparent no flowers had been delivered, she contacted the florists to be told they had no record of an order and that she should contact the bank. The bank confirmed payment had been taken. My Mum called back the florists to be told Lisa Elliott had gone home for the day. They even accused her of placing the order with a different florist as they ‘run a tight ship’ and never forget an order! Bizarrely, some flowers were delivered to my address some time after the telephone call. Looking at the quality of the arrangement, I suspect this was done in haste. Disgraceful that nobody at the shop had the spine to admit a mistake had been made and tried to apportion blame to my Mum. My Mum has been left very upset by this as what was meant to be a birthday surprise has been tarnished by very poor customer service. We won’t be using again.

Negative experience: Purchased a bouquet £30 of flowers for my wife, flowers only lasted 2/3days. Reported my disappointment to the shop. Was told I could have a replacement bouquet. On collecting said flowers, my wife received a very poor attitude, and an even worse replacement (bunch of Tulips) Would not return, or recommend, very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: BEST. FLORIST. EVER My family and I have been using Lisa and her wonderful team for years and years. Flowers are the best way to celebrate the good times and provide some love in bad times and Lisa’s flowers are always of the highest quality. If you’re like me and you know nothing about flowers, Lisa and Holly are there to advice and help. I can’t wait to use Lisa for my wedding flowers this August!

Negative experience: I recommended Lisa Elliott to my Aunt who was looking to send my mum some flowers. My mum had just been in hospital for a serious operation for cancer treatment. I recommended the florist based on the Google reviews. However, we were really really disappointed with the bouquet that was sent through. My mum was so upset. The roses died within 24 hours! The water was really smelly, as if the flowers had been kicking around for a while. And most of the bouquet was padded out with cheap greenery. For 50 quid plus VAT it was extremely poor value for money. My mum complained on the Saturday morning and they offered to send some more on the Monday. She didn't want to wait that long. They did refund the money to my Aunt but it feels like they should have offered more to make amends, given how upsetting it was for everyone, and how much time is involved in complaining, the inconvenience etc.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a bouquet of flowers at short notice over the phone for a wedding anniversary. Lisa had no input from me about what was required and I was very happy with her efforts when I got to see it. A beautiful bouquet, constructed with some different foliage, such as decorative cabbage, which really worked well. My photo does no justice to how lovely it looks. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: On Tuesday I received the most beautiful bouquet from the lovely Jim & Anne Stevens, supplied by Lisa Elliott. The arrangement was stunning, the mix of flowers and foliage imaginative and striking. The scent is divine and the flowers have filled 3 vases. These were delivered to my work address and all my colleagues were claiming to be me in order to get their hands on my flowers!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went in today with a fairly strange request and the staff in this lovely shop couldn't have been more helpful. They went above and beyond and I left with something quite beautiful! Not only that, but I learned also why it is that I'm always killing my house plants :-) A lovely place.

Fantastic experience: Our beautiful wedding flowers were absolutely perfect and just so pretty. It is a lovely feeling when you know you are in the hands of a professional and Lisa went completely above and beyond. The colours were stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. The shower bouquet went so well with the line of my dress and stands out in all the photos. I had so many compliments on the day and battles between guests on who could take home the table centre pieces. I obviously kept my bouquet, no throwing of that thank you very much, and I managed to save one of the pumpkin centre pieces too. Really can't thank you enough, they were incredible.

Negative experience: We ordered buttonholes for 10 of our family members that were attending our sons wedding. The roses that were ordered were alright, very ordinary. We also ordered corsages made with orchids. The wrist corsages were on a single ribbon and they fell apart after an hour. The corsage for mother of the groom was truly dreadful. It was flat and pinned to leaves. I decided that it was just too awful to wear so I went without. I felt upset and a special day was left rather tainted. I really think that the title of the shop is very misleading. To say that it had a floral design element was stretching the truth. I'm afraid that neither myself or my family will ever darken the doors of Lisa Elliott Floral Design again. Flowers bought from a garage would have had more design to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you Lisa Elliott a very substandard product.

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her staff made every effort to listen to what my family wanted from the funeral tributes to my Dad, and designed the 3 tributes beautifully. Lisa even managed to creatively incorporate the favourite colours of the 7 Grandchildren into a floral display which was splendid and not easy considering the variety of colours! I would thoroughly recommend Lisa Elliott floral design if you are looking for something unique, creative and eye catching because all the flowers I have ordered over the years have been wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant if not a little pricey. They're very good at interesting and beautiful bouquets. I once called up and asked for "an arrangement at around the £30 price point for someone who likes interesting and structural flowers such as thistles, but nothing yellow", and they nailed it! They are the florists I recommend. If you're in Bath though, I'd suggest 'The Floral Touch' on Bearflat.
