Fantastic experience: I'm currently recovering from a major surgery, so can't get out much. Looking through a local Facebook page I spotted a post of people recommending Seasons for Christmas trees. A quick message later and Ed was not only responding straight back, but agreed with no hesitation to help me out by handpicking a tree for me, as well as creating a wreath I wanted to buy. All delivered to my home when he said, with a smile. The tree is just awesome. I can't quite believe how good it looks. The wreath is out of this world - so beautifully made and visually stunning. I cannot thank Ed enough for what he's done for me, I am truly grateful and I hope you know how much it means. I'll be back when occasions call!!

What incredible service - I ordered a basket of flowers and a birthday card for my Mum who lives in Portishead, all the way from Australia - and they were delivered to her door in less than 24 hours. I'd left a note to say she likes Dachshunds, and they hand-picked this perfect sausage dog card, and hand-wrote my very long message. The flowers are absolutely stunning, she was so thrilled to receive them, and the price was so reasonable. I'd definitely use Seasons Florist again for any local deliveries in and around the Bristol area. Thank you SO much!! :) They're gorgeous.

Negative experience: I put in my mum's address in florest direct and season's florest came up with others I picked them ordered my mum's birthday flowers for same day delivery every thing went through fine and I carried on with my very busy day working as a driver happy in the knowledge that my mum was going to receive beautiful flowers for her birthday. This company decided that they didn't deliver to my mum's address even though the website said they did and just cancelled the order and sent me an email. They had my telephone number and they knew the flowers were for my mums birthday but couldn't be bothered to call me. So thanks a lot. I didn't even see the email till the next day as when you drive for a living you can't check your emails. Also I still haven't received my money back. So I've had no flowers and no refund. Great service, not

Negative experience: I have thought long & hard about writing a review. I was very upset after the mistakes made with the flowers for my mothers funeral & didn’t want this to be review based on initial feelings. However, a few weeks on, I am still very upset about how we were treated. I ordered Freesias, as they were my mothers favourite, & nothing turned up & then they denied ever having received an order even though they had muddled up the card from my family with the flowers from my cousins. Terribly rude over the phone to my cousin. Although they did apologise, refund the cost & send more flowers they got another florist to send the flowers rather than make amends themselves. The only apology I had, even though they had my contact number, was on a card written by the florist they chose to send me the flowers (still not the freesias I particularly requested) All their flowers died within a week. The one time you NEED everything to go to plan & these florists let us down terribly. Very upset & disappointed with their service from start to finish. I will be recommending that the undertaker chooses someone else to give his business to.

Negative experience: Not overly impressed with the flowers or vase presented which in no way resembled the items ordered. The accompanying chocolates was a box of Quality Street at a cost of £10!!. I understand the delivery constraints and difficulties of supply at this time, but this order was far from satisfactory.

I never go anywhere else now; they're great for everything from a 'Thank you' bouquet to the full on 'knock-em-dead' display. Oh and we got the Christmas table centrepiece here too, beautiful. And made to match our colour scheme while still being Christmassy.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Had agreed to supply open white lilys for my baby's funeral, when I went to collect the day before the flowers were not opened and in no way suitable for the intended purpose as agreed. Horrific customer service from the unpleasant, unhelpful and unsympathetic salesperson. Terrible service and hugely overinflated prices. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: They are one of the most genuine florist going, especially as a family run business which just adds to their charm. I know he buys the freshest of flowers from his local supplier daily so you know the quality is always there, never anything rubbish always the right colours, correct flowers and the best of service. Couldn’t be anymore happy with the results that I have seen and received, keep supporting your local florist.

Fantastic experience: Incredible florist! Yesterday I rang seasons florist at 4pm as I was desperate for a delivery of flowers to an ill friend. Thinking it would be to late, to my surprise the gentleman was very helpful, obliging and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He took my order over the phone and my flowers were delivered at 5pm! I can't thank them enough for going out of their way at such short notice, I will definitely be using them again in the near future. 5 star rating from me

Negative experience: Unreliable Florist! The worst florist is an unreliable florist. I ordered & paid for a bouquet of flowers to be collected in 3 days’ time. I chose the colours of the flowers & said I would collect them between 9.30 & 10.30am. I also explained they were for a 90 year old lady & I would be collecting them before driving 150 miles to give them to her. I arrived at the florist at 10.00am to find the man sat playing on his phone. He said “Oh you ordered some flowers, was that for today?” I said it was & he went to collect the order form. He had written down the correct date & times on the form. He queried the collection times of between 9.30 & 10.30am. I said that that meant I could have been there at 9.30 to collect the flowers. I then realised he hadn’t made up the bouquet. I phoned my daughter who was waiting in my car up the road & told her that the bouquet hadn’t been made. She then queried why he hadn’t made the bouquet. I was so angry & stressed that I said to my daughter It was because the man was a tosser. The man didn’t even have the coloured flowers I’d requested. With that the man gave me back my £30 as he was upset I had called him a tosser. I was so angry & upset believe me when I say he got off lightly! Do not use this unreliable florist as you are sure to be as disappointed as I was.
