Fantastic experience: the shop I normally use for flowers was shut over the weekend I needed theses flowers for Monday I went in to this shop on the Sunday I picked the colours the lady that helped me even got every purple flowers out they had available. She said to me when do you need them by I said Monday. She said to me I can get them done in the hour. The lady’s are lovely very helpful I definitely would go here again if I got stuck last minute again. I can’t thank theses lady’s enough. Thank you Emma.

I had to make a funeral casket and with no experience I called, went to the shop where I was greeted with patience and given so much help I went away with the help to make the funeral flowers and they looked better than what I was expecting and the family were so pleased with them. A very big thank you and could not recommend this beautiful shop more. Thanks again ladies

Negative experience: I went in with my daughter, she was trying to buy flowers for her mothers show later in the day - the women in the shop just ignored her in favour of talking to the older patrons.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by both Debbie and Nik, and the service has been exceptional each time. Debbie came through for me when I called in last minute, she had everything beautifully prepared by the time I arrived. More recently, Nik was very welcoming and took the time to help me choose the perfect flowers for a very important occasion. Both created stunning bouquets with great attention to detail, and their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made each experience outstanding. Truly grateful. Fantastic experience: Came here on a Sunday needing a bridal bouquet for the next day, had very low expectations that it would be possible. Not only did they say that they would do it when they were understaffed but the flowers were amazing, they were done in four hours and I thought they were really reasonably priced too!

Fantastic experience: Magnificent presentation of recieved bouquet for my birthday. The colours were beautiful and they've kept for ages and still appear fresh! Cannot recommend enough. Felt like someone who'd just won an award bringing them home! Photos from a few days after I'd recieved them! Kept so well in plastic water makeshift thing and bag it came in. Long handles on bag as well so super easy to transport too. Makes me smile every time I come home

Fantastic experience: My mum ordered me some flowers via E Florist for my birthday and that company completely messed things up and flowers ended up not being delivered on the correct day, however the lovely ladies at Lloyds Flowers made the birthday surprise still so special! bringing me a box of chocolates along with the flowers to say sorry for the late delivery despite it not being their fault. Definitely order directly through them rather than E florist. flowers are beautiful. thank you ladies:)

Negative experience: The peonies I bought from elsewhere bloomed beautifully, but none of the ones from this shop have opened their buds. The quality is very poor, not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had flowers from Lloyd's recently, given by a friend and produced by the lovely Nikki. I'm told she was asked to arrange 'something with lots of colour' and that she definitely did! Beautiful bouquet with all colours and different flowers. I've been enjoying them for a week and they've still got plenty of life in them. Really recommend, they're perfect.

Fantastic experience: A jolly good plant shop and florists all round. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and take time to guide you in care of specific plants. Plants are constantly varied and reasonably priced. There’s an attractive range of pots, again regularly changing. And the bouquets I have had have been carefully selected and beautifully presented. I’m a plant freak. This is my favourite place to pop in when passing.

I ordered the Memory Lane Bouquet online in the evening, which was an easy and hassle free experience. I went to pick the bouquet up the next day, before noon, and it was all ready to go. The bouquet was exactly as described; carefully wrapped and beautifully arranged. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and I was extremely pleased, as was the recipient. The pick-up itself was quick and easy and I look forward to ordering from you again. Thank you!

Positive experience: Amazing service, I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister and asked the staff to select what they thought looked best that day and make up a bouquet - easy phone ordering, efficient delivery, very good value. Huge bunch of absolutely stunning, quality flowers - a month later some of the flowers are still going strong! Brilliant job. So impressed I dropped off a thank you card to the shop.

Negative experience: Pre ordered and pre paid for a bunch of flowers to be made up and collected following day. Flower bunch already made prior to me getting there and flowers I specifically didn’t ask for. Would not change them. No refund available. Bought some wrapping paper split the bunch myself and gave them to two other people.

Positive experience: This cute little flower shop provides nice bouquets and floral arrangements. The shopkeeper could have been friendlier in my opinion, but the quality of the flowers was really good. Will probably buy again!

Fantastic experience: I have visited many florists in the Bristol area. Hands down this is the best, value for money store. Despite being in Clifton, they often beat supermarket prices and the quality is second to none. Beautiful merchandising of their gifts, it is so hard not to buy everything in there!!!! The staff work their socks off especially when I have visited on mother’s day - they often start at 6am and finish at 10pm! Despite this I have always received polite, careful service. It is so wonderful to see a local business so popular to the point where I’m not surprised they have to turn work away. Can not recommend them enough. 10/10 Gold Star Family run company with heart and soul

Negative experience: I couldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to book a florist for a wedding, poor communication from the start and abrupt finish... finally had the time to visit the shop to "confirm" what we wanted (which we already had done over the phone and several emails) only to find out they had decided to book another wedding. Considering we had already communicated on numerous occasions (over the phone, emails and in the shop), asked to pay for what we wanted and consulted face to face on what we needed for our wedding, it would have been at the very least decent of you to let us know you were no longer doing our wedding. Thank you for leaving us a short amount of time to find another florist... If I could I would leave a zero star rating, would avoid at all cost

Fantastic experience: I know nothing about cut flowers, but the staff here always help me make a choice my wife ends up loving! This place stands out in the shopping centre in all ways. Price, product, service and decor. Spot on! Very busy at holidays so plan in advance!
