Negative experience: I paid for flowers for a funeral in the amount of £66 pounds which is a lot when on benefits. I rang to ask that they be delivered either to my home or the church. they weren't delivered to my home or the church. I checked every spray and flowers there asked the family they never received them now they are Not answering the phone. Day after the funeral they leave the flowers the grieving family aren't here. WE ALREADY BURIED 5 FAMILY MEMBERS YOU BETTER COME GET FUNERAL FLOWERS OUT OF MY HOUSE AND REFUND ME. AGAIN NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBERS PLAIN AND SIMPLE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY TO DO THIS TO SOMEONE ON BENEFITS AND GRIEVING IS DISGUSTING.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say a huge thank you to Mimosa Flowers. The bouquet was delivered to a dear friend who thankfully came through a nasty car accident unscathed. I ordered around 9.00 am and they were delivered by lunchtime. Their customer service is excellent, I needed to make a quick call to Mimosa straight after the online order and they responded promptly and answered my query, they even sent me a video of the beautiful bouquet and the written greetings card. Above all, she loved them!!

Fantastic experience: Needed flowers last minute on a Sunday.. was able to order online then rang the shop as needed to make sure my mum was going to be home as she was going to a hotel for her birthday. They reassured me that if she wasn’t home by time of delivery then would deliver to hotel in city centre.. can’t get better service than that.. and the flowers are Beautiful.. thank you so much.. would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: On a Sunday (the 11th night as well) they accommodated me perfectly for last minute sympathy flowers. They allowed me to pay by card on the website and collect that same day. Went truly above and beyond for me. A fantastic price for the bouquet I got. My car smelt Devine the whole way back. I will definitely be back!!! Highly highly recommend for flowers that aren’t half dead in the supermarket.

Fantastic experience: I live in Dublin but needed flowers delivered locally to a friend in Belfast for her birthday (today). I placed the order yesterday, and I asked for lots of 'pink' (her favorite colour). Mimosa Flowers did a wonderful job with the arrangement, and I was so delighted to see a video of the flowers from the company as well as a beautiful pink birthday balloon! My friend was so surprised and delighted, and thinks they are gorgeous. They also look like they are going to last and will continue to bloom all week! I had personal contact via Whatsapp, speedy delivery within 18 hours, even received a video of the flowers before they were sent out for delivery. The flowers themselves are still blooming almost 2 weeks later. Mimosa Flowers will get all my future flower orders!

Positive experience: Failed to deliver the flowers I ordered for Valentines Day. No phone call, text message nor email. Pathetic service. Update: I was contacted personally next day and given an apology, a refund and free flowers. I am happy to amend my original review. Mistakes can happen and no one should have their feet held over hot coals particularly when they take ownership and make amends.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address on the order and only noticed once I had purchased. I emailed them that night and woke up to an email the next morning stating the address was updated and not to worry. Great quality and the flowers lasting a long time. Negative experience: Useless. My wife was left in tears as my gift was not delivered. Very unreliable. I ordered the item midweek, to be delivered on the Saturday as valentines day was on Sunday. They didn't arrive on the Saturday. I contacted them on Sunday morning as I live in a different time zone than my wife. They told me the gift would definitely be out for delivery that day. Nothing arrived. I messaged them again, they seen the message but did not reply. Now they are ignoring me as I have asked for a refund. I'm absolutely fuming, my wife is in tears. There is nothing I can do. Avoid this company find somewhere different.

Positive experience: Bought bouquet of 100 red roses for my girlfriend as they looked amazing in the photo’s, with little green butterflies in them or it had green leaves that looked like it ,that was what I wanted but that’s not what I got , Arrived not as shown on pictures . Still v nice my girlfriend liked them , but not what I was expecting for £450 , dunno if that was a google picture they are using or not because I was expecting the guy to be holding the biggest bunch of flowers like shown in the picture but not really how I expected them .

Negative experience: Initially this review was for Ferguson Flowers (who always got 5 stars), not Mimosa (or previously Venus Flowers?). I contacted Venus flowers to ask if they were the same owners (they're still using fergusonflowers.co.uk address) I got no reply - still haven't. When I order (if I order) through Mimosa/Venus Flowers I will update the review.

So I asked her could she use her imagination and create her own bunch in a vase as it was for my mum for her birthday. Fantastic experience: Strange set up a florist in a coffee shop, but it smells incredible ,the coffee is proper strong something you don't get in many places ,funky recycled furniture and massive windows to watch the world go by

Negative experience: I placed an order 3 days ago for birthday flowers to be delivered to my mum for her 83rd birthday. I live overseas so this was the only way I could give her something for her birthday. I got an email early in the day showing me a video of the flowers but when they were not delivered by 4pm I sent an email asking when will they deliver them. Well I was assured they had been dispatched and they apologized for the delay. It is now 8pm still no flowers. You said you will email me when they arrive.. well still no emails or communication. I am so disappointed with this terrible service. My parents are in Lisburn not that far away. What state will the flowers be in when they arrive ? My parents are about to go to bed.... still not a word.

Negative experience: Nice flowers but really really bad service. They sent me an email with a video of the bouquet I had ordered at 11 am. They were delivered 7 hours later at 6pm! Meanwhile I had phoned asking where they were and was promised a return call but it didn't happen. Really shocking service
