Fantastic experience: Great value for some beautiful flowers

Fantastic experience: Fantastic florists! I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for my grannies 90th birthday and they turned out amazing. I called into the shop a few weeks before to enquire and it was so simple to arrange for my order. Put my name down and told them my required date and all I had to do was pay on collection. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for flowers for a special occasion, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I rang Glen Florist this morning, very last minute, to organise a wreath for my baby nieces funeral at 11am. Conor could not have been kinder and more helpful. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and there, delivered, before I even arrived in Belfast an hour later. Absolute first class service with beautiful, very reasonably priced flowers. Thank you Conor and Glen Florists, your kindness and professionalism wont be forgotten.

Fantastic experience: These guys helped me with flowers to be placed on a grave at Milltown. They responded to my Facebook message quickly, we spoke on the phone, discussed the arrangement and they took payment. The arrangement was stunning, exactly what I asked for and expected. The fact that I got in a random taxi in belfast, and asked to be taken to this florist on the day, and the taxi driver knew of the owner by name speaks volumes to his reputation. Excellent service. Kind. No fuss. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Connor goes above and beyond for his customers. Not only does he provide a quick and reliable service but the customer service is incredible! After the passing of my sister he put together several lettered wreaths last minute and did a fantastic job. I went back today to pay them some more custom and he was able to throw together a beautiful bouquet for me. Thank you for your service and being a local legend!

Fantastic experience: I got a bouquet flowers for my wife on are anversary she was delighted highly recommend best value for money

Negative experience: Specifically ordered lilies for a sick lady to be delivered, as they are her favourite smelling flowers.Even went to their shop and paid £40. They delivered the wrong bouquet not 1 single lily . When I rang they told me they would have to take flowers back and make a new bunch up, I explained the lady had already put flowers in vase and didnt want to bother her too much as she was unwell. So asked if they would just deliver 2 lily stems so at least she would get the smell she loves . Only to be told it costs them £6 ,a stem and they wouldn't accommodate the request. . On one hand they acknowledged they mixed the order up , but they would not rectify their mistake. Very poor customer service .. Will never be back ..
