Negative experience: Ordered Christmas flowers for collection 24th Dec. The size of the bouquet was great, the flowers themselves, not so much. Very disappointing for £35 while big retail stores do much nicer looking ones for a lot less. Definitely won’t be back. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet ( £40 ) and £5 delivery to be delivered yesterday. Got sent a photo of them and was very disappointed! Asked for nice spring colours, not as much as a red rose, worst flowers I’ve ever sent to anyone!! To be honest I was embarrassed, I can assure you I will not be ordering any more, absolute disgrace, and the cheapest looking flowers also!

Beautiful flowers, but what I want to say is that I still have them in the vase today the 11th of March and are looking amazing. Changed the water once and added some flower feed. Fantastic experience: I phoned this shop to order a bouquet, not realising that they close at 3:00pm on a Saturday. It was 3:02pm! Not only did they stay on and create the bouquet for me, they delivered it half a mile up the road! The flowers were beautiful and their service is wonderful. I would recommend them strongly.
