Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed and heartbroken by the service I received here. I ordered a giant bouquet for my terminally ill sister, expecting the beautiful, lush arrangement shown in their photos. When I arrived to pick them up, what I was handed looked absolutely nothing like the advertisement—it was sparse, poor quality, and completely falsely advertised. To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the staff was dismissive and completely unapologetic. They showed zero empathy for the situation and didn’t even attempt to make it right. This was supposed to be a special gesture for a very difficult time, and instead, it was a stressful, insulting experience. I would strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere; this shop clearly doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their work.

Fantastic experience: I have ordered bouguets of flowers and also recently a wreath all were so beautiful, the best you will find anywhere in Belfast. Each recepient was overjoyed by their beauty and the care taken in their making by the staff in Flowers r Us. I want to thank all the staff for their kindness and professional service.

You called to say you didn't have all the Flowers in to do exact Basket, But you did do her a Beautiful basket and made her very Happy. She was over the moon with it. Fantastic experience: We were recommended Flowers Are Us by a colleague in work who had previously received bouquets that had been purchased from them. The staff in Flower Are Us were so lovely and helpful from start to finish, nothing was a problem to them and the sprays were beautiful. I'm not local but would happily travel here should I need flowers like this again.. I would highly recommend them..

Negative experience: Previously ordered flowers to be delivered to Forestside. Rang about getting them delivered again but abruptly told Forestside wasn't in their delivery area and hung up on me. Rude. Great first experience and would've continued to use Flowers R Us but after this, never again.

Negative experience: Shoddy service. I got in touch via email and phone, no one returned calls. Avoid if you need something reliable. After posting the above, the owner phoned me to apologise.

Fantastic experience: I had my wedding back in September and haven't had time to write a review. But the staff were absolutely amazing from the time we went down to them to picking up my wedding flowers. I can not recommend them enough. We had to chop and change a few things a couple of days before the wedding and so thankful for the quality of service and how gorgeous my wedding looked on the day.

This is probably just an error (though I really cannot tell since I didn't answer the call), but this number might be involved with an online trading scam. Negative experience: I ordered a selection of 12 white roses for the wife for our anniversary as they are her favorite, instead 12 red were sent, not what I ordered at all and when I phoned the shop the girl didnt seem to care and all she kept repeating was that I ordered red roses. On the ordering page red roses were the CATEGORY and the color selection was WHITE, which I have email confirmation of. For the amount of money I was charged I would like to think that people arent completely incompetent as it cant be that difficult to read an order and get it right surely!!

Fantastic experience: I telephoned an order of flowers to be delivered to my Aunt bcs my Uncle had passed with Covid19 The lady that answered the phone was so helpful & friendly I really wanted the flowers to be delivered before my Aunt left for the funeral but I'd missed that days delivery cut off time by quite a few hours Although she still asked her delivery guy if he would do us a favour, he said he'd drop them in on his way home that evening. Now that's proper customer service for you. I Highly recommend THANK YOU ALL AT FRU

Negative experience: Very upsetting experience - flowers bore no shape or resemblance to the circular wreath ordered but what was worse was that they name of the deceased was incorrect. No apology or explanation received despite two contacts.
