Fantastic experience: Had flower crown workshop for my hen party on Saturday! We had an amazing day and the lovely girl (whose name I can’t remember sorry!!) helped us, gave us a lovely demonstration. It was such a lovely experience and so social, a great activity for all ages.

Positive experience: I've bought flowers in store before several times, but unfortunately while trying to order from overseas the Reids website is fairly useless and riddled with bugs, resulting in me being unable to order or even log in. They've just lost a ~£100 sale to a competitor due to this.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Christmas wreath workshop at Reid's for the 2nd year running and I would highly recommend. Natalie is a great facilitator and made the process really easy to understand for a novice like me. Hopefully the workshop runs again next year ☺️

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for a specific day to mark a bereavement. No flowers delivered on day. Rang and they had no knowledge of the order or that it hadn’t been delivered. They found the order and apologised offering to double up the flowers and deliver a day late. Now that was fine but if I hadn’t rang no flowers at all would have been delivered! Defeats the purpose of ordering for a specific day. Plenty of other companies out there with more efficiency. Won’t use again.

Positive experience: Terrible Custom Flower Service Ruined My Holiday I was looking forward to receiving the custom floral arrangement for the holiday, but I was absolutely shocked when I saw the final product—it was completely not what I ordered! When placing the order, I clearly communicated the style, flower varieties, and color scheme in detail, and explicitly emphasized that it should fit the holiday atmosphere. However, the actual arrangement I received was a huge letdown: the flower varieties were wrong, the pairing was messy, and it didn’t meet even the most basic requirements. The main flowers I requested were missing, none of the promised decorative elements matched the sample design, and the color scheme was tacky and jarring. It was no better than a random bunch of flowers thrown together. I reached out to the flower shop to complain, but I’ve been waiting for a response for ages. They showed absolutely no willingness to resolve the issue. This was supposed to be a carefully prepared holiday surprise, but it was totally ruined by this terrible floral arrangement. My mood hit rock bottom for the entire day. I spent nearly £1,100 on this custom order, only to get a thoughtless, sloppy product. It’s a total waste of money and ruined my mood. I will never patronize this shop again!

Negative experience: My partner ordered flowers from Reid's Florists for my birthday and paid an extra fee to have them delivered in the morning on my birthday. They delivered three days in advance, I was absent from home, so my flowers stayed rotting for three days without care. By the time I arrived, and expected to receive fresh flowers, the water in the vase was all dirty, and as a result, no fresh morning flowers as an expected gift. Very upsetting. I asked for a refund of the extra fee they charged, but they disagreed, as it "would be too complicated".

Positive experience: Good flowers, found the customer service off-putting. When I was suggesting which flowers I would like in the bouquet, I was told it's better if the team picked them for me. I thought the whole point of florists is bespoke bouquets

Negative experience: The customer service I’ve experience here was truly appalling. I was in here to buy flowers for my father who passed. I wasn’t asking for a casket spray but merely a vase of flowers for my father’s wake at that time. The shop assistant was very dismissive, rude, and didn’t bother to help because they didn’t have many flowers left. I understand you are busy and inundated with requests and orders but please understand that you are also in a position to receive customers who are grieving. The least you can do is be respectful. If you don’t have enough flowers to accommodate your customers, it would be good to let customers know rather than ignore them and be rude to them. I, too have worked in a customer facing role in an extremely busy shop in town and have never received such an appalling customer service than I have in this store.

Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly service! I placed an order and selected the wrong delivery date by accident, however when I phoned 2 days before Christmas and even though it’s a busy holiday they amended the date for same day delivery! Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Fantastic experience: We held our Management Forum Christmas Party at Reids this year with a wreath-making workshop. Expert florist and host Natalie guided us through what to do, what not to do and kindly fixed up all of our mistakes! The room above the flower shop was beautifully decorated, smelt amazing and we all enjoyed putting our creative skills to the test (with some getting more competitive than others)! We all left with a big smile on our face and a beautiful Christmas wreath to proudly hang on our front doors! This is an absolutely fantastic experience for any group wanting to have a bit of festive fun together and we could not recommend it more highly.

She couldn't of been kinder on the phone and understood the circumstances. Thursday morning the flowers came, they were absolutely stunning and exactly ehat I wanted. Fantastic experience: I live in NYC and wanted to get flowers delivered to my partner in Belfast. I called around a few local shops, and ended up ordering through Reid's online system. Super easy and quick ordering. Great selection. I got my days mixed up and put in the wrong delivery date and only realized a few days before delivery. I sent them an email Friday night worried they wouldn't see in time and got a response from them first thing next morning. They were super kind about it and helped me out straight away with changing my delivery. I highly recommend these guys. I got a really weird, stand offish vibes from the other shops I called. Reid's was superb, and my partner loved the arrangement! (02/12/2023)

They always deliver a beautiful, long-lasting arrangement and my friend is always delighted when they randomly show up at his door. I can't speak highly enough of these fine people at Reid's.

Fantastic experience: Have ordered flowers from a different company which were nice and when I couldn't get same day delivery I had to try somewhere new. I chose Reids after seeing their beautiful window display and thought I would give them a go. Long story short I am so glad I did! Ordered 'The Claremont' bouquet and my sister was absolutely delighted, they lasted for so long.. arrived beautifully presented and had lots of closed buds. They looked so expensive in comparison to where I had ordered from before and such good quality flowers. Just off the phone to Stephen was so pleasant and helpful and I ordered another 'Claremont' bouquet for my Mum because she had said she was envying my sisters bunch! My go to from now on. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Poor experience with online convoluted system. Paid for A.M delivery for anniversary flowers for my wife. Received an email on delivery day to say delivery would now be in the afternoon at 16:28pm. Telephoned and complained. Was offered excuse of new computer system was at fault- not my problem. Flowers did arrive at 12:25pm. Was offered £4 refund for a £46 order. Asked for credit card details to be given over the phone to get the 4 quid refund. I'm not comfortable about giving out that detail.I won't be using again. Lost future customer for 4 quid. Poor customer service. No apology and no going the extra mile. Too many florists about, I will use one of them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I am from Australia and had to find a florist to provide a gift card for a girl in Belfast. I spoke to Steve and he was incredibly helpful in assisting with the gift card. The girl attended the florist and had no issues using the gift card. Very happy with Steve's service, really helped out an Aussie.

I even got a beautiful Christmas wreath which was to die for and it was still fresh in January! The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions even if they are busy. Fantastic experience: FANTASTIC experience at Reid’s Florist, Lisburn Road, Belfast today. I had seen their amazing variety of indoor plants on their website so made the journey today from East Belfast to check them out. Definitely worth the visit as they have a great variety of plants many of which I have never seen before. Staff were so helpful, I brought with me a few containers that I wanted plants for and staff gave me great suggestions. Not only that I was given advice on care for the plants and how best to repot as they grow. I will be returning to buy more plants in the future and would most definitely recommend to everyone. Negative experience: Website needs to be more informative. Ordered flowers before 11am for same day delivery which it said on their website. Received a phone call an hour or two later to tell me my order would be refunded as it was too short notice to deliver to N'Ards, very disappointed as it never said 'for local deliveries only' person on the phone told me to try a different florists instead....still waiting on a refund. Heard great reports but was just let down
