The florists are always so professional and friendly, I asked Louise if she could do me a bouquet for my friends retirement and it looked beautiful and very classy. You can tell that a lot of love and care goes into all their arrangements. Very happy with the service and delivery

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers online from Australia the day before delivery, and initially received a message from Jo advising that due to heavy snow they were closed. Not long after, Jo contacted me again to confirm that the flowers had been delivered, knowing it was for a very special occasion. I truly feel Jo and her team went above and beyond to ensure my aunt’s 80th birthday surprise arrived on time. My aunt said the flowers were absolutely amazing and that they completely brightened her day. Thank you, Jo, for such wonderful service and care!

Fantastic experience: I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my brother’s funeral for 9th January 2026. Unfortunately, because of heavy snow, the funeral was cancelled & rescheduled for 19th January. Throughout this whole process, in reply to my messages to The Flower Shop, they were so understanding, sympathetic & helpful. They delivered the flowers at 9am on the morning of 19th January for the funeral at 10am & they were beautiful. I cannot recommend The Flower Shop highly enough. Well done The Flower Shop.

Fantastic experience: My Mum moved to Wolverhampton a bit over a year ago and so I had no idea about shops nearby where she lived, so found The Flower Shop via an Internet search and saw the reviews were good. I have used The Flower Shop 3 or 4 times already to send flowers or plants to my Mum and they have always been excellent and so well received. At Christmas due to high demand the red rose plant I ordered was not available and Jo text me about a substitute plant which probably worked out even better as it was something a little different. My Mum was thrilled! So easy to use the site and the service is friendly and professional and delivery is always on time. An easy 5* review. I will be back for my Mum's birthday in a few weeks. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: A super local flower shop that work hard all year round with a can do attitude, they are happy to assist and make suggestions and also deliver. Communications with the shop continue with an update and confirmation once the flowers are delivered. My request was dealt with in a few hours on the 22nd December and the display lasted through to the New Year. I was delighted with the flowers and the service, keep up the good work.

They were also very accommodating for our pickup to be a little later than expected. Fantastic experience: We ordered some floral tributes for my mom's funeral last week and we honestly couldn't be any happier with them, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and looked even better than the website. As we don't live nearby the staff took the time to write the flower cards by hand which was a nice personable touch and picked the ribbons out for us to match each tribute. What I liked about their website was how accessible and informative it is making it easy to choose what you want even if you can't physically get to the shop. The staff were so friendly, helpful and considerate and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: We recently ordered a large bouquet and we could not be more happy with what we received. Staff are very lovely and amazing and what they do. We ordered with around 24 hours notice and they had no issues in turning around a beautiful arrangement. Staff give several updates to when they are ready to collect, easy payment online and quick responses via facebook. I would definitely recommend.

The spray, Nan and heart arrangements on the day were lovely. Then a day before the service, my new grandaughter arrived early and the florist made a beautiful hand tied bouquet for her new mommy while I waited. Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet last week, sadly the person was away but they diverted it to another friend who had been in hospital then I reordered another to the original destination. Both delivered in very timely manner, wonderful choice of flowers in each bouquet, both friends were over the moon with their bouquets. Fantastic experience: The Flower Shop provided us with outstanding service for the flowers for my Nan's Funeral. We had chosen a wicker coffin and wanted it to be decorated all around with flowers as well as the spray on top. When Mom rang to ask if they could do this (another Florist we approached was unable to do so), Louise gave her so much time and attention and immediately interpreted what we wanted to express in our arrangements. The results were breathtaking and my Nan made her final journey adorned with natural bright and beautiful flowers in the spring sunshine. They comforted me during my sadness and came up with some incredible ideas for our mum’s final flower send-off for the funeral.
