Fantastic experience: Have been given 3 flower arrangements from Codsall Flowers recently and I can honestly say they are the best I have ever seen!! They are full of blooms and so beautifully presented plus they last for ages!! So impressed!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I came in for a bouquet as a gift. Didn’t have much of an idea so I asked for spring flowers. I was expecting them to say it would take a few days, however she told me they’d be ready in half an hour! So I obviously had to go and enjoy a coffee at Costa and within half an hour they were ready! They were absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I rang mid-afternoon on a Saturday to see if they could deliver flowers the same day which proved no problem for them. The bouquet they delivered two hours later, was very lovely and incredibly good value considering what I'd paid. The person I was sending the flowers to was so touched they sent me a photo to show how nice they were. It was great service and great interactions with the shop owner too; would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you for helping us with a funeral floral display. We had not used the shop for our floral order but after having travelled by car with our floral display to drop at Jennings Funeral directors next door, the flowers were looking a little worse for wear!. The lovely lady, didn’t catch her name came and took a look, said it was not problem she would sort it out for us before the funeral took place the following day. For a very small charge they did us proud. The flower display was perfect and we are extremely grateful that they went out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again for any flower requirements when in the area. Thank you.

Negative experience: After popping in for a bouquet wanting to be made up I was told there were some pre made bouquets. When asked if they could make a small bouquet thr owner I presume shrugged his shoulders and said the florist is now leaving. Why advertise being open until 5 when at 16.10 you can't be bothered to make a bunch of fresh flowers up

They made all the flowers for our wedding and did such an incredible job! They far exceeded any expectations I had for wedding flowers and what they could look and smell like. Today my daughter collected a stunning hand tied bouquet yo lay on my mums grave in the natural burial ground she's been laid to rest in, to mark her 2nd anniversary. They had to be the very best, they were absolutely stunning and made me cry to see how perfect they were. Thank you, Gavin and other staff there, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Negative experience: This was my third visit at the flower shop, and I was left disappointed but for the final time. The customer Service is really poor- it’s unfortunate as the flowers are lovely but the service doesn’t go hand in hand. Very miserable staff.

Fantastic experience: I have purchased flowers from Codsall Flowers several times before (during the lockdown) but this was the first time actually going in-store to collect them. When calling up to place an order for my mother-in-law’s birthday flowers, I asked for a “natural style” arrangement as she loves nature and the outdoors. And well, what can I say, the bouquet looked absolutely phenomenal – and smelt delicious too! This was exactly the style of flower arrangement I was after and my mother-in-law absolutely loved them. When going into the shop to collect, the ladies who work there were SO lovely, helpful and had my flowers readily arranged and waiting for me. The shop itself was impeccable, they have so much variety of flowers (the smell in there is amazing too) and you also get a free card with your purchase. Overall, I’d say they are very reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money. For all your flower needs, I would 100% recommend Codsall Flowers!

Fantastic experience: I phoned this company on Wednesday to order a bouquet for my sisters birthday on Thursday. It was delivered as requested next morning. My sister called me during the day to thank me for the wonderful bouquet and showed me it using WhatsApp. It indeed was wonderful. I do like to call a local florist to order rather than ordering through the big companies online and in this case I certainly did the right thing. Well done Codsall Flowers. You did a great job.

Fantastic experience: Wedding Flowers. Thank you Codsall Flowers for making our wedding day do special. At short notice Marie went out of her way to accomodated our wishes and at short notice also suggesting ideas as of foliage that would suit the Amnesia and White rose bouquet I chose. The Buttonholes and cosages and table decorations were beautifully fresh and the mums flower gift boxes were also gorgeous. My husband had a special request for a suprise 50 rose tied bouquet for me and the gentleman that served him was so helpful needless to say i had tears of joy when i was presented with them they were stunning. I highly recommend Codsall flowers. They also have lovely pot plants and garden plants outside the shop. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you to all involved. Mr & Mrs Cookson 9th June 2018

Negative experience: If I could 0 stars I would. I popped in today to ask for some help and advice about bridal flowers. I was disgusted with the service. I was told in quite uncertain terms that what I wanted would be very expensive and no real alternatives were offered. Just because I'm having a small wedding doesn't mean to say I don't have money to spend. I will NEVER return to this shop. Disgusting service.
