Fantastic experience: I have just received flowers from a lovely friend delivered from Fantasia Flowers, they are absolutely beautiful, gorgeous bright colours with a glittery finish which you can’t see on the picture unfortunately. The driver was very friendly too. Highly recommend this florists and I will use myself in future too.

Negative experience: My family has used this florist for years. Went in last week for flowers for my mother’s funeral. The lady from the start was bored and not interested, I said I wanted flowers for a casket, she didn’t ask for who. She replied for when? and then just walked off, I assume to check the date. Then I asked if you knew what colours Lillie’s would be before they opened and she said no, which is rubbish, I asked if she could do a fresh flower coursage for my mother while she was in the chapel of rest, she scoffed and said nobody has had those for years, and tried to show me a horrible false button hole, I said no I don’t like them and she said no neither do I, someone ordered them and didn’t like them - really!! At this point I told her to forget it. She then realised I was disgusted and proceeded to call out to me as I left was that she had tried to help me, making everything so much more upsetting. As I said used them for years and had some beautiful flowers in the past, I really don’t know what has happened. I then went to Paula’s flowers what a difference spent half an hour talking about Mom, she was so helpful and is doing the coursage for free.

Fantastic experience: Got a beautiful flower arrangement for a funeral delivered to the funeral directors. A posey with whatever was available on the day, we asked for pretty and Bright. Looked beautiful and many people commented how pretty it was when they saw it. Had roses and a nice mix of other flowers. Would definitely use again.
