Negative experience: I received flowers as a gift from my fiancée they came and they looked ragerty. This is supposed to be a beautiful gesture and beautiful experience but it was so disappointing. Despite contacting the company they changed them and they looked a lot worse. They have been sent back and the lady has stated take it up with Interflora.

Fantastic experience: I received a lovely bunch of fresh flowers for my birthday. They were delivered already arranged and ready to be placed in a vase, without much need for me to anything except adding water.

Fantastic experience: I rang on the off chance to see if it would be possible to have roses sent as a thank you gift. A beautiful hand tied bouquet was put together. I cannot thank the staff enough for the bouquet. The person who received them was totally shocked with how beautifully put together it was when he received them. Neither of us can find words to say thank you for it how it was presented and the care that had been taken to make it.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise flower craft enough. They did flowers for my moms funeral they were amazingly beautiful and 4 weeks on they still looked beautiful on her grave. They are so helpful and nothing is too much of a problem. The price was amazing too. I shall be going here for all my flowers. I went on mother's Day for a bunch of flowers and they were so much nicer than the bunches you get from supermarkets and last a lot longer. Absolutely amazing florist if I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: They crafted absolutely beautiful floral tributes for our dad's funeral, including a lovely casket spray, DAD lettering and a bespoke lorry. All staff were attentive to our requests and suggestions, respected the fragility of our situation and produced the most beautiful flowers for us, which brought a smile to our faces and tears to our eyes thanks to how pleased we felt with them. Fantastic experience: I came across Flowercraft, whilst trying to find someone who would provide flowers for my uncles funeral during the shutdown owing to Covid-19. I was pleased to discover this family run organisation that not only were local but was still open for on-line orders. From start to finish they were brilliant, offering just the arrangements and colours that I needed but also very helpful as they responded to my email promptly and with the upmost efficiency. Not knowing what the the end results would be like I can honestly say the flowers were amazing and so stunningly crafted. I could not be more pleased and words I write here can not do justice for the impeccable service that I and my family received. It is not very often that you find companies like this out the blue, least of all the way that they responded. The order was delivered so quickly and the lovely recipient was very impressed with the roses and sent me photos of them. Negative experience: I paid £175 for a wreath for my mothers coffin. ALL of the green leafy parts of the arrangement were VERY wilted; they had to be lifted out of the way when the wreath was put down. It was not a very hot day, no excuses acceptable. EDIT: The suppliers, having read this review, advise me that in fact the display is designed to hang down the side of the coffin. This is not borne out by the internet pictures which clearly show pert green leaves. If that is not their natural form, I would suggest that they are changed to something which more accurately shows how the display will look.

Negative experience: I came to the shop due to the good reviews given by the people below. I can honestly say that the service was poor. I brought some flowers for my sister which had been rapped up in some paper. It was so poorly done that when it was taken out and put into a vase she found gerbreas that were broken. The selection was poor in the shop and some flowers looked beyond selling especially some of the roses and sunflowers . Also I asked that about prices that they weren't clear about. Most florist do a break down explaining how much each flower is,these guys were keen on giving a collective price for an assortment of flowers that had not even been put into into a bouquet. If you got money to waste come here..
