Negative experience: I was disappointed with the quantity of flowers in bubble for my friends 25th Anniversary. I could have bought a luxury "supermarket bunch" for half the cost and had twice the amount of blooms. Have previously used Paula's but will think twice next time. Disappointed.

Negative experience: My mother had passed away so went to speak to them about funeral flowers. Admittedly, I was feeling sensitive but they really made me feel like I was interrupting them and they couldn't wait to get me out of the door.

Fantastic experience: Rang them out of the blue on a Wednesday to order flowers for next day morning delivery, (my Wife's birthday was the following day). I half expected a no, or a grumpy maybe, but on the contrary, the lady who answered (who happened to be the owner, Paula), was really pleasant and helpful. The flowers were ordered, and duly delivered next day by Paula herself, and, they were absolutely flippin AWESOME, I mean, straight out of the top drawer. My wife was delighted and so was I.
