Fantastic experience: Ordered funeral flowers on behave of my Mum for her sister in law. The lady I spoke to was really helpful. As requested she sent me a photo to show my Mum, who is 94 and lives in Ireland so couldn't attend the funeral. Flowers were gorgeous and very reasonable. Thank you Sarah's Rose Garden. The staff were helpful with suggestions around the colour pallete l Wanted and the types of flowers that would suit both the colour range and my budget. Picked up the bouquet yesterday and was absolutely delighted with it. Birthday girl was also amazed and delighted with the bouquet too .

Negative experience: Been there today; the lady was on the phone with another customer and she didn't even look at me. I was like okay she is busy with another customer, waited for 5 more minutes she was pretending that I'm not there and didn't even raise her head. I work in customer service; when we're busy with another order or another customer we always apologise to the ones who are waiting. Not professional to ignore people.

I often purchase flowers for my girlfriend and having moved to Birmingham a year ago have tried a few places but haven't been fully satisfied with the price/quality ratio or any of the shops I have tried. This all changed today when I visited Sarah's shop. I chose out some wonderful pink roses and Lillies for a hand tie and my partner couldn't be happier! The service I received was outstanding considering the short notice I gave them (3 days). The staff were kind, helpful, empathetic, attentive while remaining professional and above all else, they gave a personalized service which is hard to come by. I would recommend Sarah's Rose Garden to anyone seeking flowers for any occasion. It is a beautiful little shop just off a main road, when you walk inside the shop, you feel as though you're in a little flower wonderland. The pricing is fair and the flowers are absolutely stunning with a long life. Thankyou for the great service!

Fantastic experience: I recently had surgery and I was lucky enough to receive not 1bouquet but 3 in one week from Sarah’s from different friends. How beautiful were they. They lasted ages and the smell was lovely. Had 2 different people deliver them and they were very polite and friendly. We also used Sarah for my sons wedding . Again absolutely stunning. I wasn’t surprised by this as my mom had had flowers from Sarah and again they were beautiful. They looked stunning and beautiful colours.

No ask is too big..and she will work with you,too get you exactly what you desire. Not only are the flowers too a high standard but her customer skills and care is beautiful too and that goes for her entire team. Even when gran and grandad were with us and living in bewdley they still only used Sarah as when you find perfection it doesn't matter how far you move you stick with that business. I will never use anyone else and neither will my family and friends. X

Negative experience: Initially went here as a child and I only had £5 left to buy some sort of flower and I remember quite rudely being told I wouldn't be able to buy a thing for that. Since then I refused to ever go back however an emergency funeral came up and I had nowhere else to get my flowers from locally so I came here. So many years later, I went in on the day of the funeral to see if I could quickly get some readymade flowers and I was laughed at at how short notice I left it - for a funeral aswell!! Never ever will I be going back here again nor will I be recommending others. I have recently gone to Blooms across the road and got much better service and they too had heard many stories from customers who have got rude service from this place. How disappointed, as customer service is paramount.

Fantastic experience: Very happy - Thank you! I ordered a 'Florists choice bouquet' online for delivery to a friend who is recovering from an operation. The selection on the website was great, it was easy to navigate and decide what I would like to order with a selection of prices and bouquets to suit all budgets. The bouquet I ordered was delivered to the recipient the very next day and she was thrilled! I was sent a photo of what I'd ordered and I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the bouquet in the Autumn colours which I'd requested. I don't live in Birmingham myself but should I need to order flowers for anyone else again in the local area, I will not hesitate to use Sarah's Rose Garden Florist.
