Positive experience: Order placement and delivery service was good. However, I was really disappointed as the final product was missing a box of chocolates. It was a valentine’s day gift for my wife and as I am overseas, only during our conversation we found out that the final package didn’t contain one item. I contacted the delivery agent but to no use. I also emailed Flowerist who told that they will send the item next day and also investigate the issue. However, nothing as of now. My humble request to Flowerist is to be very prompt in all these matters. A box of chocolates is not important but trust is! You must deliver what you promise.

The florist was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting every detail just right. The flowers themselves were stunning, fresh, and even more gorgeous than I imagined. The attention to detail and creativity really stood out. I asked for button holes to be made for my friend's engagement, and it turned out amazing! Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. Paid extra for generous bunch of flowers and not what I received. Gas station quality. Plus was charged $69 delivery to an Auckland suburb. They advertise $15 delivery for Auckland delivery all over the website and in the FAQs. This is not true. I tested a bunch of Auckland suburbs and delivery ranged from $59 to $69 delivery. They lie about the $15 Auckland delivery fee. Be warned.

Negative experience: Online order not delivered. I placed an order with Flowerist on a Sunday, for the next day, received a confirmation email after my payment, so naturally thought everything was fine. The next day I received a confirmation that the delivery had been completed and so assumed it had actually been delivered. After not hearing from the recipient for a couple of days, I reached out to confirm they had received the flowers and found that nothing had been delivered! I called Flowerist and explained and was told by the lovely staff member that the owners were away, but they could redeliver the next day. I received confirmation from the recipient that the flowers were delivered (now three days late!) but wasn't offered any compensation for the lack of initial delivery or that fact that I had to chase them to actually deliver the flowers (making me look an idiot to the recipient!). I emailed Flowerist five days ago and have received no reply. My advice, go somewhere else. Their online delivery booking seems broken and their customer service is non-existant. I would not use Flowerist again.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine's Day and paid extra for them to arrive between 8 am and 2 pm, expecting everything to go smoothly. However, when I called at 3:30 pm because the flowers hadn’t arrived, I was told they were with the courier and should be there in 30 minutes. The flowers were meant to surprise my wife, who works from home, and I wanted them delivered before I got home. But when I arrived at 5 pm, the flowers still weren’t there. I tried reaching out to the company, but no one answered. I waited until 8 pm, but still no flowers. The next morning, we found them on our doorstep, but no one had knocked on the door or informed us they were there. The flowers had likely been sitting there since after 8 pm the night before. It's incredibly frustrating that the flowers were left out in the cold and were likely ruined because of the delay. I emailed, messaged, and texted them with no response. I had to call the next day, and they apologized, but no one bothered to call or offer an apology for the poor service. What frustrated me most was that they blamed the courier, which might be part of the issue, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or solution. Valentine's Day is a special occasion, and customers rely on these companies to make it memorable. If you can’t deliver on that promise, you can’t just stop answering your phone after 5 pm. I will never shop with this company again, and I do not recommend them to anyone.

The flowers were fresh & beautiful and she also gave me a discount for being a repeat customer as I had ordered online before. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this flower shop. They selected small and not-so-fresh flowers for me and charged a very high price. The florist’s skills were mediocre and her attitude was terrible. Initially, I showed her a picture of the effect I wanted, and she said she would handle the design and I shouldn't worry. However, later on, she kept asking me to do the design myself and didn't have the right materials. Furthermore, she added extra charges on top of the previously agreed price. It cost me a lot of time. I really don’t recommend this place and won't be visiting again.

Negative experience: Horrendous experience. Ordered flowers on 10th May and never received it till now, nor a refund. I had called them a week after the order and aggresively said they never received such order. Only after I emailed them the screenshot I took did they look into it further and saw their mistake. Even till now no updates whatsoever.
