Fantastic experience: Have been buying flowers from Lisa for 5+ years now and she has always taken my very vague requests and turned them into the perfect gift. Its awesome to talk with her while she makes them on the spot, a true tallent.

Negative experience: A friend arranged for flowers to be delivered to me, however they were never delivered as scheduled. We were then told they would need to be collected the following day, which already defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. I made the effort to go in on Saturday at 3:15pm, within the advertised opening hours (closing time listed as 3:30pm), only to find the store already closed. When I called, I was told they had shut early and wouldn’t be back until Monday. I emailed afterwards to try and resolve the situation and requested fresh flowers be delivered at a later date, given the originals would no longer be suitable. Unfortunately, my email has been completely ignored and I’ve had no response, apology, or resolution. At the least, I believe my friend should be refunded for a product & service never provided. Overall, really poor communication and service. I wouldn’t recommend The Flower Station based on this experience

Fantastic experience: I came in a couple of weeks ago with my baby boy, and had such a lovely experience. The owner created a beautiful bouquet for mum, and she absolutely loved it. The service was amazing – so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Had ordered some flowers to be delivered about 2 months ago - but they never made it. Still waiting to hear back about what happened but have not heard back despite a couple of emails... Have paid for flowers that never arrived so disappointed by this.

Negative experience: Very poor service. Flowers for my wife’s birthday were delivered a day late, ruining what was an important surprise. When I requested a refund of the delivery fee, I was told it was the courier’s fault — despite the website promising delivery by their own staff. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), services must be provided with reasonable care and within the agreed timeframe. Delivery was late, yet they refused a refund. Their website also clearly states “free delivery on all online orders”, with no exclusions noted. Charging me a delivery fee anyway is misleading under the Fair Trading Act (1986). Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the problem back on me. Misleading advertising, lack of accountability, and poor communication. To Lisa credit they remade the flowers and delivered the next day, but I won’t be using them again.

Fantastic experience: I just received a picnic posy from Flower Station and I am floored by how beautiful it looks! Loving the unique selection of flowers and the combination of all the remarkable colours. No fuss, no fillers, just pure, simple, beautiful flowers. We will be using this flower shop going forward.

Negative experience: Assistant was extremely rude. Don’t visit unless you would like a small overpriced arrangement you could buy from a dairy or a bunch of daffodils. Offered absolutely no assistance other than ‘that’s not n season and would be very expensive’ despite stating I was looking for the structure only not the exact flower.

Fantastic experience: On a very wet day in June I stopped at the Flower Station to purchase a nice bouquet for my wife's birthday. I took the proprietor's recommendation for the flowers selected. Two weeks later the flowers but for two dead ones, looked as fresh as the day of purchase. We were amazed how well they were lasting. One further week later the majority were still in a good condition which made the purchase very worthwhile indeed, I highly recommend the Flower Station's flowers.

Negative experience: Not recommended! I online pre-ordered a few roses for the valentines day (cost $120 of course no email confirmation or anything so I'll have to ring up) for my wife, and the roses were completely distressed and dried, even browned a few. The most embarrassing was that my wife's colleagues witnessed and they were like "oh....." and now I am reading the reviews below, found same issues with some customers online ordered, and I decided to post this on public and let more people know. To the owner: please don't send the distressed and dried followers for online orders just because people can't check them. Over time the reviews will put you out of the businesses if you keep doing that. Just Be honest! (and I didn't see you apologised to the customer who had had the same issues and your comments were pretending like you did a good service).
