Negative experience: Disappointed- my mother received flowers for her birthday on Saturday, roses were old and other stems drooping. mum rang the shop to advise them, she was told they were “just an $85 bunch of flowers” so clearly they don’t put as much care into the smaller orders - unfortunately not everyone can afford to send big extravagant flowers. It’s only Monday (2 days later!) and half the rose heads have fallen off their stems. Photos taken straight after they were delivered!

Fantastic experience: We ordered flowers for our Auntie's 95th birthday, she rang us so excited and happy to let us know how beautiful they were. Thank you so much for making her day and ours.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the delivery purchase. The bouquet arrived wilted, tired and not looking fresh. For the price paid, the quality and the amount of flowers supplied were not acceptable. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommended

Positive experience: *Updated review:* since writing this review, I have been in touch with The Botanist and they were very kind in addressing my concerns regarding the rustic bouquet not meeting my expectations. The matter was dealt with professionally and to my satisfaction so have changed this from 1 to 4 stars.

Negative experience: Bouquet supplied was unimaginative, drab, colourless and a complete rip off. More appeal can be obtained from road kill than a bouquet from the Botanist.

Negative experience: I never leave reviews, let alone a poor one. But this bouquet cost $85…. Hardly any flowers, hardly any foliage and very poorly presented. I’m sure that you have a thriving business with lots of happy customers! This was just my experience. $100 out and wishing i’d gone to get flowers from the dairy instead. Shipping was very quick which was great! But I’m beyond disappointed with this bouquet.

Negative experience: Hi, I ordered a bouquet today (same day delivery) for my mothers birthday. The delivery was very fast, however I am really disappointed with the bouquet in terms of the amount of flowers and the overall presentation of the bouquet. Fantastic experience: Beautiful arrangement and very fast delivery- I ordered in the morning and it was dispatched shortly after. The blooms are all great quality and the variety is great. My mum loves it! I ordered the florists choice in Large with a vase, and there was a promotion of a free upgrade with a photo review. Size-wise it's hard to know if this is typical of an extra large but I think some extra blooms were added in compared to the pictures of the large you see on the website. Thank you to the team, and I will happily order from them again in the future.

And wow what a surprise, they upgraded my order to something bigger than I expected and the most gorgeous bunch. Fantastic experience: I ordered the rustic bouquet petit premium size for my mums birthday and the quality exceeded my expectations. The flower combos are creative and classy. The photos here don’t really do it justice but the bouquet was absolutely ginormous compared to my mum and it wasn’t even the biggest size. I was happy about that as I wanted her to feel special on her bday and she did. The photo of the flowers in the vase is 4 days old by that point and they still look just as amazing too.

Negative experience: ​Ordered, send a note with 5 pictures from their website and google map review. Try to leave room for creation, understand the flower varies depending on season. Funny thing is that my bouquet ex-packer gave me a combination of what I listed as a colour option, clearly, she did not read the note and thought the colour option was the same as the colour combination. When I tried to communicate with her, I asked her politely 'could you help to change....' but her tone was so bad, angry and wanted to blame everything on me, feels like the ugly bouquet is my fault and I should not ask to change it. She kept repeating one orange flower picture from the note, but it is totally different from what I get. Hey, hey, I'm just a customer, never expect to have such a cold conversation. What an amazing start to my special day. Of course, different people have different tastes, but a mix of orange/purple/white/pink does not make any sense, people can tell which is a good taste or bad. Worst experience I ever had in a florist store. 2 stars for the other stuff, they help me to repack the flower, really nice, efficient. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers today at 1pm for same day delivery was told they would arrive by 3-4pm. It’s now 5pm, no email that it’s been shipped, no tracking number, shop is now closed for the day so there’s no update & I can’t contact anyone. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I just bought flowers from here and when I received them I saw that they were very high quality and the fresh flowers had been arranged very quickly and efficiently. On top of that the workers were very nice and friendly, offering great customer service.

My most recent being an order for Mothers Day and the flowers arrived in great shape and looked amazing. She also mentioned the delivery driver was lovely too, not the typical sort of courier who doesn’t care about what they’re delivering!
