Negative experience: I’ve purchased two flower arrangements for my mother from this business, as they’re one of the few willing to deliver all the way to Gulf Harbour. Being based in Australia, this convenience has been incredibly helpful. However, my mother has now received two arrangements that appeared several days old on arrival and were unlikely to last. I emailed Jo about the condition of the flowers shown here (clearly a few flowers already going yellow), and she advised that the long delivery distance caused the damage, offering a $5 refund. Unfortunately, this response reflects poor accountability and leaves me with little confidence in the service. I won’t be ordering from her again and will leave this review to make your own judgement.

Negative experience: I placed an order early in the morning for delivery to a business address, expecting it would arrive before midday, as the company claims is their aim. The flowers weren’t delivered until 4pm, well after the recipient had left for the day. There was no follow-up, no offer of a solution, just a generic apology. It was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be using their service again.

Negative experience: I ordered a $235 bouquet to an elderly and very precious family member for her birthday. I was shocked at the amount of ‘filler’…a huge amount of magnolia leaves, ratty gum leaves, a large sad banksia flower ( that’s total filler to me) a bit of hardwood fruit tree blossom plus some other frilly nothingness. It’s Spring for heavens sake! Flowers aren’t that expensive. The roses, stock and freesia were pretty but altogether underwhelming for the price. I had previously bought a bouquet from them for another lady in the winter months and it was sumptuous, creatively complex and large! Maybe that’s why this bouquet feels so cheap and boring. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed by the bouquet of flowers I ordered before 9.30 from Wild Bunch florists yesterday for a friend's birthday today. I requested a bouquet of flowers in the pastel range as seen on their website and paid $120.00 which was more than the cost shown on their website plus $18.00 delivery. Whilst the bouquet arrived in the requested timeframe it was in my view, extremely disappointing and nothing like the photos portrayed on your website. The predominant flower in this bouquet was daisies!!!! I would not use this company again.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the flowers received yesterday. Some flowers have wilted, petals falling off, too many leaves. This is the worse mother day present from my sons. I do not give bad review but have to do it this time.

Negative experience: Arranged for self pick up. Missed my order for valentine's day. I was already in a rush to work, and was relying on public transport. Was asked to wait while they made my order on the spot. This was fine. However because I was really in a rush and was not able wait, I requested whether the order can be delivered instead. To New Lynn Auckland (not outside of Auckland or any other places that are far away). However, was told that it cannot be done. Then now I have to find a way to make a trip to shop again before the close of business just to get the flowers. For the occasion today. In many instances other businesses may offer to deliver out of goodwill/inconvenience but nope. Not this one. Fairly disappointed. Edit review: flowers for valentine's day received. Some of the flowers and leaves have unfortunately wilted (pictures attached). I don't expect anything from the shop. Just very disappointed with my purchase experience this time.
