Negative experience: Absolutely terrible! Look stunning online, paid a decent price (even though seemed cheaper as tax wasn't included in listed price). Phone number doesn't ring. Emails bounce back. Flowers wilted and NOTHING like the picture. This was for a friends bday and they completely missed it.

Fantastic experience: I got a big bunch for my birthday and they came missing a petal, very minor imperfection! I complained like a Karen.(I didn't think they'd care.) They sent me a replacement bunch! Amazing customer service! And of course the replacement had younger lilies (still bulbs) which opened a day later. These ones were all white. I prefer color. But that's just because my friends and family have no taste. Easily fixed by adding some of the neighbors freesias. I like the ribbons.

Negative experience: Ordered surprise flowers for wife at work. She didn't recieve them. Called them with my order number. Turns out they were delivered . . . At 6pm !!! But because they were delivered I wasnt entitled to a refund. Best they could do it resend a fresh set in a couple of days. 1/10

Fantastic experience: Best Blooms are my go to Florist in Auckland as I live in London, quite often it's at the last minute I remember, so ordering flowers on the 19th at 16:30 (05:30 on the 20th) wasn't sure if Mum would get her birthday bouquet for the 20th, sure enough the flowers arrived on her birthday at 11:30. WOW, brilliant service and very pleased with the bouquet. Thank you once again Best Blooms for saving my bacon. :-)

Negative experience: I purchased a bouquet online for my partner last week and was disgusted to find out that they were not fresh. The foliage had gone all mouldy and dried up, creating a foul smell in my partner. The flowers especially the chrysanthemums were horrible, never visiting again.

Negative experience: Disappointed Casket spray was delivered before my mum was dressed and the day before the funeral. I called to be told that they couldn't deliver on the day. With the price paid a courtesy call would be appreciated. The lady on the end of the line said the funeral home will place in a cool place. Whose responsibility is it??

They were amazing as I had a bit of a complicated request and not once did they make me feel like anything was too much, they had amazing customer service and great phone manners - the courier driver was awesome, and tried his best to deliver the flowers where they needed to go and followed the delivery instructions perfectly. These flowers were for a dear friend who sadly suffered a loss and they made us feel cared for and appreciated.
