Fantastic experience: I recently discovered Brooklyn Flowers and have been using their services for bouquets to staff and other stakeholders needing a thank you or pick-me-up. Every single recipient so far has been saying how "magnificent" the bouquet was, or that it was "the most beautiful flowers I've ever received". So don't hesitate to order your next gift from Brooklyn Flowers, I'm convinced you won't regret it. And the service is excellent too, so who can complain :)

Fantastic experience: I ordered the $150 bunch of white flowers and oh my gosh, they were stunning. Delivered to work for a friend birthday and they got so much wow factor from all who saw them. Simply stunning, biggest bunch of beautiful flowers we'd seen. Birthday girl was gobsmacked. Thank you so much! I'll be ordering from you again!

Today the flowers that i already paid for were supposed to be collected from their store however, i was stuck in traffic and they had to close the store so this lady went ahead and asked around the block to where she can leave the bouquet and left my name and number on it as well. Negative experience: I went directly to the store to order. It was nice volume but use just cheep flowers. I was disappointed

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary and was very impressed with the quality of the arrangements. Both my wife and I were highly satisfied with the service, and I would recommend their services to others. I plan to use them again in the future.

Negative experience: Be very cautious about having flowers delivered by Brooklyn Flowers. $40 to deliver a $75 arrangement to Huapai, West Auckland. Driver “couldn’t get anyone’s attention at the gate”. Delivery failed and now I have pay for delivery again. Another $40. For day old flowers. The delivery will cost more than the arrangement. It would have been cheaper and more effective to Uber I am dismayed by the lack of concern, customer service and accountability. I did not buy flowers - I bought the delivery of the flowers. On the date specified. For a birthday. Overall a very disappointing experience. Update: despite the advice that the flowers would be delivered this afternoon. They have already been delivered. Underlining a lack of effective control by Brooklyn Flowers. But. A thank you to the driver who had made the effort.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Love their weekly deals. Great value. This place is my go to Auckland florist. The great deals allow me to send some sunshine to my daughter more often than usual. Thank you for making this possible ❤️

Positive experience: I have edited this to say that since posting this, Brooklyn Flowers has given me a refund and a generous gift voucher. They have done everything in their power to put this right. Ordered flowers for daughter’s graduation days in advance. Followed it with an email explaining when it was needed by and other instructions. 15 mins out from the ceremony no flowers had arrived. Had to rush to Florienne to get an alternative bunch and spent a further $100 on top of the $172 I had already spent. When I rang I was told the email had not been received. However in 2025 that’s hard to swallow, given that when I forwarded it a second time it arrived promptly. Hours later when I did get the flowers, the greenery to flower ratio far exceeded the norm.

Negative experience: Flowers arrived wilted and lasted 2 days. Expensive and disappointing

Fantastic experience: Dropped into the store to buy a last-minute bouquet on Valentines day, which is their busiest day of the year. The team at Brooklyn Flowers were able to whip up a bunch in less than 10 minutes and it looked beautiful! 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with these Valentine’s Day flowers—some are fully bloomed while others haven’t even opened yet. It’s completely uneven and not at all what I expected.

Fantastic experience: I have had a monthly subscription of flowers being sent to a family member and it is so seamless and exciting to see what is sent each time ( I picked the seasonal option). Cool idea if you want to treat some family members from afar. Absolutely gorgeous flowers & service highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have used this flower place before and again with brilliant service the daily bouquet was adored by my wife. The flowers were top notch, colorful and noticeably fresh. Very friendly on the phone when I needed to change the delivery address. Flowers arrived as promised. Very reasonable pricing. True quality.

Positive experience: Ordered flowers however didn’t arrive on the day I specified. It turns out their courier has mucked up. They have refunded but at least we should have better communications when it’s delivered. I would have known earlier when it’s gone to the wrong address. It was a disappointing experience.

Negative experience: I’m not happy with this service at all, I ordered a flower delivery for a mothers birthday a day ahead in a “rural area” which is not true Kumeū is quite suburban and the delivery still hasn’t arrived, it is 6.30pm. I did not do my due diligence and read the t&c’s but I paid $92 for this experience $55 bouquet and $37 delivery. If you pay $37 for a delivery thats enough said, unbelievable sym

Negative experience: Disappointed to say the least. Ordered flowers at 11:19am this morning for a special friend wanting to surprise her and till now 4pm still waiting for the flowers to be delivered. The property/business is 5min away from Brooklyn flowers. So why it would take over 4hours to deliver doesn't make sense. I called twice and was told its on its way. Then received a call back being told I didn't add the business fair enough and the driver is far away, how do you start your deliveries at the furthest destination, that doesn't make sense. But over 5 hours to deliver 5min away is a little ridiculous. I could've ordered from Countdown to ask them to deliver in a quicker time.

Fantastic experience: My significant other loves peonies, and the team here sent out a really nice batch for her. I was really surprised at the quality and presentation of the flowers. Definitely will return for your services, and earn some more points with the wife haha.

Negative experience: I brought the daily bouquet as a gift to give to someone but when they got delivered they were only bird of paradise. I was disappointed as I thought I would be getting typical flowers like the picture had suggested but ended up with something completely different that didn’t even resemble flowers. I understand the flowers change depending on stock but I don’t think they resemble the product photo at all that is posted online and if I had know I wouldn’t have brought them.

Positive experience: I imagine they do delightful flowers, but not sure why they have the opening hours advertised that they do if they haven’t got any stock. May as well change the hours to when flowers have arrived from the market.

Negative experience: My order made on 12/07/24 for my friend birthday and arranged to delivery on 13/7/23, however the flowers did not even delivery (5:11pm at the moment I’m writing this review)!! I called the shop landline and cellphone around 4 to follow it up but no answer! Emailed them and waiting for the response!

She’s a florist as well and always praises the quality. Look out for the weekly specials; get in quick to order on these! Great communication and I don’t order anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: I was having a blue day and have ordered myself bouquet of the day. I realised my neighbour deserves it more than me, so I have given it to her :). Beautiful arranged, love the colour combination, good value and delivered on the same day. Recommended and I will buy from them in the near future.

Fantastic experience: The arrangement wasn’t fresh at all. It looked at least 3 days old. I’m not very happy considering the amount that was paid. Edited due to most recent experience and how beautiful the flowers were this time around.

Positive experience: I got my flowers as a gift and I wanted to know which company they used. The flowers looked amazing but when I opened it up and looked closely... I noticed the lack of attention to detail. Overall it's hard to explain the love and care you feel through small details and companies do it differently. Some companies use pretty stickers, some companies give free flower food and some companies even use nice handwriting for the card message, it really depends on the company. But this company didn't do anything like that. Anyway, packaging. The plastic used was this bag in the photo. Like the ones used in dollar stores and tied like takeaway. And the bag with the white wet paper inside felt like a full diaper, functionally it's all fine though. And the twine used to hold the bouquet together looked like cheap plastic twine that you're supposed to keep on, as per instructions on the card, photo of tie included. Which I had to replace since I use clear vases and it stood out. I'm sure there's good reason so I'm not looking for trouble despite my disappointment. The flowers look fresh atleast and delivery was good.
