Negative experience: AVOID! Go elsewhere! Our delivery arrived multiple days late, and we had ordered the “super sized” bouquet (three price tiers above the basic option). What arrived was VERY small—there was absolutely nothing “super sized” about it. It honestly made us wonder what on earth their “small” bouquet would even look like. To make up for the delay they said they would include a “lovely gourmet treat”, but what was included was just a tiny underwhelming chocolate bar. Another frustrating part was that we ordered from a website listed as Mel’s Flowers, which appeared to be associated with Mel’s Flower Truck, but it turns out the order was actually fulfilled by Bloomex. The branding felt very misleading. The flowers eventually delivered were small and pretty limp delivered in a box. After receiving the poor service and product, I looked online and found many similar negative reviews and complaints about Bloomex, which unfortunately matches our experience. Please go elsewhere, and do your research - wish we had!!

Negative experience: Absolutely a deceiving company. They put up beautiful large bouquets of flowers on their website but when its delivered, they are absolutely tiny. There were options for larger sizes and I picked the biggest you can get for my partners birthday. Absolutely not worth the money you pay for. Stay away from this company. Photos show from their website and what you actually get. Total rip off.

Negative experience: Googled for flowers in Hamilton and NZ Blooms came up and looked nice so I ordered from them. I paid extra for same day delivery as it was my sister's birthday. After a few hours I got an email (from Bloomex - the "actual" company) stating as I had ordered a 'special item,' it had to be delivered from their 'out of town facility' (which turned out to be Auckland) so would be delivered the next day. When I ordered there was nothing to say it was a special item, and when I paid for same day delivery there was no pop up to say it was not eligible for this. I would have ordered from somewhere else had I known (I am in Auckland). They emailed saying they would 'make it right' by refunding the same day delivery fee of $5 on top of regular delivery of $15 (naturally they should do this but I only got $5 back), prioritising the delivery (left Auckland at 6am and was not delivered until 8 hours later), and adding in a free gourmet chocolate (turned out it was a peanut slab - not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination). So I had the stress of all this, they had the audacity to say they would make it right (the only thing that would make it right would have been to deliver on my sister's birthday), and all that was given was a peanut slab for all my troubles. Bloomex ruined the whole experience for me.

Negative experience: I paid for a deluxe bouquet, based on the product photos shown on your website. What my partner received looked nothing like those photos. There was not a single rose in the arrangement, and instead, it contained a small punch of red flowers (already wilting) that were entirely different from what was advertised (product does not match the picture). I have photos clearly showing the discrepancy. In addition, the delivery was delayed I specifically requested confirmation from Bloomex that the flowers would still be the same despite the delay. I received no reply. Bloomex refuses to credit the purchase. Never will I shop with them again, and will take this further under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Worst ever experience and an appalling product and service!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience — I genuinely do not understand how Bloomex is still operating as a business. For Valentine’s Day, I initially received the wrong flower arrangement, and the flowers themselves were in very poor condition — moldy, damaged, with bent stems and petals already falling apart, placed in a red jar that was completely different from what I ordered. What should have been a special occasion gift turned into a stressful situation. It then took three days of repeated contact just to get confirmation that the product would be replaced. Throughout the process, staff repeatedly provided timeframes for when the issue would be resolved, but no action was taken. On my first call, I was told to email photos and that a manager would respond within a couple of hours. Nearly 24 hours passed with no contact. When I followed up, I was told they could not see the attachments and to resend the photos in separate emails, with reassurance the issue would be resolved by the end of the afternoon. Again, another 24 hours passed with no update. After calling yet again, I was advised to use the live chat instead, as that would supposedly receive immediate attention and allow them to view the images. After waiting several hours, I finally spoke with a representative, provided screenshots of the product I had purchased, and was assured the replacement would match the original order. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, it was wrong again — this time completely missing the mason jar that was clearly included in the product description. Another major concern is that the company appears to push replacements only and does not offer refunds, even when mistakes are repeated. During phone calls, staff also seemed very quick to end conversations rather than properly address the issue or provide meaningful solutions, which added significantly to the frustration. I genuinely question how this aligns with the Consumer Guarantees Act, as consumers are legally entitled to goods that match their description and have the right to reject products and choose a refund when there is a significant failure. Receiving incorrect items twice, combined with poor communication and delays, raises serious concerns about compliance with consumer rights. Overall, this has been a time-consuming, frustrating, and disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and to be aware of their consumer rights when dealing with this company. Update: Julie, who asked for a few minutes to “see how I can best assist you,” never responded. Since then, they have refused to acknowledge my message or address my consumer rights.

Negative experience: I am the recipient of this order, and I’m very disappointed with what was delivered. The flowers arrived 3 days late from Feb 14, which completely defeated the purpose of the gift sent by my family overseas. When it finally arrived, the arrangement is of poor quality seems it's rushed. To make matters worse, the card that was supposed to contain my family’s message was blank, which was upsetting as this was meant to be a meaningful surprise. My family was also told a gourmet item would be included as compensation for the delay, but all that arrived was a single small chocolate — hardly an appropriate gesture given the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This experience was frustrating and embarrassing, especially since this was an international gift. I hope you take responsibility for this and seriously improve your service, communication, and quality control so this doesn’t happen to others.

Negative experience: Quite possibly the worst florist in New Zealand. Do not buy from them! My partner paid for same-day delivery for Valentine’s day and the flowers were shipped only that day, with an estimate delivery for 3 days later! They are refusing to give us a refund and are trying to make this right with a fraction of the price of store credit. As if we’d touch them again with a ten foot pole! Total scam artists.

Negative experience: Avoid. Unless you have no choice. In which case, still avoid. In December I had a bad experience with an order for a “Pretty Petals” mason jar bouquet. For over $95+ $15 delivery. The bouquet provided was looked inferior to me compared with that on their website, coming with 2 roses instead of 6 and a generally much less impressive look. Photos of the ad and the actual flowers below. Two days later I got an email telling me that they'd substituted a different arrangement without asking me because they were out of stock of more colours of rose than I knew existed. I wasn't happy but eventually decided to suck it up. Then last Friday I ordered a "Half dozen sweetheart rose combo", which comes with a teddy bear and Valentines card, for delivery Saturday (Valentines Day). The combo cost $90 plus delivery. Half a dozen roses and a Valentine's card (without a teddy bear) were advertised for $55 at the same time. Instead of being delivered Saturday my order was delivered at 10:30pm Friday night. And had no Teddy Bear. Which was the whole reason I'd paid $90 instead of $55. I wasn't happy and immediately emailed them. Their first, final and only offer to fix this was $20 store credit. Despite the fact that the missing Teddy Bear cost me $35. And not a refund but credit for a store I will never use again. They stuck with that outrageous offer, saying that they had to follow company policy, so could not offer a partial refund instead. Despite me pointing out that under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) they are obliged to refund the cost of the missing item (the Teddy, not the flowers) if they don't make it right. And to top it off, the roses were not looking great when they arrived. And despite trimming the stems yesterday morning, they are now very dead, just two days after Valentines Day (see photos). This was not a one off but the second bad experience in a row with them. And I must have replied to them about 5 times, giving them multiple opportunities to make it right. But once I mentioned the CGA and pointed out that their policy ism irrelevant, as you can't contract out of the law, they stopped replying. I thought I was upgrading from supermarket flowers. Don't make the same mistake. Depending on your supermarket they can have some very good arrangements these days. Don't waste your money on Bloomex. They aren't the flex I thought.

Negative experience: Poor comucation, diffcult to deal with, poor quality product. Had a Friday delivery booked days in advance which never arrived, no email from them to confirm it had actually been sent, no phone call trying to ensure that they arrived - just nothing. I called & tried to go collect them on the Saurday that was not permitted, so had to make my own floral arrangement Saturday morning with supermarket flowers - actually came out pretty good - much better than what finally showed up on Monday, the roughest bunch of flowers I have ever seen. A refund was promised on the Saturday when I called them, they are now wanting to back out of that also, I will not use them again.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order before Valentine's, but it never arrived. Despite the non-delivery, the company sent an email claiming the order was completed, while their own website tracking still shows it as 'On its way.' When I contacted support, I was refused a refund and offered store credit instead. I have had to escalate this to a bank dispute. Avoid if you need reliable delivery, and be aware that this company operates under multiple names (like NZ Blooms) to mislead customers into thinking they are dealing with a local boutique. Negative experience: Avoid This Company: Systemic incompetence followed by denial On 05 Feb 2026 I ordered a Valentine’s Day rose and gift package from Bloomex for delivery to my office on 13 Feb between 9am–4pm. I ordered 8 days early and called to confirm the delivery instructions to an address located 15 minutes (10 km) from their Auckland depot. The order was never delivered. At 8:30pm that night I was told it was “out for delivery” — after the delivery window had already passed, and the call was terminated. Over the next 16 hours I spoke to seven customer service staff: - Offered $20 store credit - Promised redelivery for the 14th — never occurred - Told it had been delivered at 3pm on the 13th - it had not - Argued with and hung up on. Twice I requested a manager and twice was told I would receive a call to authorise a refund and lodge a complaint — no call came. Instead, I received an email claiming they had attempted to contact me (no missed calls on my phone records) and offering store credit or redelivery on another day, forcing further contact with customer service. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, a supplier must provide goods within the agreed time or within a reasonable time. They did neither. Offering store credit for goods never supplied is not a remedy — it is a refusal to refund for non-delivery. At 2:30pm I called again and demanded a refund. I was placed on hold, told it had been authorised, and that I would receive an email within the hour. At 9:30pm I received an email stating the matter was still under review and “pending”. At 1:30pm on the 15th I finally received confirmation of the refund — to be processed within 10 days. Bloomex took payment, failed to deliver, provided contradictory delivery claims, attempted to substitute legal obligations with store credit, and only authorised a refund after sustained pressure. Avoid this company.

Negative experience: I should have read the review before ordering. I ordered and tried to cancel the order as soon as I realised I ordered the wrong one. I emailed them within 30min but no response and they shipped the order. I called them twice but they are not willing to help me and asked to call nzpost instead. I called the nzpost but they said sender should call them to return it. I called them again but they are not willing to help. Their customer service is so bad. Make sure you order the right thing before ordering as their customer service never tried help you.

Negative experience: Same day delivery ended in next day delivery via couriers. Flowers not the freshest. Got less than half the flowers than what it should be. Looks nothing like the photos in broshure. Very dissapointed. No refunds offered. No replies to emails. Will not recommend them.

Negative experience: Do NOT order flowers from there! My husband spand a lot of money (over $100) on the flowers and the package was so small and cheap looking. The flowers were not even fresh. I actually feel bad and angry after I saw this gift. Don't even let me start with the delivery! A terrible terrible gift. Will never use it again! BTW they won't refund you. Better be careful!

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever experienced — and that’s not an exaggeration. I ordered a large bouquet to be delivered to my friend’s home. I received an email confirming it had been delivered. It hadn’t. After chasing it up, I was told it had been delivered to the wrong address — their mistake. I forwarded my booking confirmation and all the details in writing, yet after several back-and-forth emails (in which they even managed to address me by the wrong name multiple times), I was told they could resend the flowers… but only if I paid another delivery fee and paid for additional flowers. Let that sink in. They delivered to the wrong address, confirmed the correct details in writing, and still expected me to pay again to fix their error. Eventually, my friend did receive flowers — but they were dead, brown and honestly embarrassing. Not even worth taking a photo. For something meant to be a thoughtful gift, it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. The lack of accountability, poor communication and refusal to take responsibility was baffling. I genuinely do not understand how this business is still operating. Avoid.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary more than a month ago and they were never delivered. I tried contacting customer service to sort it out, but they hung up as soon as I mentioned a refund. Save your time and money, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Negative experience: Bad, bad, bad. Ordered on the 6th for delivery on the 7th. Got a call late on the 7th saying it would not be possible and would be delivered on the 10th - they blamed a third party courier. I did get the delivery fee refunded, only after i asked for it. On the 10th I get and email saying it would delivered be the 11th, no reason given. Late on the 10th (5pm) I get a notification saying its been picked up...so it will sit all night in a courier van before being delivered (hopefully) on the 11th?! Who knows in what state. Do not use.

Negative experience: Should have read the reviews first! Flowers didn’t arrive so I phoned customer service. Was told they would be delivered within the hour. Three hours later I rang back and asked for a refund as they still had not arrived. Was told someone would contact me about the refund which happened the next day BUT there was no offer of a refund or explanation or apology. Offered to deliver and upgrade etc. I asked for a complete refund. Yet another email offering to deliver and add a vase. So I asked for afternoon delivery as the recipient would be at work and flowers arrived at 12.30. Flowers were ok on but not to the value I paid and they couldn’t supply what I wanted. Never again.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE. I’ve ordered flowers online many times, but this was my first delivery to Tauranga and it was a mess. The website made it seem my selection was available for same-day delivery, but after ordering I received multiple emails saying the bouquet had to be changed due to missing flowers. I replied for clarification and got no response. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered, and the “deluxe” bouquet was sparse and underwhelming for the price. When I raised this, they refused a partial refund and only offered store credit ($25, then $35). That “solution” doesn’t help me at all — it’s presented as compensation, but it really just pushes me to spend more with them, which benefits the business, not the customer. After days of back-and-forth, I’m really disappointed. Worst florist experience I’ve had — I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Negative experience: This actually does not deserve a review at all. Ordered flowers on 5th December 2025 to be sent to Christchurch for my grandfathers funeral and they did not arrive. After many emails back and fourth and asking for a refund(not allowed) a parcel which was supposed to be worth just over $95.00 was delivered to the address. Would not recommend this service to anyone at all. Totally feel disrespected considering what the occasion was. Negative experience: Do not recommend. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. When you Google “Upper Hutt flowers,” Mel’s Flowers appears at the top, but they’re actually linked to Bloomex. Long story short, they couldn’t deliver on the date ordered due to the holidays. They offered either a refund of the shipping cost or a free “gourmet” item, so I chose the gourmet option. I then received a notification saying the order had been picked up from Onehunga and was being shipped to Upper Hutt, which immediately raised red flags. After doing a deeper dive into the company and reading numerous negative reviews, my expectations were very low. The flowers did eventually arrive, but they did not look like a $120 bouquet. The crackers included certainly didn’t resemble a gourmet item either. That said, the flowers weren’t dead and the vase wasn’t cracked which, sadly, seems to be better than what some others experienced. Overall, it felt misleading and overpriced. I won’t be making this mistake again

Positive experience: I was anxious the whole time because I ordered without reading the reviews first. After seeing them later, I honestly expected the worst. Do they look exactly like the picture? No—but they’re still really pretty. The roses were definitely fresh, which was a huge sigh of relief. They really were lovely. I think you just need to arrange them properly in the vase to make them look even prettier. For $99, I do feel like I could have gotten a bigger or better bouquet somewhere else for the same price. That said, my order itself wasn’t bad at all—it looked nice and presentable. Was I expecting fairy lights and a vase? Yep Overall, despite all the worrying and the negative reviews, my experience turned out much better than I expected. I think the reviews just made me brace for the worst.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful, wouldnt let me order online even when I didnt know what I wanted yet, tried to bate me into ordering fast over the phone, tried to hide fees and GST on top, was trying to charge for same day delivery even though it was for 3 days later, then asked me to email the saying for on the card which I did, then when I finally paid for it then contacted me telling me the order was cancelled because I didnt pay for the card which was supposedly extra when they never stated that, told them since it was cancelled that I want me money back but are refusing to reimburse me, said theres a $25 cancellation fee when the flowers were only $30!!! Now offering a gift card for the store when I dont want to use them again, and refusing to give me money back, absolute ripoff artists!

Later that day I was told that they couldn't do that and they would refund my same day delivery fee (which I have not received ) and that they would upgrade my order. They were eventually delivered 4 days later but I got notified earlier that day that they couldn't supply what I ordered so had substituted. What arrived looks nothing like what I ordered (completely different vibe) and if that is an upgrade I'd hate to see their regular bouquets. There is also a lily in the arrangement which I would never have picked as the recipient has pets. So basically I didn't get what I ordered or for when I ordered The website I used was nzblooms but all communication came through bloomex. Positive points were they communicated all of these issues.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this lot. Ordered two weeks prior to be delivered on a specific date. DID NOT get delivered on that date and was instead sent an email later that afternoon advising that they dont even have those flowers in stock and offered different flowers instead. After the flowers arrived one day late, we paid $130 for a deluxe bouquet and what we got was beyond a joke! You could stop on the side of the road at any flower stall in rural nz and pay $20 for a fuller, fresher bouquet than what we received!! Did not even get the option of a full refund as we requested, instead only $20 store credit. Why would we want to purchase from you again?!

Negative experience: I ordered from Bloomex specifically because they guaranteed same-day delivery. That did not happen. The order was delayed, which completely defeated the purpose of the purchase, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a full refund despite failing to deliver what was promised. There was no accountability and very little effort to resolve the issue fairly. If timing matters to you or you expect a company to stand by its guarantees, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: inadequate service regarding the delivery of my order, placed on Monday, November 24th, for guaranteed delivery on Friday, November 28th. I specifically selected your service based on your company's stated principles of "Fresh, Fast, and Fair" and the promise of sourcing "directly from local growers." I placed the order with ample notice (four days) to ensure fresh flowers would be delivered as promised on the requested date. You failed to fulfill the delivery as specified. The flowers were not delivered fresh on Friday, November 28th. This failure of service has unfortunately ruined a significant birthday surprise. Requested a full refund and they refuse to provide. They said it was delivered 5 days later and the order still never arrived. Even if it did (which it hasn’t) the flowers would be dead. Would not recommend as they take no accountability for delivery delay. They do not use a courier for delivery as stated but NZ post which are not reliable for delivering fresh flowers as consistently occur delays. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order and spending a fortune on flowers that did not get delivered as promised despite ordering 4 days prior. This is not good enough and you ruin people’s day which should be celebrated not spent following up orders which do not arrive. This company are complete scammers and rip off. New Zealand fair trading need to investigate.

Negative experience: My daughter ordered flowers for her nana's 92nd birthday on Saturday. The long narrow enclosed box they were in was upside down so the flowers were of course upside down and damaged. The flowers were nothing like the ones she had chosen and had already wilted, along with a miserable box of marshmellows, 3 in the box, another small box with 5 tiny shortbread biscuits which tasted like they were a year or so old, and a scruffy teddy bear, all of these things she did not ask for when ordering the flowers. Very very disappointing to say the least, infact they were an embarresment, you should be ashamed BLOOMEX I would never recommend you if you were the last florist on earth. Called them back (cautiously as number was flagged as spam) turns out it was nz blooms aka blooemex advising me they won't be delivered today (appears to be a trend now that ive seen the reviews) said 5 days away is the delivery date. Said no I paid for same day because I needed them today so I said refund me . Then they send me an email giving me options none if them a full refund and instead credit on my account. Negative experience: Awful company, service, and products supplied. My mum sent me birthday flowers that she ordered online from overseas. They were to be delivered to my work on the Wednesday. They emailed my mum on Wednesday to say they'd be delivered on Thursday instead, so she told them she need to change it to my home address. She then received an email saying delivery would be 6 days later!!! The flowers then arrived at my work on Thursday! I called the company to discuss it as I wasn't driving 40 minutes to collect flowers that they had delivered the wrong day/place, and was spoken to very rudely. they said they'd pass it on to the manager and I'd hear back within the hour. My mum then received a follow up email that simply stated the flowers had been delivered. I called them again and was met with a world of abuse from the same employee. Her overall response was that it wasn't her problem as they had done their job in sending the flowers and she didn't care that they'd been sent to the wrong place/day. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor or manager to discuss it further, each time she refused or began shouting at me. Absolutely disgusting attitude and service... not to mention, the flowers that they sent arrived laid on their side in a box with no water. And while pretty, they were absolutely nothing like what had been ordered and paid for. more like something my child would have picked from the garden.

Positive experience: Flowers was fresh, saw a lot of negative comments but thank god our order was just right, would give a 5 star but the flowers arrived late at 7pm, most people want flowers delivered early not late in evening. Would I buy again ? Yes I would but only roses.

Negative experience: This company has started spinning up new fronts, e.g Mels Flower "Fresh flowers delivered by Mel" but is actually Bloomex. After total confusion when my order details started coming from Bloomex I did some digging ... Mels flower ... actually bloomex. I thought I was supporting a small nelson business, but my flowers are actually being shipping from Christchurch .. from what looks like a poor company. This feels incredibly deceptive and like the company is trying to dodge poor reviews by masking as a new business that you cannot review on Google yet. Incredibly disappointed and worried the flowers are going to follow the trend of other reviews.

Negative experience: Not recommended that you use this company! After promising that the flowers woud be delivered the same day I was later contacted to say thay would now be delivered first thing the next morning and the flowers woud be upgraded. By midafternoon next day they had still not been delivered and when I rang to enquire about the lack of movement on the courier tracking etc the person I was speaking to hung up on me!! When the flowers were finally delivered they were disappointing and not the type of flowers I had requested. I recommend using a local florist in the area you are sending to. Poor customer service and poor quality flowers. Will not use this comapny again. $110!

Negative experience: Waste of time. They couldn't deliver the flowers for 5 days after they confirmed the order. They dont answer emails and took me 3 attempts to finally get hold of them Do not recommend this company.

Negative experience: Absolutely discusting service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! we paid for flowers, vase & sympathy card to be delivered for our dear friends funeral 4 days prior. On day was sent email hour before ment to be delivered to say sorry can't be delivered. Poor communication have had to chase them & now no flowers & no response!!! Beware do not buy from this company

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for a colleague who had a bereavement. They were quite expensive and included a vase. The flowers which arrived were tired looking and very ordinary. I could have got nicer ones from the supermarket. And the vase was broken.

Negative experience: That’s my fault I didn’t check the reviews first☹️ then I would know,that the size of flowers is not truly correspond with the picture on the web. I’ve chosen 2 bouquets in Supersize each, but in reality it didn’t approve my expectations. Moreover recipient didn’t get any of 2 postcards that were paid in order. So big disappointment,will never use this service again. Don’t recommend.

Negative experience: Absolutely a big scam. Waiting on a refund and response from management as flowers were not delivered. Two calls and yet no response. Don’t understand how they are getting away with such bad service.

Negative experience: Masquerading as Mel’s Flowers. Thought they were in Napier but they are not flowers delivered late. They say they do the same day I ordered the day before and they arrived 2 days later. Tiny bouquet for $85 delivered. I would have been better off going to the local dairy. Worst experience with a florist ever.

Negative experience: This is just shocking. I placed an order for a surprise birthday bouquet a week before the delivery date. I received a confirmation of my order and then another message saying my order is being prepped which was nice. What happened next was just a total disaster: on the day of the delivery I receive an email saying : " Sorry, we could not secure a courier throughout this week so instead of today (Saturday), we will deliver your flowers on Tuesday next week, 4 (!) days later that it is due." I mean, how is that for the worst possible customer service. Why didn't this company inform me of the issue with finding a courier in advance? I could have secured the flowers delivery with another provider, had I been informed. Instead I ended up with NO flowers for my special friend on her birthday. To make things worse, I am still chasing this company for the refund. I spoke to two different staff on Saturday: no result. I spoke to this company again today and I am still being 'promised' that someone will contact me for a refund. This is just not acceptable, if I ask me. Not only they failed to fulfill my order, I am now having to waste my personal time to get my money back. Please do NOT use the services of this company. To the owner - I am still waiting on the call re my refund, so if you could please contact me as soon as possible, that would be most appreciated, thank you.

Negative experience: 0 stars if I could. Scammed me out of $60.00. Ordered a jar of flowers for my nan back in June for her birthday , for same day delivery at extra cost ($5). The flowers never showed up. Have been emailing back and forward for 3months. No offer of a refund or re-delivery. I would never recommend you to buy from this company. When I called them , they put me through to an answering machine after telling me they are finding my details. No one came back to the line.

Negative experience: This flower shop had a terrible experience for me. I bought a flower for my mother-in-law and paid extra for the same delivery, but no flowers were delivered. When I called them, they said they hadn’t received any payment, but I had received a confirmation email and my money had been deducted from my bank account. I emailed them, but no one replied. It took me over a week to get someone who could help me. No flowers were received, and no apology was made. It was a very disappointing experience. Please do not buy here!!

Negative experience: They emailed me that they had cancelled my order, wouldn't refund me the money, then sent ordered flowers which arrived late, they weren't fresh, some were dead, they weren't worth the money I paid and the customer service to attempt some kind of refund has been disgusting!!! Wouldn't recommend!!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in there service. First I received an email that said they could deliver what I requested on the same day. After I had paid they said they couldn't deliver until the next day and they would upgrade the flowers to a bigger bunch. Wow if what my daughter got was an upgrade, I dread to think what nearly 100 dollars buys. Very, very disappointing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Negative experience: This company advertises same-day delivery, but after placing an order we were notified that delivery would not occur as promised. We cancelled the order within minutes, yet a refund was refused. Despite making multiple calls and receiving assurances that the matter would be resolved, no follow-through occurred. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Negative experience: Unbelievably bad…..no same day delivery even though the email confirmation said this. I received a bunch of flowers that looked more like $25 not $89…..I was told that they were coming from Tauranga, NO they came from Auckland and arrived the next day…..I would not recommend this company at all
