Fantastic experience: Scott's Flowers delivered same day the most beautiful flower arrangement. My daughter loved them and said the vase was stunning! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I am not from nor do I live in NYC but I felt compelled to leave this review. I’ve used Scott’s Flowers twice and both times the receipient is very pleased with the delivery and flowers. I wanted to say thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous stunning flowers!!!! I wabted to send my daughter a small flower arrangement for her birthday, but didn’t want anything too big or expensive bc she was going out of town for week a couple of days later. The Nolita Petite was PERFECTION!!! I added the champagne gummy bears as a fun little addition… love that it was an option!! I always prefer to order flowers direct from a florist, rather than getting standard issue arrangements from one of the big national online brands. I asked my favorite influencer, Preston Konrad, for a recommendation for a florist that delivers to Chelsea and he recommended Scotts. I was OVER THE MOON with the gorgeous selection, prices and ability to get them delivered the next day. Now I’m just going to need more excuses and occasions to send her flowers bc there were sooo many other amazing options to choose from!! 10/10 love and recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Professional! Tasteful! Excellent Communicators! I was impressed by the level of communication, competence, and professionalism shown by Scott’s Flowers. I called a couple weeks ahead of time for an event that my wife was going to be part of in Manhattan. Even though we were flying in from Houston, Texas. They were able to work well with me and were able to add a bouquet diaper, which made it easy for my wife to take the flowers home from New York City to Houston. I strongly recommend anyone who is serious about getting flowers to work with Scott’s flowers!

Their floral arrangements are also absolutely beautiful. The design was elegant, fresh, and thoughtfully put together — even better than what I expected from the photos online. You can tell they really take pride in their work and in creating something special for the person receiving it. The whole experience felt seamless from ordering to delivery, and the customer service alone makes them a company I would happily order from again. It’s rare to find a business that combines beautiful products with people who genuinely care about helping customers — Scott’s Flowers does both. Highly recommend if you’re sending flowers in NYC.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful arrangements and attentive staff make this place a big win in my book. I had to reschedule the delivery at the last minute due to the recent massive winter storm that hit the east coast, and they answered same-day, on a day when their shop was closed, to help me reschedule delivery for later in the week. They were delivered to me and were every bit as pretty and lush as the photo on the website. (How do I know about the photo, the sender - my mom, asked me if the ones I got looked like the website.) Fantastic experience: The bouquets I get at Scotts are always phenomenal quality, the arrangements are beautiful, and the flowers themselves last a very long time. Pricing feels very fair for what you're getting, especially considering the Midtown location. The best part, though, is that the service is *always* top notch. Everyone is super nice and happy to help however they can. Going into the shop, its very obvious that they're doing a lot of business, especially around a holiday like Valentine's Day, but every time I come in, they make me feel like an incredibly valued customer. I don't think I can recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Was very disappointed. My sister sent me flowers for my birthday. The bouquet was beautiful, but woke up next morning to half of the flowers being basically dead. Even the roses! I understand hydrangeas, but roses usually last. Had to throw away the bouquet today, which was the 4th day of the flowers. Received another bouquets from another florist also hydrangeas and roses and it’s blooming beautifully! It’s a shame that for over 150$ they use not fresh flowers. Stay clear !
