Negative experience: Very poor service. They don’t respond properly and rarely reply back. They also don’t answer phone calls. I asked if they could make it within my budget of $50–$70, but instead of suggesting any options, they just said $80 was the lowest. I agreed to pay $80. After that, I asked them to send me a picture once it was ready and told them I would send the payment through Zelle. They said they would “try their best” but couldn’t guarantee it. I followed up multiple times, but they never responded. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing.

Negative experience: My boyfriend came home with these flowers for Valentine’s day and i was appalled when he told me the price. $300 for this ??? I honestly feel like they’re taking advantage of men because they don’t know how much flowers bouquets are supposed to cost. He has gotten me $300 BIG venus et fleur bouquets that lasts forever and this is what he got for the same price from this place? I’m honestly so disgusted and feel so bad for him. I would not recommend getting flowers from here, the local grocery store has better ones that are bigger and beautiful than this crap with dollar tree decorations in it.

They called me Friday because there was no one at the church to take them. The driver actually waited for someone to show up at the church. Negative experience: My friend just bought a bouquet of flowers from here. They’re fresh and beautiful but the price is a little crazy. It’s $90 something for this!?!? I can get these exact type in nyc for way less. And it would even come with a vase or like a nice wrapping paper. The paper I got here is not even that special. Am i just being dramatic? Or is it a normal price now?

Negative experience: Ordered a $300 arrangement for a funeral and was embarrassed by what was delivered OLD, cheap, poorly made, and had to be removed from the room. When I complained, they offered only a “credit for next time.” Heartless and unprofessional. Avoid this shop.

Positive experience: Top 5 Unreliable flower delivery spot in the area! Called around 1:00 pm for same day delivery, paid however much extra for immediate delivery and the flowers weren’t even the right ones. I explained to the women who took my order that the recipient of the flowers was leaving work at 5:30 pm, flowers didn’t arrive until almost 6. Presentation was nice but I shouldn’t be paying so much for such minimal service.
