Negative experience: Balloons arrived deflated. Overpriced and pitiful balloon display delivered to 1 hotel. Better balloons can be purchased at dollar tree. .

Positive experience: Nice arrangement but expensive but that was ok. Problem is the flowers died the next morning. Ordered an arrangement for afternoon evening and it was dead in the morning. I emailed and was busy but when got back to me they offered 20% off plus an additional 20% on the next order to give a second chance. They said they think it's because of the dryness of the room. Originally they said they would offer a new bouquet but I already left the area. I'll have to try them next time hopefully we won't have that issue again.

Negative experience: A bit expensive for an average product. Chocolate covered strawberries were over $80/dozen a with taxes, delivery, etc. the total was over $120. I’m okay paying for high end products but felt the quality was far below the price point.
