Fantastic experience: My favorite café that changes the theme every few months with the season. The people in there are extremely kind and respectful. I usually meet up with my daughter for desserts and coffee after work.

Negative experience: Ordered same-day delivery, but the florist couldn’t find a driver and had no ETA. They reached out proactively and refunded me immediately when I asked, which I appreciate. However, same-day delivery shouldn’t be listed if it can’t be fulfilled. Especially on Valentines Day.

Positive experience: Can't speak to the quality of their product, but their delivery van was spewing clouds of black smoke into the lungs of pedestrians this morning.

Fantastic experience: I finally got a chance to go solo. So beautiful from the outside to the inside. Enjoyed a cherry blossom latte (iced) and chocolate croissant was my first time so was just trying it out. Will def be back to get some reading in and I want to try the Red Velvet Latte. Oh and to the Barista that handed me my drink and said thank you queen. You are appreciated. I went yesterday from 12-2

Fantastic experience: Theodore and the Ariston team did a FABULOUS job of giving us the flowers and decor of our dreams for our New York City wedding! The pricing for the level of service and beauty of the arrangements we received was incredibly reasonable. I changed my mind about little details many times throughout the months leading up to the wedding, and Theodore was always so patient with me, going above and beyond to give us a beautiful experience. He also sourced the stunning candelabras and stands for us that were perfect for our traditional, "old world" aesthetic. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful place.. Ariston café/flower shop is beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy... the kind of place you instantly feel comfortable in. The flower arrangements are stunning,the bouquets are made with such care and feature truly beautiful flowers. The staff is exceptionally friendly, smiling, welcoming, and always helpful, which makes the experience even better. The coffee is hands down the best in the city... and for Greeks, they even serve a perfect freddo espresso.My daughter said the matcha is the best she has ever had. The brunch is delicious. We’ve tried many brunch spots in New York, and honestly, this one is by far our favorite.A special place we will definitely keep coming back to!!!

Fantastic experience: We were absolutely thrilled with the florals for our wedding! Every arrangement was stunning—from the elegant white rose bouquet to the beautifully styled reception tables. The large vase in the main area and the florals in front of the band were especially breathtaking and added so much warmth and charm to the space. The team was a joy to work with and brought our vision to life with such care and creativity. Highly recommend!

Filled with fresh flowers and botanical decor the coffee and food meets the high standard. We were here I the morning and all the ladies received a fresh flower. Fantastic experience: I visit on saturday, love the atmosphere inside the flower shop they have coffee station beautiful areas to be seated in the first and second floor. I ordered the rose petal latte which was delicious. If you need to charge your phone they have areas I didn't see in the first floor but they have place to connect your computer cable or phone. A great area to go with your friends or to do work in your computer. I love the place. You don't need to make resrvation. I spent less than $20 for a latte and cookie.

Positive experience: Love the concept of this cafe! This cafe also doubles as a flower shop, so you can stop by for some quick flowers and a drink! Because of that, the interior is also stunning and there are flowers everywhere. Service here is kind and pretty quick. When I went, we got the matcha latte and the ube latte. Although the portions were good (came in one size), I felt like it was a bit flavorless. We couldn't taste much of the matcha or ube flavor, which was a shame. Wish I liked it more.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a custom bouquet from Ariston the day before my sister's courthouse wedding. The girl working at the front (sorry, I forgot to ask for her name) asked a bunch of amazing and specific questions to get a feel for what I wanted. She had me email my inspo photo to the shop as well. It was ready and in the fridge at the specified pick up time. My whole family absolutely loved how this bouquet turned out. It looks even better than the original inspo photo I sent. Flowers were all fresh and unblemished, ribbon was exactly as we had discussed during the consultation. So extremely satisfied with the final product. Very reasonable pricing for the quality. I found this place randomly while Google searching, but I'm so glad we came here. Would highly recommend! Fantastic experience: Our #1 go to place for coffee, flowers and just to take a break. The staff is awesome. Theyvare super busy but if you ask, you will receive attention you need. Everytime we go we ask someone for assistance and they offer even if they are busy. Coffee, Tea, pastries and sandwiches are worth a repeat. But the big highlight is the flowers. You pay for the quality you buy. We bought roses for the family and they last many weeks!!! Worthy of paying more for flowers that are longlasting.. We look forward to taking one of the classes offered on how to make flower setting, etc.

Fantastic experience: Nice coffee and food, made better by excellent service from the manager or owner. A mistake was made by the server taking my order, and he immediately offered to make a fresh sandwich (and offered a cookie for free as well).

Fantastic experience: My mom, SIL were wandering through the neighborhood on our most recent trip to NYC and found this gem while we were “ looking for some coffee “. We split a treat, enjoyed a cup of coffee- I think my SIL had chai- and couldn’t stop snapping pictures of the beautiful flowers! You need to check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely obsessed with this little flower shop cafe, it’s like walking into a dream. The whole space is filled with fresh blooms, soft colors, and the most calming, magical atmosphere. You can sip your coffee surrounded by flowers, and every corner is picture-perfect. It’s not just a place, it feels like a mini escape from the city. Also pastry and coffee tastes amazing!

Negative experience: Food and drink are good and most staff is really nice; unfortunately I had a terrible experience that felt quite racially charged as I was the only one made to wait and spoken to rudely: a staff member (who I think is related to the owner) tried to lecture me after I made a mistake about my drink order (and I’d offered to pay the difference to which the cashier, who was very sweet, declined b/c I could have gotten a student discount and did not); then after being lectured, I waited for 10+ minutes and watched several people who’d ordered after me get their drinks. The rude staff member said he “forgot” my order and implied that I might not have paid or already took it. When I mentioned not liking the way I was being treated he said "I don't want to be an asshole but I don't know what you ordered". I assured him it was okay as I would not be returning to the establishment. Although the kind cashier remedied the situation and apologized, it wasn’t enough to make up for the way I was spoken to and treated.

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! A lot of tables to sit and you can take ur time enjoying the food and coffee. No rush, the baristas were really nice and funny. I love that place, there’s also 2nd floor so more room for people, the cafe has a flower shop too which makes it much cuter!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give them 10 stars. Stoped by with my 3 little girls to grab coffee and a cookie. The man at the register gave them 3 of the most beautiful single stem roses and threw in a few extra treats. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.

Negative experience: Saw the storefront, was beautifully decorated for the holidays, so I walked in and asked if they are still open, a brusk gentleman told me they are closing within 10 mins. When I went to pick up an orchid for my lady, the same brusk gentleman told to not touch it and they would help me shortly, 15 seconds later he said ‘do you need any help because we are closing in 10 mins.’ They seemed more interested in closing shop than making a sale. I walked out without purchasing anything. I hate seeing such potential wasted by terrible service.

Negative experience: Nice place but poor service and the guy who takes my order doesn’t know how to talk

Negative experience: Whenever I go, the flowers look wilted, old and petals about to wither. I bought butterfly rananculas and petals fell off in one day. They gave me replacement but it wasn't the same due to same stock not available. However, I went back a couple of times but never I find fresh flowers that will last a few days. It's probably just the social media hype that allows them to be so famous, I get it. Flowers- not so much. Please improve your stock.

Fantastic experience: Feels like a place right out of a story book. Very unassuming from its surroundings but the store front sets it apart. Walk through a beautiful "forest" of greens, plants, flowers, and you will find what seems like a hidden gem. You will find a charming cafe full of unbelievable decor, plenty of photo opps, delicious coffee and good food. We very much enjoyed our Frappe and Latte. The Turkey & Swiss sandwich was unique and delicious. The side salad it came with was also very good. The chocolate and almond croissants were nothing to write home about but served as very good companions to the coffee. Many of the other pastries looked very tempting. Between food and drink, expect to pay anywhere between $15-$25 per person. Definitely a must visit. Did I mention the holiday decor is amazing.

Positive experience: Went there with my friends. So beautiful and charming environment. We ordered latte, cappuccino, chocolate croissant and spinach bread. Everything was delicious. Lovely people! The fragrance of the flowers will definitely keep your mind fresh.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely stunning cafe, possibly one of the most beautiful in the city. I’m totally in love with the concept and how they've put everything together. When you walk in, it's all flowers, and I must say it smells wonderful—everything seems fresh. The cafe offers plenty of seating, including extra space on the second floor. We ordered a matcha and an iced americano and decided to stay to enjoy the atmosphere. Prices are average for coffee, but the flowers are somewhat expensive.

Beautiful and it was a last minute purchase at the end of the day. Rather then delivering a subpar product, they put together a custom bouquet that blew away the one I ordered! Elite customer service. If I were local, I would spend my money here for life. Negative experience: Cashier man had a bad attitude with me but with the customers both in front and behind me, he seemed to be very kind. My banana bread was very dry and my matcha latte had clumps in it. For the price, I expected much better. Gave it one star just because it is beautiful but prob won’t be back.

Plus, they were willing to use my personal cup because my school’s library does not allow to go drinks from outside. Will be back soon and you should ask them for the 10% student discount.

Fantastic experience: Came across this beautiful cafe when on a stroll recently and the outside decor drew me in. Once you get past the scenery there’s a cafe in the back you can grab a matcha latte from while basking in the aroma of it all.
