Fantastic experience: This is a funny review, but I think it’s such an important thing to know if you are considering buying flowers from Soukal, especially from a long distance. I ordered a bunch of daffodils to be sent to my daughter in early March, and within several minutes of placing my order, I received a phone call telling me that she’s sorry, there are no daffodils at this time of year. She explained when they would be available, and offered me other options that would easily make sense. It was the immediacy of her call and the kindness of her help that makes me certain I will order from them in the future. I felt like I was dealing with a very honest company, and sometimes that feels hard to find.

Negative experience: I bought a flowers and chose the deluxe size option. The flowers looked so skimpy. Granted, some of the flowers are not completely open yet which is fine but it just does not look appealing. Paying over $110 for this was not worth it.

The floral arrangement that I chose for a woman who turned 110 years old what's the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever found online through all the other major florists that are around. The price was very reasonable the delivery was on time the flowers were impeccable. I lucked out I don't know I love this place and I highly recommend it. I'm sorry for those people who were disappointed, but I don't know mine was absolutely perfect and everything went according to plan. I actually ordered these flowers two weeks before the delivery date and they were still delivered on time and in beautiful condition.

She kept me calm and reassured me that they would be able to get the arrangement to the funeral home before the actual viewing and service. She knew exactly what to do to guide me on what the ribbon and card should say. Upon arriving the arrangement was beautiful and I didn’t get the BEST pictures of it before it was moved but everyone complimented how well they looked. I would highly recommend Soukal!
