Fantastic experience: From Sydney I had the opportunity to use Flower Run to send flowers to a suburb in Perth. They kept me updated regards the delivery My Family in Perth where very happy with the flower arrangement Thankyou Flower Run.

Negative experience: Even if you have relatives that live on the same street or in the same suburb, every order has to be placed seperately online, charged full seperate delivery costs for each to then get marked as spam for multiple transactions in a short period of time - making the ordering experience frustrating. Tried to avoid this issue by contacting them directly and they handballed straight back to the website with copy paste text responses. Pretty greedy and not really "giving joy" vibes in the service department. They're unphased if you're a repeat purchaser. Suited for a one off recipient, not suited for multiple orders. Update to systems that allow multiple deliveries within the same zone for better customer outcome.

Fantastic experience: I searched many sites to send flowers from the uk to my daughter in Perth, and decided on the flower run as they were local and I’m glad I did, the flowers were beautiful, the communication was amazing, they let me know a 2 hour delivery window and then when they were 15 minutes away I could follow the driver on the track my delivery app so could let my daughter know when they were outside, tip top service

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my experience having flowers delivered to someone in Perth, while I've placed my order from Down South. An email update as well as a live tracker felt a bit over the top compared to the "She'll be right, Mate" way things are typically done in Margaret River, but it was reassuring as well knowing your business is so transparent with the service on offer. The recipient was super pleased as well! 6 stars!

I cannot fault anything - their exceptional customer service and long lasting (stunning!) blooms are amazing ☺️ They do not guarantee requested delivery times, but they still went over and beyond to ensure my orders arrived quickly. Fantastic experience: Purchased a bouquet and some macarons for my 89 yr old MIL’s birthday while we are away. She was so thrilled with them that she called us to thank us, said they were some of the most beautiful flowers she’d ever had and she loved the macarons too. Delivery was seamless and communication timely, allowing me to make sure someone would be home to collect during the window given. I’d highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Positive experience: Disappointed with the flowers delivered for our sisters birthday. Flowers were transported in the boot of a car and were squashed when delivered. Also, online photo showed several proteas. Only one was in the bunch delivered.

They followed my instructions and delivered the flowers to the right place at the right time. They sent me a photo to show that the flowers had reached the correct destination. Fantastic experience: I wanted a “get well” delivery as I am based in Melbourne and wanted delivery to a local relative in Perth. Rang them promptly at 8am when they opened, spoke to a young lady who recommended some pink roses and so placed the order immediately. The order AS PROMISED was there by 4pm. The great thing I found was the lass knew approximately when delivery would happen, I had a receipt in my hands immediately and the order was “track-able” right to me getting an SMS when the flowers had been delivered which was confirmed by my relative. Smooth, knowledgeable and very competent execution - it EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Thanks Guys - appreciated. I’ll be back

Email said will be delivered between 12-5pm and I was hoping my friend wouldn't leave work early, was delighted when I was notified via email it would be delivered between 11.45am -1.45pm . She was stoked and said the chocolates were delicious also. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: We ordered sympathy flowers for my granddads funeral to arrive before 5pm. We never received a confirmation in writing on the time and date of delivery. On the day of delivery, we called 5 times (no answer) and sent an email (no reply) seeking confirmation flowers would arrive. There was already a lot of grief and anxiety for the family given we were mourning, so it was an extra worry we shouldn’t have needed to worry about. Flowers were great (arrived 5:02pm), however, the lack of communication / inability to answer the phone and failure to confirm the delivery details made the experience terrible - particularly given we were already mourning. It caused unnecessary anxiety that families shouldn’t have to think about when ordering flowers for funerals.

Special mention to the delivery driver who persevered with my delivery despite the incorrect address that I put on the order! Fantastic experience: It was my best friends birthday on Monday and not being able to be with her, I wanted to send her some flowers and ordered the Wildflower Jar. Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t turn up, the delivery was accepted by someone who wasn’t my friend and they were nowhere to be found! I contacted the shop and they were so easy and friendly to talk to, we were all baffled by what had happened but they immediately said they would send out another bouquet. My friend received the flowers today and they are absolutely stunning!! She loves them and I can’t thank the Flower Run enough for making sure she got them!

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a florist around Perth. It’s hard when you are the other end of the country and hard to trust you get what you pay for. I found Flower Run, sent a couple of questions and answers came back immediately, even over a weekend. I missed a number when giving the address and was called to advise this was obviously not the address…they knew these flowers were for a family whose father recently passed. I was advised that the driver went back and delivered the flowers to correct address. I have never, in many years of flower ordering, ever found such a wonderful customer oriented business. Customer service was exceptional. I very strongly recommend this business for all your flower deliveries in and around Perth.
