Negative experience: Even if you have relatives that live on the same street or in the same suburb, every order has to be placed seperately online, charged full seperate delivery costs for each to then get marked as spam for multiple transactions in a short period of time - making the ordering experience frustrating. Tried to avoid this issue by contacting them directly and they handballed straight back to the website with copy paste text responses. Pretty greedy and not really "giving joy" vibes in the service department. They're unphased if you're a repeat purchaser. Suited for a one off recipient, not suited for multiple orders. Update to systems that allow multiple deliveries within the same zone for better customer outcome.

At the moment, each delivery is treated as a separate order because the addresses requested were in three different suburbs, each requiring its own driver, route, timing, and handling. Even when orders are placed together, they’re still fulfilled as individual deliveries behind the scenes, which is why delivery is charged per order rather than bundled.

Regarding the transactions being flagged as spam, our payment system does automatically review multiple orders placed in quick succession to prevent fraud. That safeguard isn’t personal and definitely not intended to penalise repeat customers, but we understand how irritating it can feel when you’re trying to do the right thing.

As for being directed back to the website, that wasn’t meant to be dismissive. Our team offered to put the orders together for you and send through a payment link once you were aware of the delivery charge. our staff have to follow this protocol to ensure all customers are aware of the charges and go through the same ordering process as customers to ensure accuracy and fairness, though we can see how you may have found this frustrating.

We genuinely appreciate repeat customers and the intention to send flowers to multiple people. Your suggestion about better multi-delivery options is valid and something we’re actively reviewing as our systems grow.
