Fantastic experience: Very good service, fast response, my favorite

Negative experience: The worst flower shop. For a long time I avoided coming back to this store because almost every bouquet contained several broken flowers. I had already submitted complaints about this before, but unfortunately the same problem kept happening. Today, after about a year, I asked my husband to stop by the Deli store and pick up a bouquet, and once again we received a bouquet where 2 out of the 5 flowers were broken. This feels like dishonest business and a lack of respect for customers. Yes, if you show them photos they will issue a refund, but it’s not reasonable to have to return with every single bouquet.

Fantastic experience: Very easy to order online and sort out delivery. But the one defining thing that sets Chatsworth flowers above so many is the quality of the flowers they provide. I have used them many many times. This time I bought the native flower vase arrangement and all I can say it was magnificent. My wife was very impressed.

Negative experience: Super rude customer service and when asked to wrap the flowers, they did a very sloppy job. I understand it was busy, however that level of customer service is unacceptable.

Negative experience: Picked a bunch of flowers price displayed $79, at the counter the girl without checking inserts $99, I asked if she could double check and asked her colleague which then priced it at $89 even though the price tag clearly displayed $79! At the end it was charged at $89! Terrible service, no customer care and all about $$$. that’s ripping people off and it’s just not right or fair.

Fantastic experience: The best flower shop ever. I was overseas in a very different time zone, wrote to them, and they agreed to deliver on the same day! They also made a bouquet according to my requirements. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: I want to give the biggest thank you to Hayli and the Chatworth team for making my dream wedding florals come true!!! I provided a wedding/floral mood board after our consultation, sat back and trusted them with the rest. I was blown away by the beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets that they created for us, my jaw was literally on the floor when I saw them. Chatworth somehow took all the elements that I loved from the mood board and then exceeded that by 1000. I cannot recommend them enough, you need to book them for your next event

I had an issue on my end and they took the matter and showed the initiative to help me as thoroughly as they did. It was made known without a word that it was as important to them as it was to me. Love receiving my birthday oriental lilies bouquets delivered every year but unfortunately since we moved down to Mandurah, its out of their delivery zone. But whenever we're in Perth, it's our place to get fresh flowers

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this florist who went well and beyond to help me. The box of flowers I bought was for a funeral and when I saw it at the service, I am impressed and very very happy with my decision. The girl who took my order was patient, kind and excellent in her service. I just wish I can remember her name to thank her for making sure the message and names were all spelt correctly. So important. So impressed with this florist!

Negative experience: My sister pre-ordered flowers months in advance for her wedding (large white roses) however when she arrived on the agreed date of pick up, they told her they did not have those roses available and only had smaller ones (no courtesy call before hand). Additionally, they told her that since her order, the price of these roses had increased and made her pay the additional difference. In summary, they didnt fulfill an agreed service, making her pay more for smaller roses despite taking her order months in advance. 10/10 would not recommend ordering from this place.

Negative experience: I ordered large premium roses for my wedding months before the pick up date. When I arrived in store to pick up the flowers, the lady brought out white roses that were small and still closed and said this is all we had. These roses were significantly smaller than what I had pre ordered. Additionally the lady had said that the price has increased. And did not honour the price at which I first made the order

Negative experience: I bought a whole heap of different bunches of flowers and I wasn’t very impressed when I got them home and pulled them apart to make what I needed. I paid $20 for a bunch of carnations that were predominantly rotten, I think out of the whole bunch I could only use 2! The roses were also very average even though I was told they were fresh out of the cool room they had a lot of rotten petals and marks. I am all for supporting small and local businesses but afterwards I went grocery shopping and I could have bought all the same flowers for much less and they all looked very very fresh. I know the weather has been very hot and this can affect the bunches but don’t charge them at premium if you know they aren’t the best quality. I don’t know if I will ever purchase from there again….

Negative experience: Please consider to order some flowers from this shop. Maybe it's only my experience and other people had great moments with them. But I just want to share my experience as well. When I arrived to pick up the order, they only brought out one bunch of flowers I had ordered. I asked where the rest of the flowers were, and they responded that they were out of season. I then asked when they had gone out of season, and one of the staff replied, “Two weeks ago.” I asked, “Then why didn’t you contact me sooner?” And here’s the kicker: “I didn’t take that order. We’ve had so many orders recently, so I don’t know. It’s not my job—it should have been handled by the person who took your order.” I was furious. I even asked, “Aren’t you also an employee of this shop?” But she just repeated the same answer. I completely understand if something is out of season. The point is, they should have told us in advance. Then we would have had options—either we could have chosen different flowers, or hired a professional florist to fit my wedding theme. But I had no choice because my wedding day was the very next day. I had to take whatever flowers they had in stock and handle all the preparation and decorating for the wedding reception myself. They just kept saying, “Well, you ordered these colors, and we do have roses in these colors, so you can buy these.” They acted as if it was no big deal, and none of it was their concern. They generously gave me a 5% discount, but who would be thrilled with that? Wouldn’t it be better if things simply went according to plan? I only bought flowers here because I didn’t have any other choice. If you decide to buy from this place, make sure to double or triple-check everything—or better yet, consider buying elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recommended a visit and she was right….What a delightful flower shopwith a large variety of flowers/ floral arrangements available. Variety of prices to suit a variety of budgets. The flowers I bought are still going well and I visited early last week. I wish I lived closer as I’d make Chatsworth my local florist.

Negative experience: They will sell withering flowers to customers who don’t know anything about flowers. Even if I show them photos of bouquets, they will not be able to make the same flowers for customers and will never patronize this store again.

Negative experience: If I could leave a zero star. Just tried to walk in and buy flowers for my wife....as I stood on the step... at 5:50pm... an older gentleman closed the door on my face... he then opened it begrudgingly to let me in... I asked the ladies if they were still open... the older guy seemed to have an issue with thus... not sure what his role is within the business but as a local resident... I will never spend money in here ever again. I'm sorry those lovely ladies have to work with that.

Fantastic experience: I was on a mission to find flowers for a bridal shower which included a bloom bar and I stumbled across Chatsworth accidentally and it was the best thing I did! The flowers were far more affordable than any other place I visited and they had such a beautiful variety. The woman servicing us was so lovely and even gave me some extra goodies. Will definitely be back!

Negative experience: MONEY HUNGRY. I’m a very regular customer, me and my wife always buy flowers from this shop. They always charge us for every single little change we want to do, different wrap $3, wrapping itself $6 and I’m always happy to pay even tho for such a regular customer they maybe should wave those little fees. I purchased on the 1st of June 2 bunches of peonies(5 flowers each) and 1 bunch of eucalyptus. I asked the owner if she can make a nice bouquet with all of them together, and a paper colour wrap. They charged me $6 for making the bouquet and $3 for the wrap. They gave me the bouquet in about 10 minutes (they worked on it in the back) and just before I left the shop I counted the flowers and they were only 8 of them, so basically they removed 2 of them without telling me anything with the hope I won’t notice. On top of that, they probably only used half of that eucalyptus, you could easily see. Very very disappointed, this is not the way to treat a loyal customer.

Fantastic experience: Recently I was asked by overseas friends to arrange a bunch of flowers for their relative whom was involved in a serious cycling accident in WA. I searched online and found Chatsworth flowers. The website is very easy to order from and has a great range to choose from. I send some screen shots to the friends and then placed the order. I received confirmation and updates on my order and to my surprise even a photo of the next day delivery. I was able to keep our friends posted and they where very impressed with the fast delivery, the photo and the beautiful bunch of flowers in this stressful time for them with a relatieve in an overseas hospital. Negative experience: Very disappointed, I ordered 25 red roses for my graduation and I paid in advance online. but when I went there my order wasn’t ready and it didn’t even have my note on it. Despite I sent a message reminder the night before I pick up my order. That’s was unprofessional, they didn’t care about my time. It’s expensive and the flowers were not even fresh… I wouldn’t go back again Poor customer service.
