Negative experience: Never order online from this shop. Hi guys. You delivered me a bunch of flowers today. Just letting you know that there was no water in the vase and the flowers are not fresh, some of them are dead, that is really frustrating. Considering that this was my son's present, it's so sad to receive such things. You can see the difference between of what has been ordered and received. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Partner went there and asked them to put a bouquet together for $100. This is what he bought home for $100 some half dead roses? Don’t worry I already asked him if he was blind there’s absolutely no way they sold these to him for $100 that’s a crime. Don’t trust

Negative experience: Unfortunately their website is misleading. Apparently they use petal network and they "didnt take" our order so it's gone to another florist. Very misleading and now we have no idea if our flowers are being delivered or who will be doing it.

Negative experience: I spent a long time trying to pick flowers for my grandmother interstate who is currently grieving. I wanted something special and that's why I took so long picking. Anyways she received these flowers and they are nothing to what I actually ordered. You had my number and could have called me to discuss lack of colours or certain flowers but I didn't hear a word. I should have just paid 130 for something for you to pick. Because that's what I got anyways. Just plain right disappointing. And now seeing your responses to the other 1 star reviews is disgusting of you as a business. If I saw this before ordering I would have never ordered due to that attitude.

Negative experience: Purchased over 100+ worth of flowers. Quantity was very little, roses were crispy on edges & already browning. Thought we'd give them a shot based on the reviews, but next time might be best to head over to Woolies. Edit: Purchased from a 'Ben' in a little garage set up @ the back of a property, had been asked to pay in cash too, had ordered a week in advance so knew how much cash to go with, and had 2 buckets of some flowers saying they get their delivery on Saturdays. Review & purchase date were different obviously but the owner didn't care enough to even ask when I bought them. Thank you for the lack of care. God bless

Negative experience: These guys had a brilliant service, got an arrangement done late afternoon and delivered the next morning, saved me (5 stars for that). Just disappointed the roses were obviously dated and were wilting and not very presentable within 1 day. Well and truly dead the second day. For $160 I expected more. Shame because the service was so good

Positive experience: Lovely little family home based local business. Got this flower for 20 bucks. Owner was nice. Bit struggled to find the right house as Google map was guiding to the wrong address. They do business 7 days a week. Choices were a bit limited but the available ones were fresh and had nice quality. Pricing was pretty fair.
