Negative experience: I ordered a small bunch for my wedding and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I first checked the website, the bunch was listed as a pre-order for $39. The next day, the price had changed to $35, which was a little confusing. Delivery to the CBD also required an additional $10 fee. On a positive note, the delivery person was very friendly and professional. However, the bouquet itself was extremely disappointing. There was no contact phone number available during the ordering process — only an email address — and there was no section to indicate color preferences or any specific requests. This made the purchase feel like a complete “blind box,” which added unnecessary stress, especially when ordering flowers for something as important as a wedding. Unfortunately, the final arrangement did not meet expectations at all. The color combination felt very mismatched and lacked harmony, and overall the bouquet did not look thoughtfully designed. I don’t consider myself to have unreasonable expectations, but I was genuinely surprised that the entire bunch could feel so aesthetically unbalanced. Perhaps larger or fully customised arrangements are your strength, but I would encourage the same level of care and design attention even for smaller bunches especially when customers may be ordering them for meaningful occasions. I hope this feedback is helpful for improvement.

Our Little Bunches are clearly advertised as seasonal, florist-choice arrangements. They are intentionally designed as a daily selection based on the freshest flowers available — not customised wedding bouquets. This is clearly outlined during the ordering process.
By adopting this business model with only one flower bouquet type, with no colour / bespoke options we are able to keep our costs as low as possible and at the $39 price point. Adding in such suggested options/variance would add to our operating costs that would require price increases.
If a specific colour palette or wedding styling was required, had contact been made with us we would of suggested contacting a full service florist to make a wedding bouquet for you. You then have control over the colour, flower type, style, size etc. Our small bunch product is intentionally designed to be a fresh, affordable, seasonal option — not a bespoke wedding service. Many customers love the spontaneity of this concept. It is disappointing to see it described as a “blind box” when the nature of the product is transparently explained.
Regarding pricing, our daily bunch has been set at $39 plus delivery for at least 5 plus years – not sure where an alternate pricing was viewed unless it was an incredibly old past Little Bunch page.
We provide email as our main contact method, this is to assist us in keeping our operating costs as low as possible (over the phone ordering/enquiries require more admin staff) so we can continue offering $39 Little Bunches.

Negative experience: I ordered this for Valentine’s Day expecting a romantic arrangement. The product page gave no photo, only ‘Valentine’s Day Pre-Order’ with hearts and the phrase "Romantic Blooms". That branding reasonably implies traditional Valentine’s flowers. Instead, I received all yellow daisies, chrysies, and lilies. After I reached out, I was told they had run out of roses. If roses were unavailable, sales should have been paused or customers informed before fulfillment. Quietly substituting entirely different flowers while continuing Valentine’s marketing is deceptive. No effort was made to proactively communicate the change or offer any resolution. Disappointing and misleading.

The page did not display roses specifically, nor did it guarantee them — it was intentionally sold as a designer’s selection rather than a fixed rose bouquet.
Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest flower days of the year worldwide, and flower availability can change rapidly due to market supply. When certain varieties become unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, we substitute with fresh, premium blooms to ensure customers still receive a full, beautiful arrangement rather than something below standard.
We do not “quietly substitute” products — our model is transparent in that the exact flowers are determined by availability.
