Negative experience: I ordered a small bunch for my wedding and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I first checked the website, the bunch was listed as a pre-order for $39. The next day, the price had changed to $35, which was a little confusing. Delivery to the CBD also required an additional $10 fee. On a positive note, the delivery person was very friendly and professional. However, the bouquet itself was extremely disappointing. There was no contact phone number available during the ordering process — only an email address — and there was no section to indicate color preferences or any specific requests. This made the purchase feel like a complete “blind box,” which added unnecessary stress, especially when ordering flowers for something as important as a wedding. Unfortunately, the final arrangement did not meet expectations at all. The color combination felt very mismatched and lacked harmony, and overall the bouquet did not look thoughtfully designed. I don’t consider myself to have unreasonable expectations, but I was genuinely surprised that the entire bunch could feel so aesthetically unbalanced. Perhaps larger or fully customised arrangements are your strength, but I would encourage the same level of care and design attention even for smaller bunches especially when customers may be ordering them for meaningful occasions. I hope this feedback is helpful for improvement.

Negative experience: I ordered this for Valentine’s Day expecting a romantic arrangement. The product page gave no photo, only ‘Valentine’s Day Pre-Order’ with hearts and the phrase "Romantic Blooms". That branding reasonably implies traditional Valentine’s flowers. Instead, I received all yellow daisies, chrysies, and lilies. After I reached out, I was told they had run out of roses. If roses were unavailable, sales should have been paused or customers informed before fulfillment. Quietly substituting entirely different flowers while continuing Valentine’s marketing is deceptive. No effort was made to proactively communicate the change or offer any resolution. Disappointing and misleading.

Fantastic experience: Placed last minute on line order literally on valentine's day from Ireland to be delivered in Perth,,flowers delivered hours later on surely busiest day of year. Extremely impressed by service and bouquet delivered. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: To Little Bunch, this is the only reponse I have received. I messaged on both Instagram and FB - both private and public. I emailed your email as per your msg 3 times with no response. Would be great for future biz if you had a telephone number or the very least acknowledged delivery. I am the other side of Australia and didn't know where the flowers were. My aunty had not received them. She messaged me last night and said they had arrived (but I dont know time). Adding a star for them actually arriving and they did look lovely. but the stress was unnecessary.

Negative experience: I ordered their 'big bunch' for a friend who's father had passed. Whilst ordering I accidently put in the wrong delivery address as we had just put down our family dog of 14 yrs not 24 hrs prior and my mind was not focused. I immediately emailed them explaining this and gave them the correct address. They do not have a contact number. I did not receive anything back. The following morning I received the $78 bunch of flowers inc the $10 delivery fee. On 'emailing' them there was no sense of empathy or understanding or even the offer of the refund of my $10 delivery fee nor the offer of resending even a smaller bunch. Their response was that they did not receive my email. I re-sent them the said email that I found in my 'sent' folder. Now I requested a total refund. If not received it will be taken further. Of course, I have not heard anything back. I now need to drive myself to Mullaloo to deliver flowers I paid a delivery fee for. I live half an hour away and need to make time for this in my already busy schedule. Do I recommend their services. Definitely not! Highly not recommended.

Positive experience: Poor communication from the company. No notification if the flowers were delivered or not. I reached out via Instagram, no answer. Reached out the following day via email and they responded relatively quickly, which was a relief. The option to choose a delivery date needs to be with the rest of the customers contact details, not at the bottom under the payment details. Once my details were added I checked out, I did not look for a tiny check box under everything to choose a delivery date - consider moving this to a more visible location. Customers should not have to follow up if the delivery was successful or not. Consider putting a contact number on your website for a seamless experience for the customers. $39 + $10 delivery is pretty good value. However I probably wouldn’t order again purely for the lack of communication.

Negative experience: Incapable of responding to emails which is rude. They keep sending messages stating my order is shipped but 14 days before it is booked. Appalling customer service. Update, I received a response from this review, they claim that I haven’t sent any emails! Further update, the flowers never arrived!

Negative experience: I ordered last week and received a bouquet at 830am with a wilted main flower (a sunflower) which was extremely disappointing given the price. All the flowers in the bouquet were also extremely cheap. I emailed with the below photo and asked for a refund due to the poor quality and received no reply. I've waited an entire week to hear back but no response.

Positive experience: A really affordable and beautiful product. Got these delivered to my mothers work for her birthday and she absolutely loved them. The bouquet was gorgeous. The only issue I had was that I had no information or notification of when they were delivered. I had an email confirming my order and then waited for hours wondering if they got to my mum or not. An email or text to say they had been delivered would be so beneficial!! Other than that, I loved how great the flowers and prices were.

Positive experience: I ordered a bunch of flowers for my friends birthday. On the website there was only a field to place the birthday message not my friends details unlike other florists I’ve used. I used Shop Pay which prefilled all my details. I thought maybe it would have fields for my friend’s details after payment but it didn’t. So I emailed literally 2 minutes after updating the delivery address. I didn’t get a response. The flowers got to delivered to my address instead. I sent another email after receiving them advising the website is confusing in this sense. I never received a reply to either email. I love the concept but they have poor customer service to not even reply.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the Valentine’s Day Big Little Bunch considering it was twice the price of the little bunch. Seems like it was the same size as a little bunch on any other day.

Negative experience: Flowers delivered face down, doorbell not rung. Flowers crushed. Last bunch lasted 2 days before flowers died. Not holding out much for these in 38 degrees heat. Very disappointing …Sunflowers lasted 4 days. No other flowers opened. No contact from Little Bunch☹️

Fantastic experience: Was looking for an ongoing subscription, randomised option for fresh flowers, and after considering 5 vendors in Perth, went with LittleBunch. Experience was good, happy with what I got, wasn't expecting them to be delivered @ 6am in the morning and we almost missed them, but good to know for next time >< Frankly, I found the three stems, foliage and delivery bundle of $39 fairly priced. Get 1 bunch guaranteed every month and if I wanted more, I have the option to change that subscription to fortnightly, weekly, or just pre-order a daily bunch quite easily. My husband wasn't impressed, but he was also comparing it to his $200+ bouquets with roses and lillies of which this isn't even in the same league nor the point of the purchase - For me, I just like the random, subscription base once a month treat that I get to enjoy in the house and then look forward to the next one - yeah they're not all amazing fantastic, and sometimes you get one that's sunflowers and carnations and the next day is lillies and roses (which are my favourite) and you could be gutted about that, but getting things I would have never chosen myself - like some of the native flowers - has been really lovely. Personally, if i was to be gifting these, I wouldn't get the small bouquets - they are too small for that purpose. The $78 large bunches are a more expected size and arrangement - but for the personal use, home terrain enjoyment they've been lovely

Fantastic experience: I use A Little Bunch all the time to brighten someone's day. The ordering system is easy to use (although it would be helpful to have the option to tick 'same day delivery' as it was a tad confusing the first time I used it), they deliver on time and the bunches are always cute, beautifully arranged and exactly as expected. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for something that you can't easily pick up from the usual florist and won't be insanely expensive. Think a week of deliveries with a different note each day to that special someone ; )

My mum has had surgery and wanted to send a little something to brighten get day. First bunch arrived with tired flowers dropping petals. Mum contacted A Little Bunch directly and whilst apologetic, the replacement bunch were not much better. Also, please put your phone number on your website and on the card that you put with the flowers. Sorry, but won't be ordering again ☹️

Negative experience: Was hoping to be excited about this but was rather underwhelmed. Ordered $39 of flowers and ended up with this bunch of greenery sent to a family member (which I was embarrassed to see). I feel that a trip to a local supermarket would have yielded more flowers at a more affordable price, and less ‘shrubbery’. I provided feedback and the person who replied said that it depends on what’s available at the market on any given day…but I don’t feel this bunch is fairly priced at all.
