Positive experience: This place is like a cheap Asian restaurant with good food. The flowers are immaculate and very good value but you don't go here for the customer service. I still keep coming despite being yelled at because the flowers are always fresh, arrangements beautiful and cheaper than other places.
Negative experience: I went in to buy some birthday decorations (flowers and balloons) for a surprise for my partner. The shop itself is lovely with a great range of options, and the products seem high quality. Unfortunately, the woman working the counter was extremely unwelcoming—she repeatedly acted like she didn't want to sell anything and made even simple requests feel like a hassle. It was really disappointing, especially from a small local business where friendly service can make all the difference. I ended up buying some standard off-the-shelf items anyway since I needed something, but if I'd had more time or options, I would have gone elsewhere. The attitude really let the experience down.

When I asked about a specific flower, the staff member responded by saying, “It’s right in front of your eyes,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I also felt uncomfortable during the interaction when I asked if they had flower food and was told they couldn’t understand me, even though I spoke clearly. Overall, this was a very unpleasant customer service experience. I would not recommend this place.
Negative experience: Had the worst customer service from the lady I came in to buy flowers but had a very disappointing experience due to the attitude of the lady at the counter. She was unhelpful and quite rude, which really took away from what should have been a pleasant visit. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this visit fell short.

Negative experience: I went to buy a flower for my special occasion with good mood in the morning, I once asked the lady at the counter how ling does this flower last without water? Then she started moody sounds and annoyed me, said “please do me a favor buy the plastic flower, all flower need water”. And she kept repeating the same sentence to me which makes me felt uncomfortable with this shopping. Customer service mind is really important if you working and have to meet the people all the time, I asked you politely and not expect you to angry to me, I was there for the flower not for responding your temper lady. Please I don’t know is she the owner or staff but be mindful to treat everyone in a good and polite way. Btw the flower is nice and good price just the staff that’s all…

It was very hard to communicate to the ladies behind the counter. I ended up buying flowers and creating my own bouquet. This place really need someone who is good with communication.
Negative experience: There is nothing ‘happy’ about Happy 7 Days florist… let me tell you. Went into the shop on a morning to buy flowers for my Mum. The owner was working out the back, clearly arguing with someone. She didn’t acknowledge me come into the shop, let alone, a “Can I help you?” or anything. I proceeded to choose my own flowers. Carrying both to counter, I called out.. excuse me. She snapped and yelled back.. I’M COMING!!! I told her not to yell at me. The exchange was then rude and tense. She had to deep physically breathe to calm herself down. Take a take a chill pill, lady and be nice to your customers paying you big bucks for your flowers and while we are at it… give your shop a good old clean and tidy up because it really is a hole.

Negative experience: The owner is blatantly disrespectful to customers, speaking down to them and making rude faces once they leave. The customer service is appalling. The only reason this shop is still running is because Morley has very few places to buy flowers. Start treating your customers with basic respect—they’re the reason your doors are still open.
Negative experience: Happy 7 Days, yet closed today.. sums this place up. Ordered balloons to be ready at 4pm - 6.15pm we are still in there frantically getting them to blow them up even though the party was under way already. Worst part of this is the lady was completely unapologetic telling us 'all good', 'relax' no sorry whatsoever, no discount offered, nothing. Worst service I've seen in a long time and I would never recommend them to anyone. Ever. EDIT: I just realised you responded to this email. Not sure why I would expect an apology, we never got one the first time around and frankly I'm stunned that you continue to operate a business with the attitude you have. You chose to focus on my comment that you were closed that day (which you were, that's a fact. I really don't care why) but ignored the reason for my complaint in the first place. You let down a party of 60 graduating kids by not having the decorations ready and then failed to apologise or care about this in any way, shape or form. We were calm, if stressed, not abusive in the slightest, but you frankly did not care. The lady running that place is not made for dealing with the public. I know you'll come back with 'yes, but... you're wrong' because that seems to be your go-to response, but maybe, just maybe... you should take a minute just to think 'holy crap.. maybe its not THEM... its US that could do better?' You've taken 'the customer is always right' and essentially wiped your butts with that long tried and tested mode of operation when it comes to retail and that's fine, but don't expect anyone to be singing your praises that you haven't possibly asked to for the sake of boosting your google review status. 6 years later noticed your ridiculous response and felt the urge to edit mine. NO FALSE STATEMENTS MADE HERE - we were in your store after closing time while you took your sweet time blowing up the balloons that should have been ready at 4pm. Hi AJ, we closed for the holiday since 26th of Dec 2017 and reopening on 15th of Jan 2018, so I honestly dont know what you are talking about. We have announced on google search and stick the announcement on our front door if you can read it when you there. One more thing that our normal trading hour is from 8Am to 5.30pm so your timeframe given here also not correct. Negative experience: Terrible customer service, I’m in absolute disbelief how the older lady yelled at me when I was just browsing the store looking for balloons. Do not come this store as I’d rather go grow my own flowers or go hand pick them in the middle of nowhere.
Negative experience: We ordered flowers for a friend that husband had passed away. We were promised that flowers would be delivered at 10am. Apparently they get uber to deliver and they were just left on her door step. Apparently they were found 8pm that night. Not good enough this lady was home all day and unaware of delivery.
Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I make a point to stop in every week when I’m home from work to pick up fresh flowers—and every single time, I’m blown away. The arrangements are consistently stunning, and the quality of the blooms is unbeatable. These flowers far outshine anything you’d find at Woolworths or Coles—and at half the price! You get full, vibrant bunches that truly feel like great value for money. I get to walk past my flowers everyday and they bring me so much joy to have a different colour and arrangement every week Im home. The lovely lady who owns the shop is always so cheerful and full of positive energy—it really shines through in the beautiful bouquets she creates. Negative experience: We had gone to this place twice in preparation to get some birthday balloons and both times we were treated shockingly. The first time- the lady practically ignored us as we let her know we were just coming in to scope out our options and we would most likely come back to place the order. When the second time came around, she became furious that we were not willing to spend $100 on what she had recommended and instead chose a cheaper bundle for around half the price. Her demeanor completely changed and she began to throw items across the counter towards us, talk to my mum in a condescending tone and ended up charging my mum extra without telling her why (despite the price list being right in front of both of us!). This bothered me as my mum was being overly civil and kind to avoid any confrontation, but I felt this was being taken advantage of. So I had asked her why she had charged us more than was stated on the price list and she honestly could not even tell us why. She just kept reiterating "extra" and we realised this was a lost cause and left. Looking back, I wish we had asked for a refund because the whole experience was humiliating and the way she had acted was unacceptable. It is a shame because this place has lovely flowers and balloons, but both me and my mum will never be going back here.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have gone somewhere else for my flowers. I was on the phone when I tried to grab some flowers, and the lady actually physically pushed me aside while yelling that I will breaking flowers whilst on my phone i barely touched them. Maybe there’s a language barrier, but I still think good customer service means politely saying, "I'll get what you need," instead of screaming and trying to belittle someone and repeating it over and over again, like ok lady I understand i heard you the first time . I definitely won’t be buying from them again, and the flowers weren’t even that fresh.
Negative experience: The shop should have been named as Unhappy Florist. The Vietnamese staff at the counter was so rude & unhappy looking. All I did was to purchase a box of flowers. She first yelled at me to come to one side of the counter. Then when I asked her for a congratulations card, she shun me with her hands and picked a card. I don’t know how my face agitated her but, i reluctantly asked for the stick to place my card. By right, she should have given it to me without asking. But, she pulled flowers and stuck it in with a grumpiest face she can ever pull off. Never again to this shop. What a shame! It had great collection of gifts & flowers. Maybe if I used a mask, she would be better. Wake up lady. Your bad day, doesn’t have to be other’s bad day.
Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST! Very rude Vietnamese older lady. She was too busy entertaining some other older men (friends I suppose) We almost walked out of the shop she then shouted at me to come have a look at the flowers. Refused when i pointed to what flowers she said 'i don't know by pointing, say the colour'. I have never been shouted at by a saleslady ever! The replies by owner to some of the low rated reviews gives you an idea about what mentality you're dealing with, so think twice. Shame on you for letting a customer leave your shop upset.
Negative experience: Horrible service. Came asking for some red roses. Staff were very rude. They were trying to charge us valentines day prices even though it had been a week since Vday. She was charging us ridiculous prices. When we asked for just the roses individually she again quoted ridiculous prices and then said that she didn't have any roses even though we could see plenty in the fridge behind us. We asked for some other places as we were from Melbourne. We asked for some help with an alternative and they basically told us to use Google and almost told us to leave. Luckily we did and we found a better option elsewhere

Negative experience: I was really surprised by the behaviour of one of the older employees. She treated me like a kid when i was holding a balloon. She literally took the balloon from my hand when i was just asking her about it. So did have to defend myself and said i wouldn’t damage the balloon. I felt like she was patronising me. Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service! My mum from overseas ordered a product in December and it never arrived. When I contacted them, the lady was completely unhelpful and rude. She refused to even look up the order without a reference number, even though they have all my details, including my address! It's over $100 worth of items and I’m being completely ignored and they couldn't care less! Make's me think its all a scam - Do not order from here!

Negative experience: Such a shame to give this place 1 star, the customer service is shocking. The lady doesn’t realise I am Vietnamese and can understand her abusing her staff. Such a shame as they have nice flowers at a reasonable price however balloons are 5x the price. I ordered 10 normal helium balloons and a 26 foil balloon and the total was 91$?? Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re okay with bad service! Such a shame!

I asked my partner to get me roses, they charged me 6 per piece the first time I got them, now I Just needed 2 because I don’t want to waste roses, and they charged me 8 per piece because I’m just buying 2?! How is that even fair? The quality is not even good when I got them! My husband politely told them, you charged us $6 just a few weeks ago, and they rudely answered “ go somewhere else” Is it so hard to be professional and kind? Well, if I were you, you go somewhere else, and avoid this flower shop! $8 dollars per piece for a low quality rose is just ripping off peoples money In this economy you can understand prices going up, but there’s a big difference between being fair! Negative experience: One of the worst customer service I ever had in my life the owner was literally shouting on me because I only asked her what colours of ribbon you have. If you have a bad day, it doesn't mean that you will upset others and it is not acceptable at all, and please learn how to talk to the customer before anything else.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience. Walked in off the street and asked for an arrangement to be made to my budget and desired style. Had a beautiful bunch of flowers within 15 minutes. Didn’t get much of a look around the rest of the shop but they had an impressive range of balloon/party decorations as well as vast range of floral arrangements to choose from!

We have our store policy, and one of the policy is not to provide helium gas filling service for outside products. As we could not be sure of the quality of the balloon and we can’t replace a new one of the product you brought in.
Fantastic experience: My wedding was on Sunday 10 March and another florist I had organised my flowers through didn't complete my order and didn't have any flowers for me on the morning of my wedding! As you can imagine I was very upset. I started ringing florists open on a Sunday, and Happy 7 days were so accommodating and did everything they could to provide the flowers I needed that very day with a couple of hours notice! They even followed it up with me when I was giving up because they just wanted me to not be upset and not stressed. They produced exactly what I wanted, in the colours I wanted in the shortest amount of time and they were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Negative experience: Took my daughter in who wanted to buy a flower for her friend. Only to be told they don't make special orders on a Sunday and she would have to choose from the flowers already prepared.
We think with flexible flower prices ranging from $15 to $80 at the store, you can choose a lovely Flower Arrangement or a bouquet of flowers to give to her friends. Because on Sunday we are only open from 9am to 1pm, so we cannot do anything more special for you while we still have many pre-ordered customer orders. Thanks for coming. Have a good night

Negative experience: Please update your website and opening hours. In addition, you should consider getting a total attitude adjustment. Two people have been waiting here since 8am - (It’s now 8:18 am) as that’s the time your website states you open. Some people have very little time and time is precious. There goes my plans today as I’m rushing late for work. The owner thinks people are stupid - and treats them badly. Your shop is so messy- your old stock is disgusting and clearly you have not enough staff because you must be such a horrible boss..You may be an ok florist but that’s not enough to keep your customers or staff happy. Negative experience: The shop has beautiful collections of balloons but the lady on the counter was very rude and rushed the costumer to pick up the choice. She even told off the customer for receiving a phone call. I am never going back to this store again. Customer service that day was horrible.

Most customers would book us before they come if they want us to do special order, I tried to showed you all the products that I have but you didn’t like anything. I said sorry to you that I didn’t have any staff with me yesterday, also the budget and the time frame you gave me was not enough for me to do for your requests but you’re accepted it so what else can I do to pleased you? Negative experience: If I could I would give it a zero. I Went there today to get a price for some centre table flowers for my birthday party. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. She said that I would need to know exactly what I want. But that's why I went there thinking that they are the professionals and they are supposed to be advising me and not the other way around. . The lady then said to me that she couldn't help me cause she mainly deals with hellium balloons and that I needed to see the lady at the back of the shop. So when I approached the lady at the back, (which I think is the owner) she was blowing up balloons with hillium . She just looked at me and continued to blow up the balloons. So I asked her if she could help me. She turned around and said to me. "CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY WORKING!!!!! She screamed at me. In a very rude and abrupt tone. I was completely shocked. Then she said. I NEED TO GET THESE BALLOONS DONE BY 5PM. I told her that the girl at the front told me to see her. How rude and disgusting customer service. Before leaving the store, I told the front lady what had happened that the lady at the back was angry. She replied by saying that I shouldn't go on a Sat cause they are busy, better that I go during the week. Which I can't cause I work fulltime. So obviously they don't require my business. I've ripped up their business card and threw it in the bin. I am one of the Minister's for Government. What a stuff up.!!! I could have recommended them for lots of government events. Very sad that this type of rude disgusting customer service exists in Australia. This is NOT ON.

On Saturday, we alway have very high volume of customers and most customers book us before they come if they want us to give full advice for their big party. We tried to help you by asking you how much would you like to spend on the centrepiece, what size would you like to, what colour you would like to do. We tried to help you by giving you all the photos on catalogs and our phone to let you select the designs from pinterest but your NOT happy with any of that, it’s really hard for us to read customer mind if they don’t know what they want. She is capable of making arrangements for any occasion and I have personally and professionally used her services many times.
