Fantastic experience: Have used Roses Only a heap in the last 2 years. Have had only one delivery that was not great and this was rectified with a new bouquet. Good quality and great service.

Negative experience: Dreadful and a very very disappointing. I would like to have given no ⭐️ however it wouldn’t let me ….. My husband ordered these Roses and had these delivered today for valentines tomorrow. ( they were received at the door not left outside ) They are clearly old roses - different lengths petals falling off already leaves tatty and falling off. Every time you go near them they drop. I have to say these were the same last year but did not complain or write a review out of gratitude to my husband but NOT this time. We did phone RO as soon as received to complain however they inform us they may give a partial refund ? she has to check with manager who will call when ever After we send photos ? Disgusting ! He won’t buy from Roses only again !!! Take note NO-ONE buy !!

Negative experience: I ordered a baby hamper on the day he arrived, two weeks later the hamper arrived. In saying that, the hamper was beautiful and my daughter loved it. Perhaps check the delivery date and correct them if it's wrong.

Negative experience: They have zero accountability when it comes to the delivery! They left the flowers in a different apartment with private access and I can’t get the flowers! No response in messages till the next day and the response afterwards was ignorant! Don’t even try to get their service if you want to ruin your special days. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Negative experience: I picked up 'Precious Posy in Hessian' this morning and as I was walking back to the car I noticed several flowers were old and dying - wiltered significantly. I took them back and the girl looked at it and agreed, they were in bad shape. She picked up one and it had a stem the length of about a 1.5cm - no wonder it was looking terrible! there were others that looked very sub standard. My expectation is that what you are buying is FRESH FLOWERS. What they had done was that the arrangement was made the previous day (assuming they're not lying) and that the courier had done something that had made them unpresentable. Now, to the girls credit, she took them and swapped them out. I then took the arrangement and delivered it to the birthday lady. When i did this, I noticed creases in the petals. I heart just sank because when you buy stuff, you don't buy second hand or damaged goods, you buy new and unused. I think the service here is lacking significantly. This was due to me rocking up and saying that I ordered 'Precious Posy in Hessian' under my name. She looked at me blankly before looking at the arrangements and finding my one, stating - no one told her about my order. As for the product they sell, diabolical. Based on this alone I do not recommend this business. At the end of day, i ask myself, would I go back?... The answer to that question is, no. EDIT RESPONSE: Had a call from Roses Only to verify my experience. After advising them to go to the staff to verify what they originally produced, they sent another bunch of flowers to the recipient (no, i didn't ask them to do this, no I didn't ask or accept a refund - this was Roses Only making it right). These flowers are of the quality expected. Well done for giving it another crack and getting it right. Would I use them based off the conversation and act to get it right? well, trust has diminished but I would consider it; but I wouldn't do it online and only speaking with someone. I would also give specific constraints like fresh flowers only, stems/flowers that have been descended into water, etc. Shouldn't need to say this but it is what it is. If you do decide to use their service, I'd recommend articulating everything you think is obvious anyway. When I was speaking to them, my experience shouldn't have been the norm. The only way we'll know is by sharing factual reviews. Good luck! (and thank you Roses Only for your positive action and post sales interaction)

Positive experience: Service was amazing, but I was a little disappointed that the flowers my friend received were quite different from what I ordered. I order a light pink and white arrangement, but she received purple and pink. No really what I would have ordered as there was that option and I didn't choose that. See photos.

Negative experience: I put florist in google maps and this place came up. Little bit disappointed, I went in asking if I could buy a single rose, the worker showed me a hand written price list and the minimum was $70 for one boxed rose and a box of chocolates, I asked if I could just buy one rose wrapped, he then went and asked what I believed would be a manager and he returned saying unfortunately everything is pre packed and I wouldn’t be able to get a single rose wrapped. Looking around, there were loose roses and flowers in buckets throughout their work space. Definitely just wanted to make the over priced $70. Still would have been happy to have paid the price for 1 rose. The guy was lovely about it and only following orders, 1 star for him, disappointed in the manager final decision.

Negative experience: worst experience ever. I hav ordered one kg of rose petals and a fresh bouquet but i have only received 300 gram of rose petals. Initially i have been promised to get delivered before 10am included the delivery charges and when i called back to confirm delivery timing , i have been asked to pay extra deliver charges for scheduled delivery which was 4.95$ but i have been charged 8.95$ .Bloody liars

Negative experience: I placed an order for my flowers 3 weeks in advance of delivery date. The service over the phone was good. I paid extra to have it delivered before a certain time, thinking that it would definitely arrive way before set time. Several phone calls on day of delivery to ensure delivery and have been advised that it won't get there till 2.30, ok set time is prior to 3 but am really dissappointed as the recipient will not receive before he has to go off site. I expressed my disappointment to the customer service team and they said that I should have said delivery ASAP, I would have thought paying extra to have my flowers delivered before a set time, would ensure priority delivery. Yes the offered to refund delivery cost, but this was an anniversary gift, and now the recipient will not get the flowers till next tuesday delviery sechedled for today a wednesday. It would have been nice on the day of my order to be advised that if I wanted priority delivery I should have stated delivery ASAP. REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Fantastic experience: Was very pleased with the service from this company. I ordered a bouquet and some gifts for a 100th birthday, and they made sure it all arrived on time. They even emailed me the day before asking for my choice for alternative flowers as the original flowers were unavailable. Unfortunately I didn’t read the email until after the delivery, so they made the decision themselves in order to make the delivery on time. I would highly recommend this company for any of your floral requirements, they also do chocolates and gifts which is a helpful extra especially when you are sending from abroad, like me I live in France.
